Trust NPC: Lucien Korbinius

Selection: "Very well, I'll get my shield."
Job: Teacup Knight (Tank)
Weapons: Sword and shield, primarily, though some combo-finisher moves will be augmented with a pistol.  If you examine the sword closely (because that pistol is hard to find) it looks to be a magitek-styled gunblade.  
Behaviour: Generally a decent tank in a conservative fighting style, Lucien will use his cooldowns liberally to make the healers have the easiest time of it.  If his health dips below 10% outside of a usual tankbuster, he will activate a berserk stance of higher damage, less cooldown usage, and aggressive tanking style meant for burn mechanics.  If healed back to full he will resume his usual conservative fighting style.
This stance can also be triggered if certain players are in his party and their health remains consistently below ten percent.
Dialogue:
"Stay behind me, aye?" - Starting combat "I do know a trick or two." - Buffing self "I finally got this working!" - Buffing party "I'm fine." - Healing Self
Limit Break:
"I refuse this!" - LB1 (Project: Tower Shield) "I've drawn the line." - LB2 (Project: Arcane Defense) "There will be no death today!" - LB3 (Gestalt Break)

"Oh that smarts..." "It's fine, it's fine, I have more blood." "That... was not in the plans."
Party Specific Dialogue
Lukel-
If Lukel takes extensive damage the usual frenzy will not occur - instead Lucien will operate in a methodical execution manner.  Defensive coolddowns will be used and protections on Lukel, but he will not have the same negative reactions to Lukel running ahead.  Banter in the party will be rather more relaxed, even with extensive AOE damage going out, and a passive party bolster for flippant lack of fucks will provide a 2% flat DPS boost during the last 25% of fights.
Isuke-
Is Isuke the healer?  Is Isuke the DPS?  Does it matter?  Protective buffs will be applied party wide and Lucien will switch out his weapons for a slightly different set which will up his magic defenses significantly, hopefully taking less damage.  If someone targets Isuke for a healer or DPS mechanic, Lucien will interrupt-stun and then aim for execution of the foe.
Neheon-
Lucien will work well with Neheon, providing a more varied cover for ranged attackers over as much overall protection for melee.  He will be slightly faster on pulls and charge in to engage swiftly, aiming to lock the attention of enemies down in order to make sure that they are clumped well for AOE strikes.
Enambris-
Instead of MTing Lucien will switch to defensive OT, heading for and holding enemy attentions off the rest of the party while handing the MTing off to Enambris unless Enambris is engaged in a channeled buff.  If Enambris is engaged in a channeled buff he will take a 5% higher chance for being affected by paralysis but aim for crowd control and higher damage mitigation.
Caelric-
Like with Isuke, Lucien will carry a slightly different weaponset when in a party with Caelric, taking a reduced 10% magical damage.  If Caelric is MTing, Lucien will handle OT duties and make sure to round up mobs and operate on crowd control and feeding the MT duties if necessary.  If Caelric is DPS, Lucien will provide flank-coverage for the Titan.
Arthur-
If Arthur is in the party as a tank, Lucien will MT and buff and then charge in, pulling the boss away after making sure Arthur is positioned to handle the adds in party.  If Arthur starts to take too much damage or loses control of the adds, Lucien will grab them all from that point onward in the rest of the encounter.

One mile warmup run
10-20 rounds (I'm working up to 20, I'm still doing 10):
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
One mile coolddown run
As this gets easier and you work up to 20 rounds, add a weighted vest 🤙🏽🤯

mercy needs tweaks for sure but i dunno what they should be. honestly i think her ult is similar to ana’s nade (pre-nerfs) - it just does too much for one ability.

The changes they have planned for Bastion aren't buffs really, since they're going to lower his accuracy and take away his ability to do critical hits. The only improvement they have planned is to let him repair while moving, but they're balancing this by limiting how much he can heal at a time.
They're making it like D.Va's shield, and, honestly? D.Va's shield is like barely ever off coolddown. His ability to heal while being damaged will make him unbearable. A Mercy can straight up sit on top of him just like usual and he can basically never die. He's getting "reworks" but they're all buffs anyway. There is no reason he should be able to heal while moving or taking damage.
