For the headcanon thing, how about the Devil and/or King Dice. I’d prefer the show continuity (that’s the one I’m most familiar with), but it’s totally up to you!

Ho ho ho ! Well y'know what ? I'm feeling generous so Imma do all 4 !

First, cartoon!Devil !

Headcanon A:  realistic

Even if in that continuity he mainly steals souls through unsuspecting victims, he still is willing to do soul contracts through deals to people in need and desperate enough to do so, like in the game. A soul is a soul, tormenting innocents for fun for all eternity because they didn't see no way out at the time is worth any way. Until they die, they are bound to serve him whenever he wants to

Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious

He is OBVIOUSLY gay at least in this continuity. A bratty pillow princess. A twink demanding to be obliterated. He's been flirty and fucked throughout all these millenia whenever he met a guy he had an interest in, using all his charms, shape shifting and disguising himself if needed not to scare them or to look hot to them

Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends

He used to be an archangel who fell from Heaven after he rebelled when mortals were created. Religion in this universe may not be the same as ours, you more or less know what it's about. And how crushed he got about the ordeal as well as his lost wings and angelic looks, sorrow then replaced with anger and hatred towards humanity which he learned to have fun with as a constant tormenting revenge for millions of years now

Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.

I already said it several times, but he and Dice actually keep divorcing and marrying over and over again. They met in that continuity during the mid 1920's and fell in love a few years later around the time he started to work with him and not just be a simple soul contract anymore, and no matter how he loves him he still is the fucking Devil so he is not the healthiest (and it's mutual) as well as not used to this (in millions of years of existence he NEVER had been love and never expected it to happen, especially towards a mortal) so he is not the best to cope with anger in addition to his own dramaqueen-ness. So they keep marrying and divorcing so much they even learnt to prepare divorce papers in advance and have a fulltime lawyer for that, and whenever they remarry it has to be fast so they rush to Las Vegas to be married in one go. They act dramatic like it is the end everytime and then regret it and are miserable about it especially the one who got dumped (in-show example, Dice after Devil broke up fpr the Cuphead fiasco ; poor guy intended to make the marriage last longer this time, hence his initial boasting and eagerness)

Then, cartoon!King Dice

Headcanon A

He was made immortal by the Devil (irrealistic but I precise for context : he was made immortal when they married the very first time, because the Devil would never accept him dying no matter how many times they are dramatic and break up)

Headcanon B

No matter how immortal he is, he still got through a premature fading of his pip colors just when he stopped aging (around his late 20's) which is the equivalent of balding in humans. He is VERY self conscious to be like this forever and hides it with make up as we saw

Headcanon C

He met the Devil by selling his soul to him. The reason ? He is trans, knew it since age 9, with a big case of body dysphoria because unfortunately for him no matter how he felt like a man his curvy boxom body at the time and his feminine voice (basically Alana Bridgewater's natural voice) said the contrary. He had gone through a lot of depressive episodes and bullying (as well as sexual harrassment because he was "one hell of a piece o' woman") during all his life no matter how he tried to conceal his body or bind his chest or mumble to conceal his voice, and couldn't take it anymore and didn't dare to become somebody, like a showman, if he didn't feel good in his own shoes. The soul contract gave him a man body and a masculine voice at last and made him extremely confident and flamboyant at last

Headcanon D

I already said I headcanon they are married and keep divorcing and remarrying (sometimes by the Devil, as we see in the show when he fires him and Dice looks more heart broken than scared, but they actually are times when it's Dice and the Devil is a crying mess ; but by the end of the week they always return to each other and despite that they act like it is the very end every time), so here is another specially for him. He's known the Devil since he was 23, inspired from Cab Calloway's age during his glory and how young he looks on one of his portraits in his room, when he sold his soul. But it started as a honorary servant like all others. Roll the Dice (and the picture) started a bit later when he became his Number One, when they became lovers and his soul contract got nulled so he had to be useful other ways

After that, game!Devil

Headcanon A

His Devil Casino is very old, existing since the late 1630's. In addition, he also owns 6 other businesses across the world made to tempt sinners of all kind fitting the Seven Sins to tempt mortals and occasionnally steal their souls like he did with Cuphead and Mugman. That casino is for Greed, he has somewhere else a brothel which is for Lust with Succubi and Incubi employees, a hotel for Sloth where times flies way too quickly a la Interstellar so you stay trapped without knowing and without being searched, a restaurant with an all-you-can-eat buffet for Gluttony in which you are tempted to stay and ruin yourself both by spending money and stuffing yourself which is dangerous for your health etc

Headcanon B

Just like his cartoon counterpart which I didn't precise because I wanted to talk about his twink energy and since unlike him he is not a bottom gay in this continuity but a switch bi/pan, he has several names and nicknames who all are as valid as each other. The Devil was technically a nickname he loved so much for creating fear around itself he made it his "official" new one, and technically counts it as his last name for administrative stuff, using his other names he had before as first and middle names (making it a very long name so "The Devil" is good for everyday)

Headcanon C

Same as for his cartoon counterpart, he was a fallen archangel who took that tragedy very hard and got blinded with rage towards humanity. The difference here is as well as as anger issues that event also made him always determined to prove himself as tough to everyone anytimr which is very anxiety-ducing so anything not going his way has him cry blood tears. As a contrast, he had a lot more self control as an angel, so that event scarred his ego more than he wants to admit

Headcanon D

Like for the cartoon continuity, he is married to King Dice. But unlike the cartoon continuity, despite the rare occasional lack of healthy business like calling him a good for nothing lackey or hurting him if he loses his cool (which he always fixes by healing and profusely crying and apologizing ; he IS Satan, guys), they are very solid, conniving and close and have never divorced, and have known each other longer, so they have been married for 110 years since 1826 since I HC the first game takes place in 1936

And last but not least, game!King Dice

Headcanon A

There too he was made immortal by the Devil (there too for marriage in the context) but also was given powerful powers from him as well (which cartoon!Devil didn't because he wanted to remain in control of everything), which manifest through these green eyes he didn't have before this gift, they become green whenever he uses them, is about to use them or just gets threatening. He can grow gigantic, shrink people, teleport himself, make portals that bring him from location A to location B, make things levitate, create and summon as many living cards he can from his hands and can give sentience to his dancing hands, just to quote a few

Headcanon B

After the game, he was so mad at Devil for having called him a good for nothing lackey he forced him to sleep on the couch and didn't have sex with him for 2 months straight, ignoring him for any matter that had nothing to do with business. It took Devil a hella lot begging and crying and flirting and promising and apologizing to finally forgive him

Headcanon C

Same as for his cartoon counterpart, he made a deal with the Devil to finally have a man body (but because he didn't precise in that continuity and the Devil is tricky, he kept his voice, which in this continuity is the one we hear in-game voiced by Alana Bridgewater, which the Devil found very deep for a girl anyway so it could pass) because he is trans and felt extremely dysphoric with how curvatious and unmasculine he looked. It was only then that he became confident and flamboyant, realized that on the contrary instead of hiding he loved to put a show on himself, and realized that his voice could finally pass as a man's and was no longer afraid to sing in public, after having hated the Devil for a while for having let him with it

Headcanon D

Same for the Devil, he is married and in love with no divorce so I won't repeat myself on that. Instead, he made his soul contract with the Devil at age 23, in the late 1810's. Only, being craftier and more confident than his cartoon counterpart, once he got what he wanted, he stole the contract and managed to trick the Devil into burning it with hellfire, freeing his soul. Furious, the latter doomed him to work for him for all his life, like he does for anyone tricking him with their souls (my HC for the Casino bosses) and brought him to his casino which was the closest point. Dice started as a croupier, then as a performer, then by the time they married became the manager

Bridgewater’s characters social media shenanigans part n°1 ✨

There’s been this kind of new trend over Twitter of making social media AUs and such so I thought why not using this to make silly snippets with our beloved sillies??

It’s only little extracts here and there of their lives and I don’t pretend that they might not be out of character sometimes but I try my best!! And also it follows my headcanons <3

Introducing another character this time… Shelley Hoskins!!

And then it’s slightly different than the snippets of last time which were one (1) or two (2) screenshots long, here’s a whole thread conversation!! (It’s their peak nerdism with a hidden side to Shelley because I like to think that if Olivia is the way she is, it’s obviously thanks to her family too) so that’s why I’m putting them 1 by 1 because otherwise the cropping gets weird 😭 (and also I really think Shelley really likes to have Vip as a son in law 🥹)

Jeremy Bradshaw observational drawing edition (?)

I don’t know how to title this but I’m at the bakery and I was thinking that it would be funny to have Jeremy in France for a seminar and him wanting to have some food and then he gets lost and confused considering how many different breads we have

It’s a messy and not fully proportional doodle but it trains me better on my real life drawing so good thing for volumes and light and all!! Thanks Jeremy ksksks

Bridgewater characters: rainbow pencil portrait series 🌈🫶

In order: Jeremy Bradshaw, Vipin Khurana, Olivia Hoskins, Shelley Hoskins, Thomas Bradshaw, Anne Becker, The Legend Tripper (see further explanations after the read more!)

All of the portraits follow my headcanons, Olivia has more piercings than before as I’m following the hc of the wonderful @stillwinchester 🫶

I have discovered a new drawing method I’m particularly loving: the rainbow coloured pencil! And it has been so so so much fun trying it out I’m absolutely loving it!!

I just wanted to add that for the Legend Tripper’s crown, I got inspired by what I learnt in my translation class at uni: women in the 19th century used wear that kind of things called a “bridal crown” which were made out of orange tree flowers and buds, which was very typical to get married and I felt like it gave her a mesmerising aspect which was very much welcomed and to give her an out of time side which truly fits with her character too!

Nintendo Switch party!!

I wanted to draw again today and with colours so here are Vipin and Olivia playing some Switch game!! Liv is taking it way more seriously than Vipin and honestly I truly imagine her really wanting to win while Vip is just all fun and enjoy 😭

I’d see them play some Mariokart? I think Vipin mains Toad, Isabelle or Dry Bones, and Liv probs mains Peach, Rosalina or Dry Bowser (and I also did the Splatoon joycons for Liv bc I do think she’d be a Splatoon girlie)

Found the pose on mellon_soup’s account on TikTok and thought it’d be just perfect for them both and I just love them together so so so much 😭💜

Bridgewater “inktober” 5: Tea 🍵

Here’s Jeremy Bradshaw enjoying his tea!! Probably in the morning before going to work (as his teabag says good morning 🫶) 🤧 I don’t know why today I had a vision being: Jeremy wearing a turtleneck jumper and what was a 15 min quick sketch for the flat colours became a 4 hours drawing bdbdjdjd

I still headcanon Jeremy as not liking things being tight around his neck because of sensory issues, so to me it’s because our guy is cold with a beginning of sore throat, and also that the neck part is quite loose so not fully against his skin (I feel him a lot)

I did the design of the mug inspired by the Bridgewater official merch both the hitchhiking pin and also the blue purplish forest one, and added cryptids to the design and the Bridgewater lettering! And yes this is another mug from the huge mug collection Jeremy has, I think he might’ve bought this one himself, thinking it was funny enough

And also previous headcanons are there like the aroace bracelet that I want to believe that Anne was the one who gave it to him; and also the old piercing mark on his lobe as when he was a teenager/young adult he had piercings for his rebel era against his step father and his mother’s choices (cf previous drawings I did of young!Jeremy). Once again, thanks a LOT to @rockinglibra for the prompt list I appreciate it a lot 💜

Last but not least, colourful Bridgewater 2023 fanart dump!

I had been wanting to draw Jeremy Bradshaw with his cat for a long long LONG while aka since my first ever drawing of him (the digital one with him sleeping on his couch around his books, magazines and students’ homeworks) because I had made him have a black cat as his lockscreen so I considered him in my headcanons since then to have a black cat! Called him Patrick because it’s silly, it’s one of my cats’ name too, and I love him too much ksksks To me, Jeremy got his cat from a shelter and he was already named this way so he kept it as it is to not disturb the cat! It was a quick art so it’s not proportionally accurate but I needed to picture that!

Olivia and Jeremy doodles because why not! Still exploring Liv’s clothings and wanted to try out of my comfort zone angles ksksks

Bridgewater “Inktober” 2: Insects

I’m still following the list @rockinglibra made for me 🫶 This time as it was insects as the prompt, I thought about nature and forest and I thought what would be better than drawing the Legend Tripper??? So here y’all go! The Legend Tripper!!

After the read more: the inspo + explanation because it’s spoilers so if you haven’t finished Bridgewater don’t read 😭🙏

First of all I was inspired by this for the cape

But I felt like the Legend Tripper would wear green and why not poisonous mushrooms depicted??? It’s the reddest flag to show the danger she represents (and the fact she might be shady)

And then I searched which insects would be more fit for faes, I ended up finding butterflies as one of the most representing things so I thought why not, then I decided myself on the pipevine swallowtail because it’s apparently one of the most poisonous butterflies which I find fitting once again because there’s dichotomy between beauty and danger

And I think I never explained my headcanon for the LT as it was spoilery, I always picture her with red gems because faes collect gems and stones, and I think a ruby is a great precious stone to represent her (I gave her a necklace also with the same kind of gem but honestly I do see her with a bracelet and even a ring of this kind)

I really wanted to draw our favourite squad today so here we go!! I had not drawn like this since a while and I missed it a lot <3

I like to imagine they often do various stuff together as a bestie group and this time Vip and Liv suggested to Jeremy to come over to chill, maybe play some tabletop games and to discuss about whatever they want. So Jeremy decided to bring pizzas!!

Bridgewater x Pokémon crossover with Jeremy Bradshaw 🫶💜

My roommate made me play Pokémon Go again so I’m back in my Pokémon spiral and I made PLENTY of headcanons with Bridgewater and Pokémon together (yes Pokémon has been my specific interest since perhaps I have been 5? And I’m 22 now so YEAH.)

So my main hc that started me spiralling is: Jeremy Bradshaw has had his Lillipup since he was a kid so they both grew old together, so here’s child!Jeremy Bradshaw with his Lillipup, young adult!Jeremy Bradshaw with his Herbier and his old current self with his Stoutland!! And to me his dog has been his bestie since Thomas had disappeared (I tried to express his different eras emotions jdjdjdkd hope I managed to it!!) if I feel like it I will try to go in depth into my crossover, I made our fave trio Pokémon teams!

I know this is very very niche but it makes me super happy <3 (like the My Little Pony x Bridgewater crossover!)

Carving pumpkins 🎃

31st of October 1980

Jeremy Bradshaw is 5, and it’s one of the last memories he has with his father, Thomas, as he is going to disappear on the night of the 15th to the 16th of November 1980 💔

I’m very sorry as I’m also heartbroken by what I did 😭

But I like to think that Jeremy would end up being very nostalgic of Halloween because of that, and would be the one having candies to give is any kid would ring at his flat on Halloween’s night, and he’d even have candies for his student because he’s cool ™

I wanted also to draw Thomas Bradshaw for once because that doesn’t happen much kdkdkd (it’s a quick drawing so no intricate backgrounds or anything because I was really inspired by this idea:)

And when I saw this yesterday my brain just went immediately “Jeremy and Thomas Bradshaw” so here y’all go!

I also like to think that Jeremy has kept that t-shirt in his closet because it reminds him dearly of his father and still wears it time to time to this day 🥺

Speaking of the tee, I did research to do accurate touristy t-shirts so I got inspired by this one I had found on Etsy! (I thought that as Thomas worked for Bridgewater he must have had gotten something like that at some point AND it’s also a nice way to get a nod to the podcast like that 🤧)

My Little Pony: Bridgewater is Magic

This is what happens when I have my specific interests making crossovers in my mind: you end up with myself asking to myself: what would the Bridgewater characters look like if they were ponies? So here you go with our mane 3: Olivia Hoskins, Vipin Khurana and Jeremy Bradshaw! Nobody asked for them but my own silly brain but here they are 🙏

I spent a good amount of research time for them not gonna lie especially as it is the first time I draw ponies ever!!

After the read more a close up of the ponies and a few explanations:

I forgot to take a pic of Jeremy when I put the white hair of beard on him sorry! So the brown scheme is because I picture him with his brown corduroy coat, the hair going grey, with his glasses. The bag with his usual pins of course, and also his cutie mark is a reminder of him since he was a foal, trying to seek for the truth through research hence the bulb lighting up on the written paperwork! And a unicorn because he kinda believes in magic although he doesn’t so I don’t think he would use much his power at least at first!

Our best earth pony: Vipin!! Red is for his hoodie, my brain is simple, he has a bag too because Jeremy’s TA with the matching pin, and the sunflower cutie mark is because he’s that sunshine person with everybody, happy to help and just here with a lot of joy and optimism! However I do feel like he had unicorn ancestry so as Pinkie Pie he’d have that kind of Pinkie sense which saved the trio quite a lot

Then here’s Olivia!! Purple colour because I think it’s her fave colour, and the hair represents the hair I headcanon her with. The cutie mark is a heart in three parts because it shows how caring and loving she is, the outer heart is for anypony, the second heart is for her family and friends, and the inner heart is for herself because she learnt to love herself <3 and she is a fashion icon hence the piercings and makeup 🫶

I chose her to be a Pegasus because of that thought I had (do not read it if you’re not done with Bridgewater and that you understand MLP ways of pony genetics although it might be off slightly)
