Business to Consumer Marketing - Any Data
In today's competitive market, businesses need to effectively target and engage with their ideal customers to drive sales and revenue. Business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing is a crucial strategy for companies to reach and connect with individual consumers.
What is Business-To-Consumer (B2C) Marketing?
Business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing refers to the strategies and tactics used by businesses to promote their products or services directly to individual consumers. Unlike business-to-business (B2B) marketing, which targets other businesses, B2C marketing focuses on understanding and meeting the needs of individual consumers.
How Business-To-Consumer (B2C) Sales Works?
B2C sales involve a direct transaction between a business and an individual consumer. The sales process typically involves the following steps:
Lead generation: Businesses use various marketing channels to generate leads and attract potential customers.
Targeted marketing: Businesses use consumer data and analytics to create targeted marketing campaigns.

Once you value your Time ⌚️you realize to have anything less than an authentic love, genuine relationships (friendships & more), solid business relationships, and happiness is a waste of Life! I made sure to schedule enough time between outbound cold calls for Website partner, team meetings, @google meets, and finishing touches on a Cannabis partnership @mzgoodbuzz24.7 to read this 📚. ##Shoptimism by Lee Eisenberg is a good read. 📕📙📙📉📈📊 This is by far one of the best books I have read that really dives into the American consumer mind. It helps us understand the sell side and the buy side. He calls the sell side, “Them versus You” because from a shopping stand point the perspective is, “we want goods because we're being forced to want goods.” Many times we are not looking to buy a particular product but it is presented to us in person, social media, commercials, news, by friends or family etc. Eisenberg calls the buy side, “You versus You.” This one seems to be the most dangerous one of all in my personal opinion. Reason being is we are “our” worst enemy and that can lead to making unwise spending decisions. We spend even if the economy is in the rocks. We make most of our decisions based on emotions, sometimes perception, and appearance. Our emotions play a huge role in the products we buy. If we are feeling happy or sad we may buy comfort food like apple pie to give us satisfaction. The other side is if we are feeling confident and proud, we may buy clothing outfits that express our body confidence. Appearance also plays a factor in our consuming decisions. If something is flattering catching our eye and attention we tend to buy it. Especially if the quality is high-end. This is engaging, entertaining and very analytical on all the data he has gathered to study the American consumer. I highly recommend this book, very authentic and truthful. The perspective may be a little (dated, Pre Coronavirus and current economy) but still makes some valid points!! Enjoy your Day. And Be Happy while 💨💨🌤#pushyourcloud #advertising #digitalstrategy #salesandmarketingexpert #closer #hardcorecloser #consumerdata #dataanalytics #kpis #revenue (at Downtown Detroit) https://www.instagram.com/p/CXMg2a2vgEc/?utm_medium=tumblr

E-commerce now plays a significant role in all our lives, and it is consistently growing as the days pass. If we check the latest statistics and surveys, it all sums up to how there is a drastic shift from people visiting physical stores to direct shifts to online shopping. Do you know who started this?

Fluent Infographic: Consumers Aren’t Sure They Want Brands to Get Political
Many studies have proved that this generation of consumers support brands that have similar values with them. They want brands to care about social issues and take a stand for those social issues. Some studies have also stated that this generation of consumers want brands to take a political stand. But a recent study from performance marketing company Fluent says that consumers aren’t sure they want brands to get political.

About the Study
According to the study from Fluent, consumers care most about gun violence, jobs and the economy. But the big surprise with the study is these consumers also say that they aren’t really sure how they feel about brands taking political stands. Almost half of those surveyed across political affiliations and age groups are ambivalent about buying from brands that don’t support their political views. It says that they are uncertain if they will patronize a brand who has different political views from them. The study also reveals that they’re also not sure whether to switch brands for the same reason. Consumers aren’t sure they will switch to a brand who has similar political views with them. The study also reveals that more than half are uncertain about buying from brands that take political stances at all. These results are very shocking because this generation of consumers are more conscious and intentional with the brands they patronize.
Fluent Speaks on the Study
Jeff Pavelcsyk, industry VP, consumer goods and lifestyle at Fluent spoke about the study. He stated that by taking a consumer-first approach and leveraging customer data to understand the impact of politics in the shopping journey, brands have the potential to gain a deeper understanding of their customers’ beliefs and what issues mean the most to them. Below is the infographics detailing the results from the study.
