looking up how long a period of time a 'Cycle' is supposed to be, since it's never explicitly stated and uh.

there is 0 fuckin consistency in this franchise as apparently it varies depending on continuity.

Like. Surely you could just

Cycle/Planetary Cycle = one day (aka the time it take for the planet to rotate)

Lunar Cycle = a month (the time it takes the moon to go through all phases)

Solar Cycle = a year (the time it takes to go round the sun once)

and find a way to keep it consistent (and then make up shit for things like minute and hour).

Not, whatever this all is

Last post of the year! So here's something I drew to play around with some new markers I got for Christmas. Plus! A digitally coloured version because I loved the lineart so much, I scanned it so I could practice with digital rendering.

Still love this version. I was inspired by all the cool fanart I've been seeing in the fandom and wanted to play around with lines and shapes. That's why Sun is drawn is friendly curves and rounded edges while Moon is all sharp and angled. Kinda wanna try the reverse now. Maybe next year 😜
