Then throw your kids/teens smartphones out the car window. Watching this documentary confirmed everything I already knew about social media. My dad works in the tech industry, and we’ve been talking about the potential and real harms of technology on children and adults for years. If you’ve been around for a while or listen to my podcast) you’ve heard me rant about how harmful social media and phone usage can be! It can be soul-sucking and extremely detrimental. #Repost @conservativebabes (@get_repost) ・・・ Yesterday Ben Shapiro did a segment at the very end of his podcast on Mormonism because he is in Utah for a speech. No matter what religion you are, Christian, Buddhist, Mormon, Jew or any other religion, if you are a reasonable person, you have to admit that some religions have a better cultural effect than others. Mormonism is one of those religions that does a great deal of good for the world. I was so pleased to hear what Ben Shapiro (who is a devout Jew) had to say on this religion last night. Now I am not a Mormon (I personally am a devout Christian) but I do come from a long line of Mormon Heritage. My ancestors were pioneers and I am proud of the part they played in settling the West. Even though I am not a member of the Mormon religion, I love Mormons, their culture, and I love that I grew up in the wonderful state of Utah where that culture is dominant. Some of my very favorite people in the whole wide world are devout members of this religion. I know firsthand how wonderful the influence this religion has on communities, individuals, and politics. In the end, what America needs most is a people who believes whole heartedly in God given rights, and the freedoms that were outlined by our founding fathers. If you go looking for the state in America who is the most conservative and fiercely fighting for our Constitution, it’s not Texas ya’ll, it’s UTAH. Have you heard of Mike Lee...? Yeah.
