Activating the energy body through the senses. 💥 Did you know your chakras are connected to the senses? Our senses supply us with information about our body and the environment around us, but it also connects us to the energy body as well. If you’re familiar with energy work, we know more often than not, one or more energy centers are out of whack, causing imbalances in our system. One way to calm or stimulate your energy centers is by focusing on its sense. Here's some ideas: Root—smell: the sense of smell is known as the strongest evoker of memory, often bringing long forgotten experiences back to us (in this lifetime or otherwise). Use essential oils or focus on a specific smell, taking in with full presence. Sacral—taste: savor every bite of your food and choose foods that will counteract your energetic imbalance. Solar plexus—sight: study sacred geometry and complex visuals to activate this sense or study objects in nature for an organic and soothing experience. Heart—touch: the palm of the hand has an acupuncture and minor chakra point connected to the heart (pericardium outer layer). Offer yourself (or another) a massage or gentle touch like Reiki. Focus on the sensations as you come in contact with skin or other textures. Throat—hearing: activate by chanting, singing and listening to music. Meditate on the beauty of stillness and silence for a calming experience. Third eye—use divination tools like tarot and astrology. Start an intuition journal to begin trusting what is being communicated to you psychically. Crown—universal connection: connect with nature, sitting in awe of the beauty that is. Meditate in silence as this is the “sound” associated with the crown chakra. For an expansive erotic experience during s_x or otherwise, activate all senses, one by one; dropping into your body fully. Which of these are you intuitively drawn to the most? What are your fav foods to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner? and what is your fav junk food? :)

Breakfast: My favorite thing to do for breakfast would be to go out to somewhere like IHOP or Denny's. Though since that requires money it's a rarity, so I would say my favorite breakfast food would be sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. 

Lunch: The basics, any kind of sandwich, or a chicken caesar salad. You can never underestimate the joys of a classic pb&j though!

Dinner: This is a tricky one! I love having pasta with dinner, thats for sure. Any kind too, with almost any type of sauce or gravy. As for the meal itself, I really can't think of a favorite!

Hmmmm, my favorite junk food, thats a toughie too! I would say either Moose Tracks ice cream or Taco Bell!! :)
