The Meeting of Grace O'Malley, the Pirate Queen of Connacht, and Queen Elizabeth I of England.
"In September 1593, (Gráinne O'Malley, also known as) Grace O’Malley was granted an audience with Queen Elizabeth I. “They sat down as elderly, experienced women (both in their sixties), both leaders in what was perceived to be a man’s world.”"
"Despite the evidence against her as a rebel and a pirate, Grace’s meeting with the Queen was successful. Contrary to the advice of her own military governor, Elizabeth granted Tibbott [her son] his freedom, Grace’s stolen lands were returned, and she was allowed to continue with her career at sea."

A map of Britain and Ireland, circa 1550.
• Born in 1530 in County Mayo, western Ireland, Gráinne O'Malley was the daughter of the O'Malley chieftain, Owen 'Dubhdara' (Black Oak) O'Malley, and Margaret O'Malley.
• Early life: Gráinne O'Malley grew up at the family castles of Belclare and Clare Island. It’s likely that she would have been educated at the local monastery.
• Piracy and politics: Both on land and at sea, Grace became a key figure on the west coast of Ireland in the 16th century. A letter to the Tudor court describes her as “the nurse to all rebellions in the province for 40 years”
• Meeting with Elizabeth I: In September 1593 Grace was granted an audience with Queen Elizabeth I at Greenwich.
• Died: in 1603 at the age of 73, most likely at Carraigahowley castle. She is buried in the ruins of the Cistercian abbey on Clare Island.

Time Travel Question : Medievalish 2
These Questions are the result of suggestions from the previous iteration.
This category may include suggestions made too late to fall into the correct earlier time grouping. Basically, I'd already moved on to human history, but I'd periodically get a pre-homin suggestion, hence the occasional random item waaay out of it's time period, rather than reopen the category.
In some cases a culture lasted a really long time and I grouped them by whether it was likely the later or earlier grouping made the most sense with the information I had. (Invention ofs tend to fall in an earlier grouping if it's still open. Ones that imply height of or just before something tend to get grouped later, but not always. Sometimes I'll split two different things from the same culture into different polls because they involve separate research goals or the like).
Please add new suggestions below if you have them for future consideration. All cultures and time periods welcome.

The Celts of Ancient Ireland
The first historical record of the Celts was by the Greeks about 700 BC, the Celts were a loose grouping of tribes that lived in an area north of the Alps around the Danube river in central Europe. Over the next few hundred years they spread east and west across Europe. The Celts first arrived in Ireland about 500 BC, there is no reliable information on how or when the Celts became the dominant…
