One Michelin starred kitchen. One night a week. 12 bar stools. 12 burgers. All very hush hush. The "Confidential Burger" is the result of one chef's year-long quest to create "the perfect burger". Mission accomplished? Tbh, while we liked the flavour and texture of the patty, the burger was too fatty for us, and it needed more than just a lone pickle to cut through the richness.
