Location of The Concorde is pretty good. The building is within walking distance of Buckhead Village and all the retail and restaurants it has to offer. Concorde is an older 31-story art-deco styled high-rise which was built in the end of the 80’s. Just like other old high-rises it has certain characteristic flaws, such as lower ceilings, absence of washer and dryer connections, fairly small and enclosed kitchens. However, the biggest negative for The Concorde is the absence of balconies. By today's standard, living in a high-rise and not having at least a small outdoor space is just a bad idea.
