Hitting up all my favorite food spots in SF/Oakland this weekend... @comstocksaloon, @timelesscoffee, @stablecafe, @plumbaroakland, but the one closest to my heart is @staygoldoakland. This was one of the first places I ate at when I first visited, ended up moving to a place just down the street, and there were many nights of fun with friends in the backyard! I usually eat vegan when I can, mostly vegetarian, but this place is just DAMN GOOD. Housing one of the oldest southern style smokers on the west coast, they now serve up the best Italian meats I've ever had and, rightfully so, were featured on @foodnetwork. Also - home made pickles hot damn!
