Protein waffles. What else 😋Gotten a few requests for the recipe so here it is! I use the @perfectfit protein recipe but modify it to my diet by adding a few things (yes, ADDING!) So here is how I make it:🔸1/2 of a mashed banana 🔸1 scoop/packet of #perfectfitprotein (or if you don't have Perfect Fit use 1-2 scoops whey. But if it doesn't turn out don't blame me! That's what you get for not using Perfect Fit! 🙊) 🔸1/3 cup oat flour (oats blended into flour!) 🔸3 egg whites + 1 whole egg 🔸1 TBL flax meal (ground flax seed) 🔸Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 cup blueberries🔹Mash banana in a small bowl and in a separate larger bowl combine all other ingredients, then add mashed banana. Stir it up and add slap it on a waffle maker or frying pan! Boom. Protein protein pancakes/waffles! 😋 Top it off with the other 1/2 of the banana or toppings of choice. Awesome back day today! Caught up on my Z's and slept in (I'm off work today) so had extra energy and reached a new PR for pull downs and rows!
