depression, suicide and hopelessness vs (six months of gratitude) - Day 183

Today is the 183rd of Gratitude Bridge

It's exactly six months since I started this project.

It started with the intention of doing daily gratitude with the harbour bridge at sunrise.

It started because on the 4th of August last year, I had a suicide attempt, and I had two more leading up to Christmas.

And I had this last-ditch plan, that said why don't I try the idea of gratitude daily for 365 days, and I would video and document my journey.

So here I am six months in, for the first 75 days I was able to maintain sunrises every day, that fell by the wayside, but the project never did.

It's changed a little bit over time, but daily, I come down to the harbour bridge to do videography and talk about gratitude.

But after I met Jesus I mean TRULY MET HIM FOR MYSELF!!! I saw his love and never ending forgiveness and patient but still stern he was with me. He was that father I had always dreamed and hoped for. Is about to the fact the something your doing is breaking the heart of someone you love and they want you to stop! Now a lot of the times the things we're doing aren't that great anyway, and the person (Jesus Christ) wants better for you look at the scripture you will recieve a "refreshing"!!! I don't know about you but a refreshing in my mind, spirit, and life in general sounds amazing right about now! Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:21-22‬ ‭ ----------------------------------------------- I thanks god for my sister in Christ @stinuhh for convicting me this morning. I had fallen into my flesh and acted spitefully towards someone who Got on my nerves and it's been a progression of irritation but I did small things that she couldn't speak out about but I know hurt her. And I heard a voice telling me not to but I did what I wanted to and it ended up tainting my spirit and my communication with God. An reading this V.21-35 showed me I had no right to hold a grudge and be angry because I irritate and annoy God just the same but he forgives me and moves on no matter how many times. God refuses to move in someone's life who has a spiteful heart. Truly let go of the grudges pains and irritation and let God heal you and move on!!! #godisable #godlovesyou #godhealsallwounds #comingoutofdepression
