Remember my Boughs of Holly sweater that crazy me knit in the middle of this summer? 🙃 #boughsOfHollySweater Well, I have news about it! I finally managed to get the pattern ready and sent it to my tech editor. I am not going to lie, grading this one was a nightmare! Never have I spent so many hours on a pattern. Who am I kidding?! It wasn't hours, it was days! 😱 But now I am confident that I figured it out for all 10 sizes! 😊 If no major issues will come up during the tech editing process, I will probably open a new call for testers in the first week of October. We have the most beautiful October weather, but it is for sure getting colder. Which means that one by one I get all my lovely sweaters out of their summer hibernation. 🙌 This week I mainly wore my Meander Sweater. #meanderSweater. It was the very first sweater pattern that I released and as all my garment patterns is went through tech editing and test knitting before the release. 🧶 I am still very much in love with this design - especially with the colorwork on the body. In the last week it was very quiet around here. I had a bad cold and was off work, but now I am back! 😊 Thanks for bearing with me! For some days I did mostly sleep and could not knit at all. And when I was able to pick up the needles again, I wanted to work on something that did not involve a lot of thinking. I really needed a mindless knit. 🧶 Since I saw my testers bring so many beautiful Boughs of Holly Sweater #boughsOfHollySweater to life and since I gifted mine to a very dear friend, I decided to cast on another one for myself. And I am SO glad I did.
