any time i imagine kid xelqua lounging in grian's house, he is watching sesame street or dragon ball z, with snacks sat on the cushion next to him.

he shoves the snacks into the crease of the couch when he thinks he might get in trouble for eating on the furniture and doesn't want to get caught. (he would not have got in trouble, but now he will, just for that)

#he watches sesame street solely bc i imagine he has a rly positive reaction to doc and joe hills #big starry eyes. grian is SOO confused the first time he sees this reaction. like. he thinks the puppet is real ??#(joe hills under the table holding the puppet up)#we've barely seen the inside of grian's s10 build but i have it so vivid in my head #where hte kitchen is. the bed. the bathroom. theres a box tv #he has fish themed wallpaper and multi coloured muted rugs around #his bar stools don't match each other #he has to light his stove every time he uses it #his coffee table is way too detailed around the edges and legs #his bedroom doesn't have a wall its just a loft looking over his living area. theres a ladder to it. but he flies up #its just a large nest on the floor full of blankets #storage on the other side #I CANT DRAW BACKGROUNDS I TRIED FOR THIS ITS SO HARD AND UGLY #picture it in ur mind with me hold my hand #he hangs sliced dried oranges in his window for the smell and decor..

Bicycles

A cat!!!

Roller Skates

Ladders!

Baby stroller or handcart to transport heavy things for short distances (mostly for lots of materials or furniture and such)

Cargo pants with pockets

Growing my hair veeeery long (and keeping it in a loooong braid)

Head lamp

Let me paint metal crates and cars!!!!!!!

#mine #project zomboid #pz #i also want a million aesthetic things like cowboy boots and cute decorations and dying fabrics and stuff #(well the fanric dying is not just arsthetic that would be useful to tell items apart and shit)#i think fabric dying is planned for the next build and i rly hope you can keep cats as part of the animal system #god being able to paint metal crates would be so useful #and i WISH painting crates would make them look different in the little tabs of the inventory window that would make things much easier!#like different coloured backpacks have different thumbnails too! i wish we could have that for closets and crates and such as well #also i wish i could preserve meat and fish for longer (i know there are mods but they all have way more functions complicated for me)#oh also i want a million more kinds of teddy bears and plants and wall decorations and things i can put in my house ;^;#making concrete would also be useful (i think it has been planned before cause there are concrete bags in game but u cant use them)#the fact that u can make stairs but not ladders is also annoying and reminds me of playing sims lol #okay i think thats all i have for now ill probably add to this post when i got more stuff to complain about lol #(dont get me wrong i love this game to bits but man i wish i could mod!!! i have so many ideas!!)

so I'm currently in full planning mode for where we'll put all our furniture and everything in the new apartment. that includes thinking about which walls we're gonna paint (since they're all white currently).

and. well. we went pretty boring in our last two apartments because everyone voiced their critical opinions about everything not-boring that we did do, and I'm too sensitive to that stuff so. I tried to go with very normal, boring colours mostly.

and I think I'm over that now. I'm still worried that everyone will be mean about it when they see it (because they definitely will), but to be honest? fuck that. it's our place. and we're planning to stay there for a long time hopefully. so those damn walls will not be boring.

my husband and I will each have our own room (bedroom + office) because having one bedroom and one office did not work for us. anyway, I'm looking at lots of stuff on pinterest for ideas and... I'm afraid my room is gonna look like a kid's room 😅

#it's gonna be silly as hell and I'm trying to get over the fear that people will be mean about it #I wish the people in my life were nicer #but they are not. and unfortunately they are related to me. and my husband's family is almost worse.#but we need their help with moving and everything so... I'll try to ignore what they'll say 🙃#and luckily I won't start decorating until after we move everything in and they will not be invited for a long long time so... they won't #see anything but the colour of the walls probably #personal

we're slowly decorating our room and the other day we got a bunch of paint swatches and cut them up and stuck them to the closet door to make a patchwork of colour, and then we'd also ordered prints of a bunch of our photos and stuck those on the walls today, and I found an old calender and cut out an image from that and found some postcards with illustrations of birds on them and put those on the walls too and I really like the vibe of it. it feels kinda like putting things we enjoy in a scrapbook
