I FEEL THIS TO MY CORE! But instead, Im being told Im a burden. Im too much. I need too much. Im an inconvenience. "I went from taking care of 1 child (me, a 34 year old Chronically ill & disabled ADULT), to caring for 3" (once our children moved back home with us full time after Covid separated us). Is it "Post" Traumatic Stress Disorder, if the trauma is still ongoing?
