Netta, Zach, and I biked 17 miles on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene's today. Zach's bike wasn't working out so he roller bladed the whole thing. It was gorgeous, definitely doing the whole trail this year. #trailofthecoeurdalenes #coeurdaleneriver #Cataldo #idaho #biking

I had such an excellent time today with @kayciemiller we followed this beautiful rover for a lot of miles today. So much incredible scenery and fun experiences, but in the end the river took my wallet. I hope someone enjoys the $150 when it finally gets picked up. LOL :) #coeurdaleneriver #idaho #iloveidaho #idahome #coeurdalenenationalforest (at Prichard, Idaho)

After Rose Lake, I went to Bull Run Lake. As I crossed the Coeur d’Alene river, it looked so beautiful, so when I saw a parking lot I stopped to check it out. I climbed down the bank and was on a narrow beach. The river was bright blue with Ice on the edges. There was a bush blocking my way of walking further down the beach, so I tried to climb around it,on the river side! My first foot sunk into the mud and in the water, I reached for the bush and the branch broke! I quickly grasped again before falling, full body, into the icy river. Both feet soaked, I peeled off my shoes and socks and slipped on the boots I should’ve been wearing in the first place (sockless). I laughed it off and it was a grand old time. Is it even an adventure if you don’t get dirty?
