Yes, there may be a little fic to go along with this. No, I'm not saying that this is the ending of JWIN. It's just an idea for a happy ending. One where Frank and Mila can relax, go on a road trip (David is visiting his Aunt Dot), and they end up in Vegas. And even though Frank has asked her before, he asks her again if she wants to get married. And this time she says yes. And of course, they get Burger Town afterwards.

Still probably could be a brown eyed lady as long as you don't mind having the nickname "Vic."

I know I said this would be three parts. It is not. If you’re new here never trust when I say how long a story is going to be. It’s always longer. The characters really run the show here I just type.

She works here.

Frank exited the briefing room.

She works here and she knows he works here, too.

She had barely given him a second glance when he walked in. Just regarded him the same as everyone else. And even now when she pushed past him to get to whatever she had scheduled next. He was just another body in the hall to her.

A hand landed on his shoulder. Alex.

“Don’t think I’ve ever seen you so quiet in a briefing before.”

He chuckled in response.

But Alex was already following his gaze.

“Who knew those dorks would have such a good-looking gal in their midst huh?” He nudged his friend.

Frank hadn’t told Alex about the encounter in the park. He knew his friend would jump on it. Frank hadn’t told Alex much about the women he was with. Not since Alex got married and settled into his life. He was always trying to encourage Frank to do the same lately.

Fat chance.

He ran his hand through his dark hair.

“Come on, let’s get something to eat,” Alex said shaking Frank from his thoughts.

They entered the cafeteria. He quickly scanned the room, but she wasn’t there. Interesting that she chose to be alone with her book rather than eating here. He could understand that.

Frank glanced at Alex. He was staring at the salad bar like he didn’t know what to make of it. Then he passed it by, opting for the egg salad sandwich. The way Frank heard it Em was trying to get him to eat more greens. In Alex’s mind this could be a kind of compromise. If it has salad in the name, it was essentially the same thing. Frank was sure Em wouldn’t buy it. But he also knew she was just looking out for him. Something about Alex’s heart. Frank and Em might have had their differences, but they could agree on one thing. They wanted Alex to stick around for a long time.

“How’s Em?” He asked as he picked up his own sandwich.

Alex gave him a look.

“You know, she misses the job. But nothing’s going to tear her away from David, either,” He chuckled and shook his head. “So you know, she’s happy.”

He paid the cashier and waited for Frank.

“Kind of surprised you’re eating here.”

Frank waved his hand dismissively.

“Park got old.”

“Not enough eye candy-”

“Can it, will ya?”

“Touchy. Jogger throw her water bottle at you?”

“Nah, I’m not a creep like you.”

Alex laughed.

As they took their seats the light outside dimmed. The day grew dark and it started to rain. Good thing he wasn’t going to the park any more.

He wondered if she got herself caught in the rain.

After lunch he and Alex separated. He decided to take the back stairs. They were usually empty, and it was easy to grab a quiet smoke there. He pushed past the double doors leading to the stairs. Then he pulled out his lighter and leaned against the window across from the stairs as he lit his cigarette. Frank flicked his eyes up and there she was- Vic. That was her name. Or at least what Hudson had called her. She was sitting on the stairs. Sandwich in hand and yet another fat book balanced on her lap. He jokingly thought to himself that she must be eating them with how quickly she seemed to get through them.

Vic didn’t look up, so he turned his back to her and looked out the window at the rain. He propped open the window to blow his smoke out. People smoked freely in the building of course, but Frank preferred to not stand in a cloud of it if he didn’t have to. And he liked the fresh air from the window. He hated being cooped up in this building. He wasn’t meant for this office shit. Even though he had just gotten back he was already wishing to be sent off somewhere. In the field, the only thing he missed was his bike. More than once he had considered taking a long road trip, alone of course.

“Guess I was wrong,” He heard her say. For a moment Frank had forgotten someone else was there.

“’Bout what?” He asked the open window.

“I thought you were just another guy bullshitting me about being away for work.”

“Yeah, well 9 times out of 10 you’d probably be right.”

“So you’re the 10.”

He chuckled, “Don’t know about that.”

“Got another one of those?” She asked. He put his pack and lighter on the windowsill and he heard her descend the stairs to stand next to him.

“Thanks. Left mine upstairs,” She said as she placed the cigarette between her lips and lit it.

She didn’t seem keen on making conversation and he was never particularly fond of it anyway. And it’s not like he was going to ask her for her number, now. Then the creeps wouldn’t just be isolated to the park, she’d find herself working with one too.

“All right, well,” She said, pausing, as she stabbed her cigarette out in the receptacle on the wall. “Thanks. See you around.”

And before he could say anything else she was back up the stairs gathering her book and her remaining lunch. Then without a glance back she headed upstairs.

“See ya,” He said quietly as he shut the window.

Hi hi hi!

I’ve had a couple of busy days with holidays, work and family that I didn’t have the time like last year to make a full rendered drawing, but I made these sketches since I received an ask on how Aleks and Adler would spend holidays, so here ya go.

They’d probably just relax somewhere cozy and take time for themselves, even if it’s just for a while, a warm cup of coffee and just enjoying each other company.

For sure Adler would watch the all week NFL games and would drag Woods with him. Adler roots for the Chargers and Woods for the Eagles (assuming this since those teams are from Philly and San Diego).

While Aleks would also enjoy some time with friends she met along the way. Here’s a cute sketch of Aleks, Abby ( @revnah1406 ) and Mila ( @efingart ) but will also share it with the rest of her friends (I’ll draw later all my moots and friends OCs hehehe). But I got this idea from a pic Rev sent me and E about Aleks and Mila giving that sweater to Abby 😂.

Anyways, hope you had a very nice holidays and I wish you all the best. Thank you for you all being so kind and the best, makes me want to create more content and I hope I see more from you.

Hi Anon!

No, I've never made a Bell Oc. I like cold war but I'm more into black ops 2.

For now I just have Abby as my black ops oc.

But it's true that in Abby's timeline exists a Bell oc. Her name is Mila and belongs to @efingart , I'll leave her story here if you want to know more about her. I fucking love everyone's Bells, especially my mutuals. But my friend E and I talked a lot about these and we decided to make our ocs canon in each others' story to make it more interesting. The drama is really good, and her story is amazing, you should check it out.

I'll leave a small sketch of Mila and Abby here hehehe.

Frank Woods x CoD Bell/Mila (or brown-eyed f!reader if you want!)

A story that popped into my head because I needed to write Frank. In my mind, it's Frank and American!Mila, but hey if you're a lady with brown eyes this could easily be you too. 😉

“Take a hint!” The woman at the next table said, exasperated. “Just thought you looked bored is all. Can’t you be friendly?”

Frank rolled his eyes. He was going to have to intervene, wasn’t he?

At the table across from him were seated a man and a woman. Well, from the looks of it, the guy had invited himself to sit at her table. But anyone and everyone could see she was just trying to read. And she looked like she was damn near about to smack the guy on the head with that thick book in her hand.

“Can’t you take a hike?” She shot back.

To Frank’s surprise, the bozo actually leaned in. Maybe he had a thing for being dressed down by a good-looking gal. Or, more likely, he was just stupid. Some guys just lost all sense around someone pretty. And she sure was that he had to admit. Not that that was an excuse. He sighed.

“Hey, don’t think she’s interested,” Frank said projecting his voice so the guy could hear him.

They both turned their heads to look at him. With the look he caught in the woman’s eye Frank was damn sure he about saved this guy’s life.

Whatever that was worth.

“What’s it to you?��� Oh so he was looking for a fight.

Frank rose from his seat and stubbed his cigarette out in the ashtray before walking over to their table- her table, really. He liked how he cast a shadow over them. He was already bigger than the bozo, but a little extra intimidation couldn’t hurt.

“It’s embarrassing watching you. Can’t take it anymore,” Frank said. “Oh yeah?”

What a comeback.

The bozo stood and actually had the nerve to square him up. Frank thrust his upper body forward, feigning aggression. It was only a split-second movement, but the guy flinched. And he seemed to have enough brain power to realize it was over. His shoulders slumped and he muttered something under his breath before slinking away from the table.

Frank could hear the woman let out a relieved breath. And he turned towards her. She was still watching the man retreat.

“Thought you were about to crack his skull open with that,” He joked nodding to the hefty book in her hand.

“Me too, glad I didn’t have to,” She said. She finally raised her eyes to look at him. Huge brown eyes.

Damn.

He was definitely a sucker for a gal with brown eyes. “It’s a library book. Hate to have to explain all the blood and brain matter to the librarians,” She added. A small grin appeared at the corner of her mouth. He chuckled.

“Thanks,” She said.

Frank grunted in response. He could still see the bozo lurking at one of the far tables.

Some guys really didn’t know when to quit.

He moved to go back to his table, but he noticed she was still on edge. Of course, she was with that guy hovering. She did seem like the kind of woman who could take care of herself, but he thought maybe some reassurance she had backup would help.

“Don’t think he’ll be coming back,” Frank said as he took his seat. He sat at an angle, not looking directly at her, but he could still see her in his periphery. She nodded but hadn’t raised her book to eye level. He thought she might be looking at him, now. Studying him. And after a moment she finally seemed to relax.

“Well, what if he comes back tomorrow?” She said finally. There was something playful in her tone. “Guess I’ll have to be here tomorrow too,” Frank said with a grin.

I'm still practicing how to draw Mila better! She deserves all the time and practice.

Cat Cafe AU

So @revnah1406 @efingart and me on one of our conversations that started on if we got Adler’s money we could open a cat cafe of our own 😂

Then it turned into a whole AU idea, fic and RP that’s being on going right now hehe.

So here surprisingly Frank Woods owns a cat cafe (CatFé) in where Abby, his niece, works. Where Aleks was also hired as manager and also a Barista.

Mila (Bell), who was a regular and Abby’s and Aleks’ friend, quit her horrible previous job and was offered to work there to make their online presence bigger and also help around the business.

Meanwhile their business grows, the biggest cat cafe in the city wasn’t too thrilled about this. The competition was run and owned by Russell Adler and his ex wife. Adler decides to visit the cafe and gain the employees’ trust to get ideas from them and use it on his own business.
