Hi! First of all, your blog is absolutely wonderful! I wish there were a billion more like it for all pairings and fandoms lol. Do you know of any other good supernatural rec blogs?

As long as there were destiel fics, there were also dedicated fic reccers. Some stayed with fandom longer, some moved on faster, so, now we have a mix of active blogs and archived blogs. Here’s small collection of destiel fic rec resources that I’ve come across on tumblr. This is by no means a definite list and you are welcome to add your own resources in the notes! RACK: Abbreviation for “risk-aware consensual kink.” A term used by members of the BDSM community who engage in more dangerous power-exchange activities to emphasize the importance of being educated about the risks associated with that activity before engaging in it. See also: PRICK. Read more about RACK.

Ravatar: On Ravelry chat boards, a person’s avatar is often called their “ravatar” as a joke on the name of the platform. See avatar.

RB: Abbreviation for “reverse bang” or “reblog.”

Re: [Thing]: Shortened way of saying “In reply to [Thing]/As regards [Thing].” On social media, Re: precedes discussion of [thing], usually as a means of circling back to [thing] after talking about something else or to make it clear that a point being made is directly related to a specific previous thing that has been mentioned.

Reader Insert: Stories written so the reader might imagine themselves as the protagonist. Often use Y/N or YN (both short for “your name”) to refer to the protagonist. Reader inserts are tagged as “Reader” on AO3, for example: Reader/(Character). May also be referred to as “x reader” fics. Read more about read inserts.

Reblog: Tumblr lingo that refers to sharing a post written by another blog using the “reblog” function, which ensures the content remains connected to the original blog. Not to be confused with a repost.

Rec List: Shortened form of “recommendation list.” Like a mixtape of the creator’s favorites in a given category. Could be fanfic, movies, books, TV shows, blogs to follow, etc. There is no upper or lower limit on how many things can be in a reclist. Can be very specific (e.g. only works featuring a precise trope of a specific ship in a specific fandom) or very broad (e.g. “my favorites”).

Redacted: A term that means the previous text has been removed for Reasons (specified or unspecified). Within fandom, this is typically used facetiously to refer to information that fans are not supposed to know (or not supposed to share), assumptions that may or may not be correct, unpopular or controversial opinions, or simply for the laughs. Read more about redaction.

Reddit: A forum-esque social media platform. Visit reddit.

Remix: Mixing up the elements of a source material. Fandom usage can refer to art, writing, video edits, music, or pretty much any other media imaginable.

Repost: Copying an original post (most often artwork – including photographs – or animated gifs) and posting it to one’s own blog, rather than using the reblog function. When done without permission, this is a form of content theft. When done with permission and credit, it’s fine. Don’t take other people’s hard work without asking! Not to be confused with a reblog, retweet, or other platform-based forms of post-sharing.

Reverse Bang: A collaborative creation event in which artists create an art piece and write a small amount about it to offer guidance, then writers sign up to write a story for that piece, usually with a minimum length of at least 5,000 words. See also: big bang, creation challenge.

RN: Abbreviation for “right now.”

RPF: Abbreviation for “real person fic.” Fanworks about people who actually currently are alive or have been alive in the past, rather than about fictional/made-up characters. A lot of RPF involves shipping real people together. Sports fandoms and bandoms are big, popular examples of RPF communities, and it’s also common for lead actors who play popular fictional ship characters to get shipped together (for example, the actors Jensen Ackles and Misha Collins from Supernatural who play Dean Winchester and Castiel, the very popular ship Destiel, are also often shipped together as the popular RPF ship Cockles). Read more about RPF.

RPG: Abbreviation for “roleplaying game.” A game in which individuals create characters or play a game-assigned character and play the role of that character throughout. RPGs can be played via any venue/channel/platform that allows individuals to interact with each other or with a gaming system. See also: JRPG, MMORPG, TTRPG (pending).

RPS: Abbreviation for “real person shipping.” See RPF.

RT: Abbreviation for “retweet” on Twitter or “retoot” on Mastodon.

Rubberduck Debugging: Explaining a problem to an unresponsive target in order to identify and fix the origin of that problem. Originates from The Pragmatic Programmer. Read more about rubberducking.

The Rules of the Internet: The Rules of the Internet is a loose, unofficial list originally spawned from 4chan. The list is memetic and subject to change, and a few specific rules have been widely adopted in fandom. Read more about the Rules of the Internet. Rules most often mentioned in fandom spaces:

Rule 34: If it (whatever “it” is) exists, there is porn of it. No exceptions.

Rule 35: If there is no porn of it, porn will be made of it.

Rule 36: No matter how fucked up “it” is, there is always worse than what you just saw.

Rule 63: For every male character, there is a female version of that character, and for every female character, there is a male version of that character, and there will always be porn about both versions of that character. This is by far the most widely spread Rule in most fandom spaces, and “rule 63” is a common tag used on content of this type. See also: genderbend, genderswap.

Rule 64: There is lore for everything that exists.

Rule 65: If there isn’t lore yet, there will be imminently.

Rule 66: The longer a piece of lore is, the weirder it will get.

Well, this is my contribution for @cocklesdestielfiction! :D

This was so much fun to write! :D Of course a little strange to write about “real” persons, but hey - the last season is comming up, we can mess around a bit, don’t we? ;)

I chose the Cockles Canonverse prompt: Rick called Jensen and Misha, “Guys… you need to practice that Destiel kiss, we need to film that in a week.” He ordered them, and disappeared behind the trailers. Jensen and Misha looked at each other and blushed. That was a thing they were avoiding, but now… they had to be professionals and just do it.

Rick called Jensen and Misha, “Guys… you need to practice that Destiel kiss, we need to film that in a week.” He ordered them, and disappeared behind the trailers. Jensen and Misha looked at each other and blushed. That was a thing they were avoiding, but now… they had to be professionals and just do it.

Their gazes were still locked, as Jared rushed around the corner. “Ah, Jensen here you are! Have you seen Rick? We’ve got to talk with him about this fight-scene, remember?”

Jared stared at them and put his hands on his hips. “Guys…?”

Finally, Jensen seemed to hear what his co-worker and friend just asked. “Yah, Rick was just here a minute ago, can’t be far. You mean the fight scene with you, me and Lisa?”

Jared nodded. “Come on, let’s find him.” And so the two men disappeared as well, leaving behind a frowning Misha.

Mish still couldn’t understand why the topic “Destiel-kiss” was still like a red rag to a bull for Jensen. They knew since season four that this ship would eventually go canon. On screen. Officially. The fans really waited long enough for this. Of course, it still was all top secret.

When Misha thought about it, he had to admit that it was becoming increasingly difficult for both of them to play that brotherly relationship between Dean and Cas. The writers, the producers, even themselves as actors were running out of excuses, as to why the damn ship still wasn’t canon yet. So there was a lot of anger, betrayal and fight-scenes between their characters in the latest seasons. But now, the final season of the show was about to go live, and finally the producers wanted to give the fans what they longed for so long: A real Destiel kiss.

He sighed and stepped into his air-conditioned trailer. They wouldn’t need him to talk about the specific fight scene with Lisa Berry, because he wouldn’t be in this scene. His figure, Castiel, would appear, when Dean would lie like dead on the floor. And then, well, he kinda would go all Sleeping Beauty. It was a stupid scene, but Misha wasn’t in the position to complain. But one thing was clear: There was no way Jensen would ever practice this scene with him, not until the said day has come.

“Dude, what’s up with you? You’re almost running. This talk with Rick is not that important, okay?” Jared asked Jensen as they walked along the wet street between the huge halls. They headed to hall C.

“Honestly…,” Jensen began, “I need some air.”

Jared raised his eyebrows. “Aha. And because…”

Jensen rolled his eyes. “Because… You know what scene we’re gonna have to shoot next week, right?”

The other man just had to think for a second until it clicked. “Ha! That! Of course, man, how could I forget that! Gosh, the whole fandom will go crazy…”

“Dude!” Jensen barked, looking pretty angry.

“Yeah, yeah. I know this is a big day for you. So, what’s the matter?”

Jensen cleared his throat. “I… I don’t know if I can… want to do this.”

All of a sudden, Jared stopped. “Excuse me?” He hissed and faced his on-screen-brother. “Why?”

Jensen looked to the floor. “You know why.”

“What? Are you talking about that night years ago? Come on, man!” Jared laughed and shook his head. “You’re kidding, right? It was a drunk night – we were all drunk – it could have happened to anyone of us… Mish has this kind of… attraction… you know that.”

“Yes, I know, man, it’s just…” Jensen began, but Jared raised his hand to interrupt him.

“No. You listen now. You get your shit together next week and act like a fucking professional, okay?”

“But… people will talk, Jared.”

“And? You’re an actor, remember? People will always talk! They even interpret bullshit when we forget to wear socks on a photo shoot, okay!?”

Jensen looked at him with wide eyes, but he nodded slightly. Then they finally saw Rick coming out of the hall C door, waving them to come over. As they walked toward him, Jared said quietly, “This is our job, alright? And for God’s sake – forget Rome!”

Forget Rome. How the hell should he forget that? Dammit. But Pad was right. He had to pull himself together.

Of course, they didn’t practice the kiss. In fact, they didn’t even really talk to each other, since Rick gave them his orders. So the day came, and the shooting of the specific scene was just minutes away.

“Gosh, Jensen, why are you sweating so much today? Aren’t you feeling well?” Mikaela, the make-up artist, asked in concern.

“I’m fine.” Jensen said and tried to smile.

“Normally Jared’s the one with the sweaty forehead!” She laughed as she powdered Jensen’s face for perhaps the hundredths time today.

Jensen eyed over to Misha, who sat in his chair, phone in his hand, probably about to post some silly shit on twitter. He seemed relaxed… as usual.

Stay calm, stay cool, Ackles, you got his. He thought to himself like a mantra.

There it was, the feeling of his breath… that smell… peppermint and aftershave, make-up, and he could just…

“CUT!”

Rick’s shout was like a clap of thunder and echoed in Jensen’s ears.

“What the hell, Ackles! You play a dead guy, okay, dead guys don’t move their faces! Once again!”

But it wasn’t getting better after the 6th take, and slowly but surely, they were running out of time. After the 7th – failed – take, Jensen threw his hands up in the air. “Sorry, guys! I can’t do this today, okay?” He stood up. “I’m just not in the right mood!”

Rick mumbled angrily, “He’s not in the right… dammit!” He closed his eyes in realization, put his index finger and thumb on the bridge of his nose. “Alright then. Let’s shoot the Cas-stabs-demon-scene instead… it’s the same make-up.”

Rick checked his papers, addressing Jensen. “We can do the scene tomorrow, we’re still well on schedule.” In addition, he gave the actor an obvious view, saying ‘tomorrow you’ll have to do this, man!’ Then he focused on the scene where Castiel had to stab that random demon.

Jared saw everything and decided that he had to do something.

“Who’s there?” Jensen shouted, as it knocked on the door of his trailer. It was 9 p.m..

“It’s me, Jared, and…”

“… The new guy!” Misha added, unable to hold back a laughter.

Jensen rolled his eyes as he opened the door. “What…?” He began as he stared to the bottles of wine his friends brought with them. “Seriously? You want to get drunk even though we have to shoot tomorrow morning?”

Jared frowned and looked to Misha who beamed at him and said, “Are you 60 or what, old man?”

Jensen smiled and stepped aside. “Ha, you got me there, come on in then, you crazy people.”

It was a long time since they had so much fun. Just the three of them, like they used to, when they had more free-time (and younger livers), they sometimes threw these little parties in their trailers. Suddenly, they felt thrown back in time, felt ten years younger and found themselves digging out old stories and jokes they thought they had long forgotten.

Their tummies hurt from laughing so hard and Jensen had tears in his eyes, as Misha told them for the 25th time how weird he felt on his first days on set.

As they opened wine bottle number three, their conversation began to focus on the current season, their last season. The script was good, but with some things, they weren’t really happy with. Especially the part where Dean dies. Cas was supposed to give him one last kiss, dropping the Destiel-bombshell, and that’s it. End of Dean Winchester, once and for all.

“One could get a little melancholic about that don’t cha think?” Jared said, but couldn’t hold back a laugher.

“Yeah,” Misha said, “After all these years of coming back from the dead… not even a sleeping-beauty-kiss can wake Dean up. Haven’t the writers seen a single Disney movie? I mean,” he turned to Jared, “Why the hell were you allowed to wear your hair like that for years now, Padalecki? I’m sure they’ve seen a princess-movie!” He made a (played) thoughtful face.

They laughed and laughed and toasted on their friendship.

“Ha, but honestly, Jensen.” Jared began after he could breathe normal again, “If that isn’t the easiest kissing scene on earth, then I dunno, bro!”

Misha nodded in agreement. “Mhm, you really don’t have much to do, right? Just lying there, waiting for me to do all the hard work!” he smiled and nipped on his glass.

Jensen’s smile faded and he was suddenly lost in his thoughts. “Yah…” he said, “That’s just… silly in a way… don’t you think? Silly…” His eyes met Misha’s and it was one of those moments when Jared wasn’t sure if they both were aware of him being still in the room.

Jared checked his watch and startled. Hell, it was already 1 a.m.. He cleared his throat. “Okay guys, I’ll go to sleep now, see ya tomorrow.”

The other two could only wish him a good night’s sleep, before Jared disappeared without another comment.

Jensen nipped on his wine. “So, here we are now.”

“Here we are.” Misha confirmed, putting his now empty glass down on the table. “I think I go to my trailer too, at least I have one as well now, after 10 years.” He winked at Jensen and had his hand already on the doorknob.

Jensen sighed deeply and then, he heard himself saying one single word. “Wait.”

Misha turned around, surprised, expectantly.

“Maybe Rick was right… Maybe… we should…” Jensen swallowed, obviously looking for words.

“Maybe we should be professionals and practice that kiss, you mean?” Misha finally said.

Jensen looked up from his glass, right into Misha’s blue eyes. He nodded.

Misha put on a little, knowing smile and took some steps toward Jensen. “Well then… Lie down.” He commanded in his low Cas-voice.

Shit. It’s happening. Jensen was totally aware that in his slightly drunk state it wasn’t a very good idea to practice a kiss with this guy, but… he could handle this. He reminded himself what Jared said. You’re a fucking professional, okay?

So he laid himself down on the couch, just like he was supposed to do in the scene. He observed Misha, who came slowly closer and sat down right by his side.

“Close your eyes.” Misha said firmly and with one hand he grasped Jensen’s hands that were folded on his stomach. Endless seconds passed until Misha placed his other hand on Jensen’s cheek, never breaking their gazes.

“Close your eyes, Jensen.” He repeated more calm now, and finally Jensen did as he was told.

There it was, the feeling of his breath… that smell… wine and shampoo, leather jacket…

Jensen was petrified. Didn’t move a single nerve. He thought, that maybe even his heart just stopped beating.

“Perfect…” Misha whispered, unbearable close now. And then Misha closed the gap between their faces and pressed a gentle kiss on the other man’s lips.

After some seconds that felt like forever, he broke away. Jensen was still lying there, like dead. Then Misha stroked his cheek with his thumb and said in his gravely voice, “I’m so sorry, Dean. I should have told you this a long time ago. I love you, Dean Winchester. Now and Forever.”

Then he kissed him again, this time on his forehead, a careful touch of perfect lips on his sweaty skin, and Jensen couldn’t… he shouldn’t… Yes, he would.

All of a sudden, he opened his eyes, his pupils widened has he looked into Misha’s and said, “The hell? I love you too, Cas, but next time, we don’t take poisoned apples from strange witches to make pie, promise?”

Misha tilted his head to the side. His puzzled look was just like Cas’. “That isn’t in the script, my little princess, you stay dead, remember?”

“Yeah, I know… but… not tonight.” Jensen said and then he raised his arms to wrap them around Misha’s neck and ran his fingers through the dark hair. He pulled him closer. “Tonight, you can show me what an angel of the lord would do to a poor human soul like Dean Winchester, to make him feel better. If that Destiel trash should go canon, Dean needs to know what it feels like.”

Misha put on a dangerous smirk. “You really wanna try me, Jensen Ross Ackles? Don’t you remember what happened in Rome?”

Jensen smiled knowingly. “I will never forget that. And now come on, Collins, before I get my sanity back.”

The world would never get to know what Castiel, angel of the lord, could possibly to do Dean Winchester to make him feel better. But Jared definitely knew, as he left them alone in the trailer and met them on set next day. Well, let’s say, a lot of make-up was necessary to hide the dark rings under their eyes.

However, what we can say for sure, is that the script for the final episode was rewritten. Because after Misha and Jensen brought on their perfect Destiel kiss, they showed the directors one last time their dazzling chemistry and improvised their own little Destiel-happy-ending. (Basically Dean waking up like friggin’ sleeping beauty to a prince’s kiss, making jokes about poisoned apple pie).

And so the show’s very end flashed like a supernova, and in the eyes of the fans it was an ending that they ALL deserved.

My first Cockles Fic for the @cocklesdestielfiction blog.

Cockles/Destiel Mix Challenge.

Rich called Jensen and Misha, "Guys… you need to practice that Destiel Kiss, we need to film that in a week." He ordered them, and disappeared behind the trailers. Jensen and Misha looked at each other and blushed. That was a thing they were avoiding, but now… they had to be professionals and just do it.

Jensen stood up sharply. There he was again, now kissing Kim? In front of everyone? Why was Misha like that? He was like… everyone's man. He didn't blame people, the guy was dazzling, and when he was near, he couldn't stop watching his eyes, with those large and black eyelashes, his eyes seemed to be delineated… making his blue being more blue… and that perfect nose, drawing a perfect profile… and those lips… so damn plumped and pink… yeah… so pink. They made his eyes even more blue! And his tanned skin like… okay… he should stop. He didn't even know why he was so gay for Misha. He didn't know why everyone was so gay for him either, it was like if he was a kind of … sorcerer or something.

Hell… there it was again… that feeling in his stomach. Painful… and physical… this affected him so badly as always… he couldn't see him with others like that.

But Misha Collins was a free soul…

Even Vicki accepted that, well… Vicki was a free soul too… 

Jensen lowered his face, biting his lower lip with anger. He turned around to walk away, but he heard Misha calling him.

"Heya Buddy!"

Jensen coughed just to throw away his feelings, he faked a smile and turned on his heels to face Misha. Shining as always. And that smile could replace the sun itself.

"Hey! What's up?"

"Well, Rich sent me, he wants to talk with us after this" informed Misha, so fresh, so unique. 

"It seems he can't wait till Monday…" huffed Jensen avoiding that beautiful gaze, then he pointed to the scenario, where Kim and the others were still answering questions from the fans, "So… that kiss with Kim…"

Misha chuckled and he put a hand over his mouth. He turned around to see Kim, then he said, "Yeah… what a girl…" as if that kiss was nothing, but Jensen had saw him touching her so seductively, making his bowels ache. His fake smile was vanishing at the remembrance of this. 

"Yeah… and last night was Rob… another kiss, huh?" Jensen licked his lower lip, why did he have to put this fucking disgusting topic over the table?

Misha laughed. Yeah. It was funny for him. Jensen pressed his lips, he was kind of anxious with Misha's fresh reaction.

"Rob is so cute, he asked for it… so…" 

"Yeah, you can't say no… everyone wants a piece of Misha…" huffed Ackles, but his eyes were showing otherwise, "You seem to have no problem with that." This last quote sounded rude, so Misha's laugh faded, and now he was showing his serious face to him.

Before answering that, Misha stared at the floor, and he crossed his arms on his chest and then he looked at him in the eye, with his eyebrow raised, man… he was mad… and hot.

"And do you?" Asked Collins with such Dom energy.

Jensen avoided his intense gaze again, and scratching his nose, he said, "Well… you can do whatever you want…"

"Of course." Misha cut him off, then he buffed, and passing by him, he added, without turning around to see him, "See you later with Rich."

When Jensen watched him walking away, he shook his head slightly, and closed his eyes. Why did he have to be such a dumbass? Misha was a free soul. That meant… he was everyone's. Everyone wants a piece of Misha? Yeah… and he wants him entirely, just for him.

Jensen suspected what Rich wanted to talk about… weeks ago the writers and producers were deliberating if they will go with the Canon Destiel plot. That made him nervous… and anxious… because that would mean… a kiss. A kiss with Misha. 

Jensen blinked, he didn't want to go there… a kiss… that would be dangerous for him. He was daydreaming with this man since the day he met him. He had found himself sometimes flirting with him… and those heart eyes of his, captured by fan camera... Jensen heart eyes Ackles, that's how the fandom called him. Damn!  They even had a name for them… Cockles. 

Ackles caressed his hair, and he sighed… he didn't want to recall that night, but each time he had Misha close to him… he couldn't help it…

They were drunk… and they were at a party in the JibCon, and they were giggling, and flirting and… Jensen kissed him all of a sudden. He couldn't forget the warmth and soft lips of that man. And his eyes looking back at him confused. Jensen wanted to die right there… but then… Misha… always in charge… he took the glass of whiskey out of Jensen's hand, and placed it slowly on the table. They were outside the dancing room, in a dark park. So… not a soul there. Just the two of them. He remembered his blue eyes full of desire, and his own heart pounding like crazy. He had to catch his breath, because Misha Collins was touching and caressing his nape, and his blues were too intense.

And Misha kissed him… sweet and tender… 

And that was it… a drunk producer had went out just inches from them, but he didn't see them. And Jensen felt terrified. He pushed Misha away, and almost ran away from there… like a coward.

So… he was one of the many people Misha knew he kissed… one just one like others…

Bad luck for Jensen, because Misha wasn't one like others to him…

Yeah… Misha was a free soul…

They never talked about this anymore. And Misha changed since then. He just treat him like a partner. He was so professional…

And now… there was this possible kiss scene…

He arrived to the room for that reunion. Misha was already there. He sat by his side, but the guy didn't even look at him.

Rich called Jensen and Misha, "Guys… you need to practice that Destiel Kiss, we need to film that in a week." He ordered them, and disappeared behind the trailers. Jensen and Misha looked at each other and blushed. That was a thing they were avoiding, but now… they had to be professionals and just do it.

Rich came back all of a sudden "Okay… that's it… I don't know if there's some…" he gestured with his hands, trying to find the words to describe the present tight and complicated situation Misha and Jensen were going through, the cast and producers knew there was something there too "tension… between you two, so… just solve it or… be professionals, but we need that kiss, in a week."

Rich was staring at them like scolding them, Misha lowered his chin and licked his lower lip in distress. Jensen watched him from the corner of his eye, and then he glared at Rich. He was about to talk but Rich raised his hand "Don't care, really, just give me that kiss." The man said.

Misha smiled at him, "Sure, Rich, don't worry." He answered. Always so professional.

"Thanks. Okay… I just… see you later guys and… I'm sorry…" stuttered Rich. He didn't like to put two grown up guys on the line, but they really needed to pull this kiss off, something epic for the fans. He sighed, and left.

There was silence in the room. It was too late. The two men remained in their places. Misha rolled his eyes, and turned his body towards Jensen. 

Ackles offered him a quick glance, then his green eyes fell to his own intertwined fingers on the table.

"We have to talk," said the older one.

Jensen nodded almost sharply, but he was avoiding Misha's gaze, "Sure, sure…" he just repeated.

Misha gave a deep breath, he opened his mouth to say something, but Jensen stood up in a row, his chair almost fell to the floor 

"But right now…" he started to speak, his tongue was trembling, damn, why did he have to be a mess around this guy? "Right now I have things to do, so…" 

Misha frowned, trying to understand Jensen's attitude, childish attitude.

"See you tomorrow, Mish," Jensen rushed the words, and vanished in a second.

Misha scratched his hair buffing. Then he raised both hands, and clapping the table, he murmured to himself, "Don't say I didn't try." And left too.

I don’t get it…” Castiel asked, tilting his head, making Dean swallow. Since Cas was living with them in the bunker, trying to hide his feelings it wasn’t that easy… “I’m not, I just want that beer next to you.” Dean grumbled, grabbing the beer off the table and chugging it. Castiel wasn’t convinced, his blue eyes studying Dean, how the light sparkled in those emerald eyes and illuminated the constellations of freckles. “Please, Dean. I just want to know, to learn.” That was the last straw for Dean, and he said the first thing he could think of to get Castiel to stop asking him questions. “Dude, it’s not my fault you can’t understand human emotions.” He huffed. He only realized his mistake when the angel had dissapeared. Dean tried praying to Castiel as he got in the impala, confessing his love and apologising without response. Loosing hope, he just drove, a crystalline tear running down his face. It wasn’t long when Dean saw someone in a familiar trenchcoat laying in a ditch. His heart skipped a beat as he pulled over, the wings burned into the ground warning him of the sight to be seen. Yet he got closer, picking up the limp and bloodstained body of the angel he loved. He gently layed Cas in the backseat of the impala and drove back to the bunker, wishing he had just gotten over his fear and admitted his love, but it was too late now.

Summary: Castiel hates fraternity parties, until an interesting dude appears to prove him that parties are more than just loud music and annoying colorful lights.

Frat parties were always boring for Cas. Their friends were always messing around, meeting people or getting shitfaced. He couldn’t find the interest in the dark rooms filled with neon lights, the dancing/stumbling people, the puddles of puke on every corner and the loud music, but his old roommate insisted so much he ended up going. Of course the very tall dude with beautiful hair found a woman with whom to leave to the second floor while Cas was still there, looking at a little mold spot on the ceiling. If he didn’t like that dude so much and hadn’t become friends in such a short time, he definitely would’ve told him to fuck off.

He was so bored and about to go to get some sleep, but someone stopped him with a soft hand on his forearm.

“Hello angel” He heard a voice behind him “I bet it really hurt when you fell from heaven”

Cas turned his head and saw him. The dude was so attractive that he felt almost jealous, even in the almost nonexistent light he could notice the beautiful features in his face… He could also smell the tequila breath and his clear eyes were half-lidded for the alcohol influence.

“Sorry, not interested… I don’t like men” Cas lied, fully aware that his curiosity never crossed that thin line.

“Have you ever tried?” the drunk dude asked, amused.

“No… never” Cas replied turning his whole body to him.

“Then… how do you know?” He inquired, a little crooked smile danced on his lips.

Cas gulped and looked otherside.

"Dean, why are you longing for me, if I'm next to you? I don't get it…" Castiel asked, tilting his head, making Dean swallow. Since Cas was living with them in the bunker, trying to hide his feelings it wasn't that easy…

Destiel AU

Cas walked with Sam into his dorm, that midterm was near and they needed to study as much as possible. 

"Okay, I say we should start with… Dean? what are you doing here?" Sam asked, looking at his brother lying on his bed.

Cas stopped dead in his tracks, gaze fixated on the guy across the room. He never saw a guy as hot as him.

Dean couldn't stop staring either, so sam cleared his throat. 

Dean smiled at his brother and locked gazes with Cas again "Won't you introduce me to your cute friend?" He asked at his brother who rolled his eyes, annoyed.

Cockles Canonverse

Rick called Jensen and Misha, "Guys… you need to practice that Destiel Kiss, we need to film that in a week." He ordered them, and disappeared behind the trailers. Jensen and Misha looked at each other and blushed. That was a thing they were avoiding, but now… they had to be professionals and just do it.

Cockles AU

Young Jensen Ackles was offered a role in a mini series about Marilyn Monroe's polyamorous life. She shared her life with two men and his character will be one of them and he was so excited about it. Finally he will be kissing another guy on screen. 

He arrived at the set the first day of filming and got into the shared makeup trailer, bumping almost instantly with another guy. 

"Oh shit, sorry" The dude said, and then looked at him in the eye with a small quirk of his lips "Hey, you must be Jensen!" The guy said, displaying an enormous gummy smile, offering his hand "I'm Misha, I'll be your boyfriend…" he finished saying at Jensen's startled face.

Look, the prompt is just a guide, details are completely  up to you. If you want to do it College AU, it’s okay, If you want to write Dean as a coffee shop owner who visited his brother on his free day, you can do it too.
