Chapter 38

It's Sunday morning in Arkadia which means two things, church and brunch. Most of the town is in Pastor Gustus' church, this morning including Clarke as well. She's not the biggest church-goer, but it's one of the few places she gets to see Lexa. So maybe sitting through those sermons that almost put her to sleep are worth it if she can spend just a couple of minutes looking into those eyes she is falling in love with so hard and so fast.

I’m gonna be 80 and sat on my front porch, telling anyone and everyone the entire history of clexa (the ship, the fandom, the drama), it was unmatched and nothing has filled the void ever since.

Well, I don't really know much about American cremes but it definitely needs to have a good amount of lidocaine and/or prilocain in it. The best ones can be bought in a pharmacy. And, during the tattoo to relieve some pain, you can use bactine. For shorter tattoos that helps a lot! I used it once for my knee, for the...uh nerve? skin? tendons? Right next to the kneecap. I didn't feel a thing compared to the rest of the knee where I didn't use the creme.

And now that a movie with Melissa playing a car expert actually exists, I did some more thinking. Just imagine Sam being a CEO or your high-ranking boss and knowing how hot she is, she uses it to her advantage. She's overly confident and constantly teases you. I'd die immediately.

I will definitely look into some numbing cream!! Thank you!! My thing is I want to “feel” the pain. It sounds weird, but I feel like to get the full experience of a tattoo, you have to suffer through the pain. But if I ever get my left side done, I’m using some numbing stuff. I went through that pain once and I will not do that again 😭

I know that Melissa plays like a CEO in something, I forgot what the name is though. But I would not complain if I had Sam as my boss 😩 I would be the first person at work and the last one to leave, and my coworkers would have to fight me for overtime

Reading that you're leaving saddens me quite a lot. Tumblr is not only losing a fantastic writer but most importantly an even better and lovely person. I don't know what made you decide to leave but I just hope that this decision will make you happy and offer whatever you are searching for.

I firmly believe that Sam takes much longer to trust herself/belive in herself than others. Once you have broken down her walls and proved that you are a loyal and safe person, she will trust you. Especially if you are taking care of and caring for Tara, her entire world. However, deep down Sam is a very insecure person, especially when it comes to her past. She's scared that people will leave and judge her. That makes it incredibly hard for herself to let go and start believing that people actually, genuinely love her for who she is. Put once she does trust herself to be happy, she will move the world for R if she asked her to. Sam is the most loyal and supportive person ever.

And if you are taking care of Tara, especially when she was gone for those 5 years, you automatically have her heart. Tara is a little shit and not someone who is easy to take care of, so if you can handle Tara, you can easily handle Sam
