first and only page of claudiakarina2024's platform
"Our campaign is fully committed to the Palestinian people's fight for freedom and an end to the genocide in Gaza. Claudia, Karina and countless campaign volunteers are proud to have taken to the streets as part of the massive people's movement that has emerged in the United States since October 7 as an expression of their long-standing commitment to the struggle for Palestinian liberation.
We stand for the immediate end of all aid to Israel. Our tax dollars should be used to meet people's needs -- not pay for the bullets, bombs and missiles used in the massacre in Gaza. Likewise, all U.S. diplomatic support to help Israel conceal its crimes, like use of the U.S. veto power in the United Nations, must stop. We stand for the repeal of all anti-BDS laws and demand an end to the repression and intimidation of pro-Palestine protesters.
The Palestinian people have been heroically resisting genocide and occupation for over 76 years. We are in solidarity with their struggle for freedom from the river to the sea!"
That's official then - I'm not voting democrat. [19 Aug 24]

"Congress, the senate, the white house, the pentagon, the federal reserve... we have to call them what they are. They are criminals... the more that we engage in legitimizing them, the further we are from liberation."

"The idea what we're not doing anyt-- I put more -- we put more police on the street than any administration has. [Trump] wants to cut the cops." - Biden

"We need to provide a society... that is able to provide us with all our basic and human rights... so that we have a reduction in crime, because guess what? Sociologists talk about that.
...Where there is less need for people to cover their needs, there is less crimes, and so we want less crimes, we want to be able to provide for our people." -CLAUDIA DE LA CRUZ

"Politicians both from the democratic party and the republican party often tell us that there's nothing they can do to make our lives better... but that's not their interests."
"This is the wealthiest country in the world. They got money for war, they got money for many things... but they don't got money to take care of the people that are paying taxes and working."
"We wanna build a society where our people are put first. In a socialist society, healthcare would be a human right. and it would be accessible to anyone and everyone. Simply because we are human beings who get sick and therefore, need care. The profit motive that gets in the way for us to access healthcare would be eradicated under socialist society. And that's a very very important difference between capitalism and socialism."
"Capitalism profits off of people's misery, socialism is how we fight it."

"The united states has stolen the ability for the socialist project of Cuba to develop itself, stealing from its economy. $15 million a day, a day. Close to $160 billion for over 60 years. That strangles the economy of a country. It moves and forces people to leave following the traces of the things that have been stolen from them."
"And so, if we want to be able to mitigate the 'immigration crisis', which happens to be a crisis now, but it wasn't an immigration crisis when the European settlers that came into this nation and displaced the indigenous people-- that wasn't an immigration crisis. But so far it happens to be now because it's also racialized.... 60 million people across the world are moving because of war, sanctions and climate change. We want to change that. We want to protect the borders? The best thing we could do is get out of other people's nations."
"...Building foreign policy that is built on collaboration, that is built on bringing back the troops, closing the 800 military bases all across the globe... and actually putting those soldiers that are out there doing the bidding of capitalism in this country to do meaningful work"
-CLAUDIA DE LA CRUZ

Preface: I don't really care about splitting the vote or anything.
Do you think that the socialist party has a chance to win the election? And if not, is there a good reason to vote for them anyway over something like the green party?
genuinely speaking, I do. Will it be this election? Claudia herself has said the goal is beyond this election, the goal is to form a strong collective movement that can grow to be self sustainable and people-first going forward.
the cards are not in the hands of any voice outside the two party system, because the game was always rigged. Being on TV and getting air time is expensive. Really think about why we are not seeing the voices from other options aired, the voices who bluntly state they refuse to accept blood money donors from corrupt corporations, and understand why it is not in the interest of the system to uplift these voices.
But the collective pain of the working class ppl who truly operate the world cannot be ignored forever, eventually we will have the strength to overcome together. The two party system is designed to keep us hopeless, but the ripple effects from Claudia's campaign are already being felt, she has led thousand strong marches in the name of Palestine, been arrested, and is still power housing across the country speaking to people and creating momentum.
I made the shift from greens to socialism when I realized the overall collective message understood the greater issue at hand with socialism that covered all the things greens stood for, and in an ideal situation, we will achieve a ranked voting system.
in 1949, Albert Einstein wrote a famously quieted story "Why socialism?"
Martin Luther King Jr believed in socialism as a means to heal capitalism.
The speed in which states have achieved ballot access for Claudia's socialist campaign with thousands over the required signature amounts, the fact that theyve had to fight legal battles with the Democratic party to retain ballot access in key electoral college states is for a reason-- they do not want us to realize how much power we actually have. if the momentum keeps up, the two party won't be able to ignore Claudia's impact much longer-- because it's really not just her impact, its ours. I will no longer tolerate the concept of voting for a party that puts other human beings down for the sake of "preserving" my own way of life. This is not how it has to be. The answer of collective solidarity stands before us, and eventually the lie of the two party system as our only way forward will crumble

you know what website does clearly list it's platform?
if I were a wise, Introspective and thoughtful voter, I would truly take time to study what candidates are working without corporate blood money to secure ballot access in major electoral college states and key swing states such as Pennsylvania, and many others,
Take time to research candidates, and actually organize, assuming you want to vote, actually inform your community around you, Instead of,
Panicking and assuming your only option is the party that continues to boldly state "nothing will fundamentally Change"
If you go on kamalas website then you'll find not a single campaign proposal is on there. Not one.

No I'm sorry, but same for me too. The fact is that we're stuck as a two-party system until we get a voting overhaul, because "majority wins" means that the person the most people can agree upon will take ALL of the votes regardless of anyone else's votes.
As much as I despise the current candidates, the fact is that Trump has a guaranteed 30% of the vote. If any of the non-Trump candidates dip below 30%, he wins. You've seen what he's like; do you really think we'll have the opportunity to have another fair election after this?
We all have better candidates than Biden in mind, but he's the figurehead of the anti-Trump movement by virtue of "20-25% of people always vote for the incumbent, and every other non-Republican is voting for Biden to stop Trump". If you think you can honestly get 40% of people to agree on a single third-party candidate and beat out both Trump AND Biden then I'm all ears, but let's be honest, it's just not happening this close to the election.
However, this is NOT the way it always has to be. We - the people who hate this situation as much or more than you do - are working on getting Ranked Choice voting on our state ballots so we can get out of this shit system and actually succeed in getting a third-party candidate in office. You should join us in doing that so we can actually make it happen!
We all hate the situation we've been put into, but we have to use our control tactfully. Splitting up the anti-trump voting bloc is how he wins, period. It's how he won in 2016 and it's how he'll win again if we don't band together and stop him.
im just really scared that biden's not an appealing candidate strategically and that he'd be better off stepping down and letting at least kamala of all people take his place. i swear that'd up their chance of winning by at least 30%, but his stubbornness and refusing to step down, + top democrats begging for him to do it, whatever the 'super friends' were visiting him to tell him to step down, + calling his own vice president 'donald trump' and the ukrainian president 'putin'... it's just... not looking good.
now i'm really excited to tell you that claudiakarina2024 is getting petitions done with thousands upon thousands of people per state almost every other day, i'm hearing about new states that are now entering vote-able state, which to me stands out significantly because its happening so fast.
what stands out to me, is that she's out there on the ground, she's speaking at protests, she's talking to everyone, she is not afraid to talk to anyone and listen to every day people-- while biden is claiming he's done more than any other president, she's not bragging, she's working.
now, what stands out to me, as someone who grew up a democrat and has become a skeptic, is that i'm seeing real immense growth in this campaign in real time-- faster than i've been able to keep up with. they talk about project 2024. they talk about palestine. they talk about the working class. they talk about a LOT
the truth is they've already reached 20 states this early in their campaign, and they're still working tirelessly-- without corporate funding, to spread the word-- and the reason it works, is because we're all tired. and there's a LOT of us.
just listen to her speaking voice! do not give into the defeatism the two party system sells you! listen to these people who are working their ass off for something we believe in and building a ground roots movement with un-matchable momentum for the working class, take a look around you and your fellow people who believe in the same as you and hear what's being said right now!
what we're not seeing is her on mainstream television, BECAUSE of what she stands for, what she advocates for is an enemy of the corporate state, and it's up to us to learn, listen and boost her messaging so we can reach everyone. it truly is possible, you have to take the first step and listen, and speak up!

final ballot access map for the first year of momentum for claudiakarina2024's campaign. It should say something that even though I didn't end up in a state that will be able to vote it still matters a lot to me there are so many that will be able to.
This was all done with zero corporate donors and 100% volunteer grassroots work, protests, marches and arrests of the candidates. Change is coming.
The yellow states are states the Democratic party sued them off the ballot to try to shut them down.
