76. Traces by Dennis Yost and the Classics IV debuted Feb 69 and peaked at number two, scoring 979 points.
The song was also the name of their third album, with their highest ranking on the album chart, at 45. In 2006 Dennis Yost fell down a flight of stairs and suffered serious brain damage. He died at the age of 65 in 2008 of respiratory failure.

Dean Daughtry (September 8, 1946 – January 26, 2023) was an American musician. He was the keyboard player with the Classics IV after Joe Wilson departed.
