Have you noticed a change (issue) in #ClassicDock

Many people started showing photos of a strange white block under some of their dock icons after a recent Classic Dock update. I noticed these weird white blocks after the update yesterday as well. I even went as far as to turn Classic Dock off due in Mobile Substrate due to these blocks and figured I'd wait for the update that fixed them. (see picture below)

As you can see the white blocks are under both email apps in the above screenshot. I never thought twice about this and went about my day yesterday with Classic Dock turned off. I have also saw numerous tweets from people wondering what had happened to their homescreens. 

About an hour ago I noticed that there was an update to Classic Dock in Cydia and felt happy knowing that they had definitely realized the issue and sent out a fix. I did the upgrade and same thing, blocks under box email apps and this time even under my camera app. This made me start wondering if this may have been a planned design or even worse a conflict with another tweak that I was running.

I went into settings and turned off the Darken BG option, did a respring and no difference, expect that the white block was now only under the stock Apple email app. I went back into settings and then slapped myself for being so stupid. (see photo below).

There in plain site was the problem. Classic Dock added (I don't read every update change, I'm busy!) an indicator that shows if one of the doc app is running in the background. I turned this option off, did a respring and glory to god the annoying white block was now gone.

This got me thinking though, I hardly ever have apps running in the background. My OCD doesn't allow me to let an app run in the background if I'm not going to use it in the next 5 minutes. So I went back into settings and turned the option back on to test it. (see photos below)

I opened up Mailbox, went back to my homescreen and there was the indicator under my Mailbox icon, but the indicator was also under the stock email icon and that app was not open (running).

As you can see in the photo above I have no apps running but the running app indicator in Classic Dock is still under my stock email icon.

This addition to Classic Dock is not a bad idea, some people may like to know if one of their dock apps are currently running, I'm not one of them though. But even for those that do like this option there is a flaw in the fact that the stock email app is always showing the running indicator. Now I'm sure the great creators of Classic Dock (@coolstarorg and @sharedRoutine) will be quick to fix this issue for those people that enjoy the option.

As for me and I believe many other people I will stick with having that option turned off.
