भूख को बढ़ाने के लिए लाभकारी
अगर आपको भूख कम लगती है तो 500 मिग्रा सौंठ का चूर्ण, 500 मिग्रा इलायची, और 500 मिग्रा दालचीनी को पीस लें। खाने से पहले इसे सुबह शाम लेने से भूख बढ़ती है।
उल्टी को रोकने में फायदेमंद

At the bare minimum I walked 15 miles this week, and that's an accomplishment if nothing else.
