दालचीनी क्या है
एक मात्र साधारण सा मसाला दालचीनी छाल तेजपात की वृक्ष छाल से ज्यादा पतली, पीली, और खुशबूदार होती है। इसका रंग भूरा होता है। इसके फलों को तोड़ने पर अंदर से तारपीन जैसी बदबू आती है। दालचीनी की पत्तियों को मलने पर इससे बहुत तेज बदबू आती है। लेकिन यही दालचीनी कई रोगों को ठीक करने में काम आती है।

वैसे तो कहा जाता है कि दालचीनी का सेवन करने से पाचनतंत्र संबंधी समस्या, दांत, सिर दर्द, त्वचा के रोग, मासिक धर्म की परेशानियां ठीक हो जाती हैं। लेकिन ये तो सिर्फ कुछ ही लाभ है। दालचीनी से तो कई तरह के रोग ठीक होते हैं।
हिचकी की परेशानी में लाभदायक
जिन लोगों को हमेशा हिचकी की परेशानी रहती है वो दालचीनी का काढ़ा बनाकर 10-20 मिली काढ़ा को पिएं। आपको आराम मिलेगा।
भूख को बढ़ाने के लिए लाभकारी
अगर आपको भूख कम लगती है तो 500 मिग्रा सौंठ का चूर्ण, 500 मिग्रा इलायची, और 500 मिग्रा दालचीनी को पीस लें। खाने से पहले इसे सुबह शाम लेने से भूख बढ़ती है।

Eating cinnamon glazed pecans out of spite for those assholes on reddit. I worked my ass off this week, even if my body is too busy healing to show it. At the bare minimum I walked 15 miles this week, and that's an accomplishment if nothing else.
