Hi! Not sure if this is the right place to message you, I'm not really experienced with Tumblr. I just wanted to thank you for all the art you've done, especially for Trillby. For a couple of months I've been hyperfixating on The Consuming Shadow and The Chzo Mythos and I wasn't expecting to find some Trillby fanart let alone in such good quality. A bit sad to be late for the party, but still I was happy to find this goldmine which is your blog. And sorry if this isn't the right place lol

I used to hyperfixate on the Chzo Mythos fandom SO much back in like 2020-2021, Trilby in particular. I had a lot of fun in that fandom, many fond memories. I miss it! I know I can never go back to it and have it be the same, but I still love it with all my heart. Small fandoms are absolutely the best<3

✦ i go by ana or theo preferably, or just by my username, totally okay with either one. bonafide they/them user and i use neutral gendered terms (i use dude as a neutral gendered LMAO), eighteen and very very queer ashell. i'm in the gmt+8 timezone <3 also sort of a tarot practitioner and roleplayer ahah.

✦ my account is mostly consisting of random rambles and occassional art of my ocs or from fandoms i enjoy. it looks deader than dead since i just lurk around most of the time and i tried migrating to other accounts.

Chzo Mythos? ;3

The first character I first fell in love with:

The first? ...Trilby. Hands down. But not at first? It’s weird but it wasn’t until 7 Days a Skeptic and then seeing his letter and hearing Trilby again I was just like, “IT’S YA BOIIII!!!” XDD But yeah. I love Trilbs.

The character I never expected to love as much as I do now:

Several of them to be perfectly honest. I didn’t expect to fall so hard for John and Matt Defoe, nor for Malcolm Somerset. Precious beans. I just want them to be safe and happy now. ;~;

The character everyone else loves that I don’t:

Hmm I guess Simone Taylor and Philip Harty. I mean, don’t get me wrong, they’re fine enough, but.. Idk. Just not wild about them.

The character I love that everyone else hates:

Are there any characters hated around this fandom? Idk, one I like but feel is overlooked would be Claire from the short story. Aside from her? Uh.. Abed and Samantha are pretty good, but idk..

The character I used to love but don’t any longer:

Idk about “used to love” but characters I dislike are Rodgerick Defoe, Lenkmann, William Taylor, and Adam Gilkenny.

The character I would totally smooch:

Well y’know, aside from the obvious choice Trilby? Hmm.. Somerset, Chris, and maybe give Johnny a peck on the cheek. X3

The character I’d want to be like:

This is a tricky one... Hm.. I’m kinda leaning towards Siobhan? She didn’t have as much hell as some others, she didn’t die, and she was closest to jumping Trilby’s bones so... Yeah. The only other I would say is Trilby himself cause the guy has got some skills but considering the torment he went through, idk.. The real question is would I sacrifice my mental health for deadly stealth, engineering, and lock picking skills? ....Probably.

The character I’d slap:

ADAM AND WILLIAM. BOIS DONE FUCKED UP.

A pairing that I love:

Imma be totally spergy for this one; Chris and Claire. X,D Idk, I like them, Trilbhan, and Quinnby. Aside from that? Not a whole lot else to ship.

A pairing that I despise: 

QUINN- no I’m kidding, I’m kidding. XD

If this fandom were any bigger, I’d probably hate whatever ship Roderick and the twins would be (cause if you even glance at some other fandoms, you know that’s a thing..)

Not big on Trilby x Cabadath (but no judge).

Siobhan and Abed was creepy (and you KNOW that was a thing).

And I gotta be real I don’t feel for Theo and Janine. It felt forced and awkward and just.. ugh.
