Comic collab with my deviant art friend SirinaTheHedgehog. Page 6 and epilogue.
As you saw in the previous page, the main characters have been having their romantic relationships, and everything is going well, you can even see that the other members of both tribes are left observing with surprise how good the relationships are, since previously there had never been relationships between members of different tribes. Even here it is possible as the relatives are quite happy for them, well almost all of them.

I think more Sailor Moon fans need to check out other Magical Girl Warrior Anime
Back during the era of Nolan's Batman movies it was in certain places online like IMDB message boards very popular to express the opinion that Robin's existence is inherently bad for Batman. That Batman should be a loner and throwing in this kid sidekick only dumbs the stories down. I was always agaisnt that mentality, and today most major voices in the internet Western Comic Book Nerd community reject that as really narrow minded and know that your really not much of a Batman fan at all if you completely reject such a large portion of what the Batman mythos are. As someone who remembers all of that while currently being a Millennial Otaku in an era where our current Nostalgia cycle has brought a number of old 90s Anime back into public conciseness. I feel like the Anime equivalent of that is the prevalence of Sailor Moon fans who wish Tuxedo Mask didn't exist, that position is nearly unanimous among the guests on the Sailor Business podcast. I actually have more sympathy for this position even though it's less supportable (Tuxedo Mask was there from issue one unlike Robin) because my own preferences for female lead Anime and Superhero stories are often similar, I'm a Yuri Fanatic who likes watching Anime where it's possible to pretend men don't even exist in that fictional world. But when it comes to Sailor Moon my position is Mamoru/Darrien is just as essential as Lois Lane is to Superman, or Mary Jane to Spiderman, or Iris West to Barry Allen, or Sif to Thor. Now talking about Tuxedo Mask is complicated by how the 90s Anime handled him very differently. This may shock some people to learn, but there are Sailor Moon Manga purists who hate everything about the 90s Anime. He's not in High School not Collage in the Manga (and in the Japan the age difference between middle school and high school is smaller then it is here, they are in fact only 2-3 years apart) Mamoru isn't constantly a jerk to her early on, Usagi isn't nearly as childish and Tuxedo Mask actually contributes more. That element also fits the Robin comparison, the rejection of Robin was partly from how for a long time the mainstream public perception of Robin was Burt Ward and Chris O'Donnell. And indeed I think the best western Comic Book analogy for those Manga purists who hate the Anime are people who still hate the Adam West and Shumacker takes on Batman. Those of us who have read Robin(s) as written by for example Chuck Dixon or Marv Wolfman know the concept can be taken seriously. However some people don't like Mamoru even in the Manga, or heck some even find him worse in the Manga. These people simply hate the idea of tuning in to a show about a Superheroine (or "Female Superhero" as the CW's Supergirl pilot kept insisting on saying) where she is also constantly being rescued. Now most of those "rescues" range from cheer-leading her to adding a little minor assist like female love interests of male superhero get to contribute all the time, and the final climax of the original story-line is her saving him. But these fans want male love interests to contribute 0% to their Superheroine stories. Thing is that apparent contradiction is not a bug but a feature, it is kind of the entire premise of Sailor Moon. Film Flux did a video on the Sailor Moon Manga that helped me to clarify this. Superhero stories are at their core wish fulfillment fantasies, and like it or not many young girls fantasize both about being a Superhero and being a Damsel rescued by a handsome prince (and some young boys have the same fantasies). While most Mangaka might have written two completely separate stories to express those fantasies Naoko Takeuchi said Frak It and did both simultaneously, she wrote a story where an average Japanese school girl gets to be both Snow White and Wonder Woman at the same time. The premise of Sailor Moon is foundationally about having your cake and eating it too. Now you don't have to also be into that, my point is that this Prince Charming isn't something that's part of the story because of executive meddling. (If anything it's having other Girls helping her that was, Takeuchi's original vision was a solo Super-heroine, it was Toei that wanted a team so they could sell more toys.) And so if you fundamentally don't like that, you kind of don't like the premise of Sailor Moon. The reason why in America Sailor Moon is popular with many people who actually share only half of Takeuchi's fantasy is because on mid 90s television she was the only Superheroine we had to choose from at all. Thing is it's now possible for Americans to watch almost any Anime they want to, and the sub-genre Sailor Moon spawned has evolved to provide plenty of shows that can better provide what these Sailor Moon fans actually want. I think there are plenty of people who might actually like the rest of the genre more but have still only seen Sailor Moon because they've never searched for Anime beyond what airs on Toonami, or because they're assuming them to be Sailor Moon knock offs with no actual creativity. But the truth is even the ones most similar to Sailor Moon are still just as distinct as Green Arrow is from Batman. All or at least most Pretty Cure shows have no Tuxedo Mask analogue, a few have Het love interests who are civilians, like Peter Parker crushing on Liz Allan or Mary Jane in the Raimi films, but most don't even have that. Madoka Magica and Yuki Yuna Is A Hero and Symphogear provide no Het romance for the main character at all. Pretty Sammy and Nanoha also work, and Prisma Illya is....... not a good one to start with. Corrector Yui doesn't seem to have a Tuxedo Mask figure from what I've seen so far, on Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne there is one kinda but he's a rival thief. On Saint Tail the love interest is the guy trying to catch her, so it's like Batman and Catwoman but if Catwoman was stealing things because God wanted her to do it???? I'm still not sure what show's premise actually is. In Galaxy Fraulein Yuna there is a Tuxedo Mask but she's a woman, so those of you who enjoy having your sexuality confused by Takerazuka style Mamoru in the new Musicals might enjoy that. Even Wedding Peach is distinct on this issue since the person who could be called the Tuxedo Mask of the show is not the title character's love interest. So I'm hoping once these Sailor Moon fans can get their no Tuxedo Mask Magical Girl fix elsewhere they can be open to appreciating Mamoru once they seem him portrayed correctly on Crystal( just make sure you're watching the BluRay rips) or even the Live Action show PGSM. I also still recommend that Sailor Moon Fan Film from 2016.

THE RACCOON STORY by E. P. UNUM August 18, 2020 Like many citizens, I've wondered and tried hard to understand why President Trump has such a remarkable following. Listening to the media, it's pretty obvious why he probably should not! But, he actually does have a tremendous following and, so, it puzzled me. If you want to know how most people feel, and this applies to both democrats and republicans, read below. The Raccoon Story says it all. You've been on vacation for two weeks. You come home, and your basement is infested with raccoons. Hundreds of rabid, messy, mean raccoons have overtaken your basement. You are beside yourself and your wife and kids are screaming at the top of their lungs. You want these raccoons gone immediately. So, you call the city and four different exterminators, but nobody can handle the job. But, praise the Lord, there is this one guy and he guarantees to get rid of them. He is dressed in a suit, neatly pressed with a nice red tie and sort of orange hair. He makes a terrific impression, so you hire him. You don't care what university he attended or if his suit was refurbished. You don’t care if the guy smells. You don't care if the guy swears. You don't care how many times he's been married. You don't care if he has a plumber's crack. You simply want those raccoons gone! You want your problem fixed! He's the guy. He's the best! So, here is why we want Trump. Yes, he's a bit of a jerk. Yes, he's an egomaniac, but we don't care. The country is a mess because politicians suck, both Republicans and Democrats can be two-faced and gutless. Illegals are everywhere. There are homeless living in tents in our cities, peeing and defecating on our sidewalks. Our businesses are aflame with riots and looters. People are clamoring to get rid of police, which makes no sense at all. We are sick of it all! We want it all fixed! We don't care that Trump is crude. We don't care that he insults people. We don't care that he has changed positions. We don't care that he's been married three times. We don't care that he fights with Megan Kelly and Rosie O'Donnell. We don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorist. We don’t care that he takes on politicians like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. We don’t care that he calls out leaders of nations in public to pay their fair share of NATO and stop relying on America to pick up the tab for their defense. And, we especially don’t care that he is not politically correct, and does not use nice words when dealing with China, who launched a virus on the world. Under Obama and Biden our country became weak and bankrupt, our enemies were making fun of us. We were being invaded by illegals. We were on our way to becoming a nation of victims where every Tomas, Ricardo, and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country in which we were born and raised. By God, we just want it fixed, now! And, Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want. We're sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic Party, sick of the Republican Party, and sick of illegals. We just want this thing fixed. Trump may not be a saint, but we didn't vote for a Pope. We voted for a man who doesn't have lobbyist money holding him back, a man who doesn't have political correctness constraining him. We all know that he's been very successful, he's a good negotiator, he's built a lot of things, and he's not a cowardly politician. And, he says he'll fix it. We believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar. For the past three years, while under daily assault from the democrats, and Never-Trumpers he and his Administration built the single greatest economy in the history of the world, until China unleashed the virus on us. Furthermore, he is doing it all over again. Look at the numbers. We are coming back. But some of the raccoons are still lingering around causing mayhem. We don't care if the guy has bad hair. We just want those raccoons, all of them, gone, out of our house, NOW! You are welcome to pass this on. Thousands of people who haven't voted in 25 years seem to be getting involved. And the more people that get this email the more that will understand why Trump was elected. The raccoons have got to go! Now for the record... I have no problem with immigration, but it has to be legal. My grandparents immigrated from Italy in 1900. There were no handouts, no subsistence payments, no free housing. They became Americans, fought in WW I and WW II, raised their families and worked hard. They experienced the American Dream first-hand. Is our immigration system broken today? Yes it is. So fix it. Don't just let people pour in. Take care of American citizens first. Clean up our cities. Put an end to the violence, the riots and the looting. It is all communist funded and inspired anyway. If you don’t believe this, go on YouTube and listen to the presentation of G. Edward Griffin, a historian and lecturer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeHc280V9AY Watch, listen, and learn. His presentation is from 1969…51 years ago. But, the content could very well be today. It is extraordinarily alarming. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris cannot get rid of the raccoons. They are part of the raccoon family and are proponents of taking our nation down the path of socialism and, ultimately, communism. Don’t let it happen. If we do, there will be more than raccoons with which to deal.

Bad News For Donald – DOJ Says His Tweets Are Official Presidential Statements
The U.S. Department of Justice says that the tweets of Donald Trump are official presidential statements and that their offices treat them as such. This means that every insult, every lie, and every idiotic thing coming from that Twitter feed will become an official presidential record for generations to look back and study.
On Monday of this week, the Justice Department found itself in court, where it was forced to explain their official stance on Donald Trump's Twitter. Now, previously, Kellyann Conway, White House counselor, told us that Twitter is the president's preferred method of getting his message out to the American people, getting it out to as many people as possible.
However, the White House had maintained that these are not official presidential statements, therefore, they are not subject to the presidential records act and will not and could not and should not be preserved for posterity.
Well, as it turns out, the Justice Department in court on Monday said the exact opposite. They said that they are treating Donald Trump's tweets as if they are official presidential statements. That is how the Department of Justice is acting and they treat every single tweet as if it is a command or an order or a presidential statement by Donald J. Trump.
Here is their specific answer here: "In answer to the court's question, the government is treating the president's statements to which plaintiff's points, whether by tweet, speech, or interview, as official statements of the president of the United States."
Now, this is more than just a "Ha ha, now all your tweets are public record," type thing, because that may or may not happen, but this does open the door for that to happen. Here's what that means, that means that every insult, every time he's referred to "Sleepy Eyes Chuck Todd" or insulted Rosie O'Donnell or anyone else in this country or another country, every little threat of war that he has given to North Korea, those are official statements of the president of the United States. That's no longer the musings of an unhinged, angry conservative on Twitter. Those are official declarations by the president, thereby subject to preservation under the Presidential Records Act.
Which means that not only do we have to live with the fact that other countries may start treating these tweets as if they are official presidential statements, it means that future generations are gonna be able to go back and see what happened. They're going to be able to go back and read his tweets, because they're going to be preserved. He's not going to be allowed to delete them. He's not going to be allowed to block anyone on Twitter, either, as everyone in this country has a right to see a presidential proclamation, which is really gonna hurt his Twitter feed, if you ask me.
But again, it's the preservation of these tweets, that honestly, even those of us who despise Trump with everything we are, we don't want these tweets preserved. We don't want future generations to look back and see that somehow, this country managed to elect this guy as our president. We don't want these insults and these lies and these proclamations of "We're going to get you with fire and fury," we don't want future generations to see how dumb we were, even those of us who didn't vote for him. That's not a good thing.
I understand saving some things for future generations to see. This planet should be one of them, even though we're not doing that, but saving this jackass' tweets, so that everyone in the future can see how stupid America was in 2016? That's not going to end well for anybody.

The filmed version of Broadway's smash hit "Hamilton" is drawing both praise and criticism, with some showering it with compliments of artistic "genius" and others noting the liberties taken with the total truth of the time.
The July 3 debut on Disney+ of the musical, written, composed by and starring Lin-Manuel Miranda, is set in the late 1700s and tells the story of one of America's Founding Fathers, Alexander Hamilton, at a time when the new nation was wrought with slavery, social inequity and civil unrest.
Celebrities from across industries weighed in with their thoughts on Friday and Saturday, from "Frozen" actor Josh Gad calling the show "magical" and "pure genius," to author Rozanne Gay saying it "dangerously elides they [sic] realities of slavery."

"The first time I ever saw @DaveedDiggs on stage in #Hamilton I turned to my friend and said 'this is one of the single most inspired performances I have ever witnessed in my life,'" Gad wrote. "Daveed exudes electricity when he opens his mouth. It's remarkable. Pure genius. Magical."
But New York Times best-selling author and social commentator Roxane Gay made a point to both honor the actors' performances and point out some issues she has with the way the show "idealizes" America's founding fathers.
"I have a lot of thoughts about Hamilton and the way it idealizes the founders, and how such a brilliant musical dangerously elides they [sic] realities of slavery," Gay wrote in a thread. "But Leslie Odom Jr. put his FOOT in that performance. So talented."
"I think it's a brilliant show. As I said. It's not some vulnerable upstart. The show can handle critical engagement and the performances and book and music will still be absolutely incredible," she continued. "Also Helpless/Satisfied are such a perfect pair of songs. Ugh. But then the Sally Hemings moment played for laughs. Whyyyyyy."
Crissle West, a writer and comedian known for co-hosting the podcast "The Read" and for starring in the Harriet Tubman and Marsha P. Johnson episodes of "Drunk History," also had mixed feelings about the show.
"I knew hamilton was gonna be ahistorical as soon as I saw black people onstage and not playing slaves. i still enjoy the show," she wrote.
Miranda himself also did a lot of tweeting about the show Friday, taking a moment to thank the show's fans.
"Thank you for tonight. I'm so grateful you just have the whole thing now. With this extraordinary company and crew. It's yours," he wrote.
Star Leslie Odom Jr. also shared warm feelings about "Hamilton."
"No two Hamilton shows were the same. This performance was special because in some small + indescribable way, they all were," he wrote. "Like jazz. You walk out onstage and surrender to the ride."

Sherrilyn Ifill, president and director-counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, thanked Lin-Manuel Miranda for "lifting" her from her "anger and disillusionment."
"I needed this tonight. Transported again. And healed," Ifill wrote. "Thank you @Lin_Manuel and this extraordinary cast for returning to the joy of this extraordinary work. Lifting me from my anger & disillusionment – reminding me that our creativity & vision is the secret to our liberation."

How Well-Curated Public Art Adds Value, Attracts Tenants To CRE
By Chuck Sudo
December 5, 2017
The amenities arms race often focuses on what a tenant uses within a building — fitness centers, tenant lounges and loaded technology packages. But one amenity is often overlooked even as people interact with it daily. Savvy developers have come to realize that thoughtfully curated public art that stands out while blending in with a building's overall function can attract and maintain tenants. Courtesy of Irvine Company Office Properties A detail of "Suspended Light Veils" Courtesy of Irvine Company Office Properties and James Carpenter Design Associates Irvine Company Office Properties recently installed "Suspended Light Veils," a 29-foot-tall sculpture, in the lobby of 71 South Wacker Drive. CBRE Vice President Cody Hundertmark said the value public art adds to an asset cannot be measured with dollars and cents. Art enhances a building’s buzz. “There is no question that investors and tenants alike appreciate quality that extends beyond offices and amenities,” Hundertmark said. Irvine Company Office Properties is particularly dedicated to art in its projects across the country.
Irvine has an in-house planning and design team, dating back to when the company master planned Irvine Ranch in Orange County in the 1960s. That team comes up with the designs for artwork in its properties and works with a dedicated group of art consultants to source its pieces. The team is also tasked with folding new art installations into planned capital improvements across its portfolio. President Doug Holte said video art displays are being installed at Irvine's assets in San Diego and Irvine, California, and Chicago’s 71 South Wacker next year, and he believes well-curated 3D sculptures can help a building with its tenancy. Holte was in Chicago last week for the public unveiling of “Suspended Light Veils,” an 800-pound, 29-foot-tall sculpture from James Carpenter Design Associates, at 71 South Wacker. Holte said Irvine spent six figures installing “Suspended Light Veils” and the work included removing material from the walls, installing new steel support systems to support the piece, and new lighting to give the sculpture different color textures throughout the day. Irvine looks at expressions of art on a regional basis to determine what matters most to its tenants.
“In Chicago, there’s a high-minded attitude toward the visual arts, so a fixed object is consistent with that. In some of our California markets, we find that performing arts are more valuable to local customers,” Holte said. Holte said the renewed focus on art in office buildings is partly directed at the younger generation of workers. Millennials expect the workplace to have something visually stimulating as an incentive to come in. Holte compared it to when Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer ordered remote workers to return to the office. “Workers asked, ‘what do I get for that?’ As landlords we’re trying to provide spaces where people say, ‘I like to come to the office,’” Holte said. Chuck Sudo/Bisnow Riverside Investment & Development installed a 200-foot-long video art display in the lobby of its new office tower at 150 North Riverside. For newer trophy assets, art can make a statement that aligns the asset with the high-profile tenancy it aims to attract. At 150 North Riverside, one of Chicago’s newest trophy office towers, developer Riverside Investment & Development installed an 18-foot-high video art display that runs nearly the entire 200-foot length of the building’s lobby.
Riverside CEO John O’Donnell said the firm struggled to determine what to do with the wall from a material finishes standpoint when the project’s architect, Jim Goettsch, asked if Riverside would be open to a technology-based solution. "We didn't decide on the installation until the building was 60% leased. We were focused on building the best building we could, and thought this could add to the uniqueness of the product," O'Donnell said. O’Donnell and Riverside Executive Vice President Tony Scacco toured several installations in New York to find concepts they liked, and hired New Jersey-based design firm McCann Systems and a Chicago digital arts firm, Digital Kitchen, to come up with the form and substance of the wall. O’Donnell said Riverside had one simple qualifier. “We wanted the art installation to be a noncommercial enterprise,” O’Donnell said. Scacco would not say how much 150 North Riverside’s video wall cost — he would only say that it was significant but worthwhile. The display is of a scale that complements the lobby's size, while adding a unique wrinkle to what is an otherwise cavernous lobby. “We simply wanted to create fortress real estate by enhancing the experience of current and future tenants,” Scacco said. He likened the video display to other amenities like food and beverage, wellness and health, and outdoor space. Each contributes to the value of the building.
Chuck Sudo/Bisnow A detail shot of 150 North Riverside's video art display. Riverside also used the art wall to connect to Chicago at large, bringing the community inside its building. As the installation took shape, Scacco said Riverside took the idea to 15 local institutions, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, Adler Planetarium, Columbia College Chicago, Chicago History Museum, View Chicago, University of Chicago, University of Illinois-Chicago and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, which offered feedback on how to curate the digital arts portfolio. O’Donnell said Riverside quickly realized it did not have the resources in house to curate the installation. The Art Institute suggested Riverside hire Yuge Zhou, who holds dual master's degrees in computer science and fine art, to curate the wall. Zhou helped solidify the relationships with cultural institutions and built relationships with 15 individual artists. Currently, 150 North Riverside’s video art display has a collection of 150 unique pieces from sources ranging from linear video playback to collaged still imagery, as well as generative art relying on outside data sources like weather and internet search data to create custom and ever-changing pieces. The featured art on the wall runs a gamut from internationally recognized artists like Jason Salavon to art from SAIC graduates who created a pop art illustration of Chicago. Scacco believes the surest sign of the display's success is the level of feedback Riverside receives on specific pieces from its tenants or seeing custom Instagram feeds directed toward the installation.
"We've taken that feedback, and it has enhanced our appreciation for creating cultural touchpoints which inspires or motivates," Scacco said. Chuck Sudo/Bisnow Akara Partners commissioned artist Hebru Brantley to create a painting, based on Brantley's "flyboy" series, for Kenect, a multifamily development. Kenect, a multifamily transit-oriented development in Chicago, is also using art as connection. Akara Partners CEO Rajen Shastri commissioned an original work from noted artist Hebru Brantley to grace the lobby. Shastri felt Brantley could bring something unique to Kenect's theme of connecting its tenants to the surrounding neighborhood, and each other, through entertainment and amenities.
"Art brings people together," Shatri said. Shastri explained Kenect's mission and theme, and Brantley returned with designs featuring characters from his "Flyboy" series of art and sculpture. The final piece reflects the demographic mix of Kenect's neighborhood while also connecting tenants to the building. Shastri said Akara teams up with local art galleries to bring rotating exhibits and networking events to its other properties, like art and wine soirees and meet-and-greets with artists who have exhibits in nearby galleries. These events and the artwork also serve to bring tenants together and give each building a unique identity. "The art absolutely must complement the architecture, and it's different from asset to asset. Art also must fit the interests of our tenants and demographics. We think a lot about that," Shastri said.

This Is How We’re Styling Our Favourite Jeans This Autumn
We've said it once and we'll say it again: what's a wardrobe without a pair of killer jeans? Come rain, shine or hurricane Lorenzo, faithful denim will have your back whatever the weather, and the autumn months are no exception. In fact, if jeans were a season they'd be autumn – there, we called it. The trickiest part is picking the perfect pair. Will yours be an indigo hue, classic blue or faded black? Then there's the cut – slouchy and relaxed, straight leg, cropped kick flare... It goes on. Luckily, whatever your vibe, Amazon Fashion's huge denim offering has a cut, style and wash for everyone, so we've done the digging and found some of our favourites. Read on to find out how five R29 staffers are styling their favourite jeans this autumn...
Sian O'Flaherty, Associate Creative Director
I call this look 'geography teacher on stylish school trip'. I'm styling these classic black Lee jeans (the 'straight' cut is super flattering) with a Patagonia fleece and Eastpak bum bag for full-on utility vibes. Teaming the look with classic hoops and a pair of Ray-Bans takes it away from being actual geography teacher… I’ll top off the whole look with some classic platform DMs, which I’ll be wearing all winter. Meg O'Donnell, Junior Art Editor
This outfit is the perfect combination of your mum, your 8-year-old niece and your grandad – which, to be honest, is my daily inspiration. Grandad pullovers will be my go-to for the rest of the year, paired with a long-sleeve top for daytime and without for an easy evening look. This ridiculously cute yellow bag will brighten up the tonal vibes of the outfit. Then there's the kick flare jean and ankle boot situation, which you really can’t beat in my opinion. I always go for a kick flare style because they're super cute and suit my rather short legs! find. Flared Mid Rise Stretch Cropped Jeans, $, available at Amazon Fashion PengGengA V Neck Vest Sleeveless Sweater, $, available at Amazon Fashion WearAll Long Sleeve T-Shirt, $, available at Amazon Fashion Kickers Women's Kick Hi Ankle Boots, $, available at Amazon Fashion Bulaggi Viola Handbag, $, available at Amazon Fashion
Eni Subair, Editorial Assistant
The colder it gets, the more I opt for pieces that require virtually no styling. I'll be chucking on a (very) on trend psychedelic Vans jumper with some trusty jeans. A straight leg never steers me wrong, but I'm also partial to jeans that have hint of a flare, and the cut and hue of this particular pair is right up my street. Coupled with ankle boots or trainers, they'll work all autumn. Gold hoops are my staple so I can't not include a pair. And a bum bag is just practical, no? Wrangler Women's Straight Jeans, $, available at Amazon Fashion Vans Dye Job Tie Dye Sweater, $, available at Amazon Fashion Fiorelli Shiny Gold Textured Hoop Earrings, $, available at Amazon Fashion Nike AIR Max Vapormax 97, $, available at Amazon Fashion TINYAT Travel Bum Bag, $, available at Amazon Fashion
Lydia Raghavan, Senior Creative
When it comes to jeans, I like to size up for a baggier, tomboy fit, so I'll be doing that with this two-tone denim find. pair. I also sit down most days so appreciate the extra blood circulation a looser fit gives! I like to mismatch this look with feminine touches like big gold hoops and colourful nails. I’ll add a pair of Silver Nike P6000s and a brown cord Kangol bucket hat, which I will absolutely rinse this winter. And for nostalgia, a cute but lairy Stussy fleece which reminds me of '90s teen girl prints. find. Women's Straight Leg Mid Rise Shadow Panel Jeans, $, available at Amazon Fashion Stussy Basic Polar Floral Fleece, $, available at Amazon Fashion Yumay 9ct Yellow Gold Round Hoop Earrings, $, available at Amazon Fashion Nike W P-6000 Track & Field Shoes, $, available at Amazon Fashion Kangol Cord Bucket Hat, $, available at Amazon Fashion
Jess Commons, Health & Living Director
I'm wearing absolutely nothing else this autumn apart from jeans, heels and a chic top. Straight leg jeans with a white shirt is one of my favourite enduring looks and this pair says expensive '90s mom on casual duties like no other. Once my hair gets long enough, I want to up the overall '90s effect by tying it back with a velvet bow à la a dressage rider on competition day. G-STAR RAW Women's 3301 High Waist Straight, $, available at Amazon Fashion Miore Yellow Gold Hoops, $, available at Amazon Fashion Vagabond Women's Olivia Closed-Toe Pumps, $, available at Amazon Fashion Armani Exchange Women's Poplin Cotton Blouse, $, available at Amazon Fashion Lacoste Women's Chancato Shoulder Bag, $, available at Amazon Fashion
Like what you see? How about some more R29 goodness, right here?

The Thing:Artbook - Who all is in this thing??
So, who all is involved with “The Thing:Artbook” you ask? Well, I am here to give you an answer. Listed below is the list of all the artists who have a piece that is included in the book. Some of them have more than one, some produced more than one, but we had to make hard decisions about inclusion.
When we started out on this project, an idea conceived last year in May, and once we had secured the approval from Universal Studios to move ahead, we had hoped to make it a book with primarily comic industry folks because that’s who we knew. Once we started to reach out to folks with information about the project the response was so positive, we decided to branch out a little and include some illustrator friends and designer folks. Again, the response was so overwhelmingly positive we decided to invite whoever we thought we could get on board. Then, people started coming to us as word of the project began to spread. We were blown away and humbled by the caliber of talent who have agreed to be a part of this book.
We hope you will be pleasantly surprised and excited as you go through the list below and see the participants listed. You will probably have heard about many of them already, but hopefully there will be some surprises as well.
The “The Thing: Artbook” will go live for pre-sales Tuesday March 7th at 7pm est at the link below.
The book is expected to ship the first week of July 2017.
