Ooohhh.... who to spend Easter with??? I don't really celebrate other than some candy. Buuuut I feel like each are good choices! ♡

Think Steeb and Buggy would maybe have a tradition they used to follow back in the 20s. Not sure what though. But spoiled with coloring books and a new outfit! Limit candy though so no tummy aches and teef have no cavities!

Eddies would do some extra selling to get you a big easter stuffed animal and your favorite candy. Maybe go on a walk looking for the easter bunny? Egg hunt here????

Ransom and Llyod would SPOIL you! So much candy! So many toys! Pictures with bunny in a new outfit! Ransom might get you a special outfit for a dinner with the whole family (They seem like performative religious people to me. Oops)

Steve Harrington would spoil you. But not tooooo much. Can't decide if he would get a big premade basket or if he would pick out everything himself. Maybe religious himself but doesn't force you into it.

Loki would research the holiday because he doesn't understand these Midgard traditions. But he would let you decide how to celebrate religious or bunny wise. Maybe take you to Asgard (shh.. it exists still in my mind) to celebrate a holiday there instead and treat you to the royal prince/princess ( is there a gender neutral term for royalty??) treatment!

I don't know enough about Lee to know how he would celebrate with a little. :( Sorry

I want to picture someone making a treat for the bunny the night before similar to cookies for Santa. The bunny deserves treats too! And maybe one of them does like fun bunny tracks in glitter or something?? Oh how did I forget about egg hunts??!

Unlike Steve and Billy, Eddie doesn't get much physical activity. He spends most of his time in his trailer, eating junk food and jamming to Metallica (mood honestly). So he lacks the firmness of the other two. He's not particularly large in stature, and he has a thinner face. He's actually pretty happy being chubby, and he's not particularly shy. Compared to his boyfriends, he's "tiny". He may not wear revealing outfits (aside from in the bedroom- he's a sucker for leather is all I'm gonna say 😏) but he embraces any qualities that "set himself apart from people". Anything to annoy the conformists (which is his core belief and drive as a character). And if showing skin offends them, he'll do it out of spite. He knows he looks good, and that's enough for him (goals 😌🤌). He's delightfully doughy all over. His boyfriends are fucking tree trunks who have no problem picking him up, and the pounds he's packed on are simply a reminder of the numerous times the three Fuckateers gather on Steve's couch (Billy isn't convinced the stains on Eddie's mattress aren't piss) and munch on snacks. Happy memories are connected to his squishy stomach, and thighs. What's to be upset about?

Adding onto that, I think Eddie finds comfort in having some extra chub on him, because it's a state of contentment. For Billy, too.

Ever since Steve started working at Scoops Ahoy, he put on a few pounds. Since he's pretty tall, and has always been slim, the weight gain is a little more obvious. It usually goes to his ass, sides, and his stomach. It's heaven for Billy and Eddie, because with this new addition comes with a hairy belly. And as yall know I am an advocate for buff! Steve, so fuck, he's both. He's got this whole lumberjack look going on, and even his chest is wider. The bigger Steve gets, the more hair seems to grow. Steve doesn't necessarily notice getting chubby (because he's not someone who spends forever in front of a mirror when it's not hair related- I mean some of his outfits are ... questionable 😭). Plus theres no doubt its a combination of fat and muscle. He's definitely stronger now, and Billy likes to call him Hopper's long lost son... Whopper.

Billy has never been stick thin. As a child, he was pretty big, and he got bullied a lot- especially by Neil. When his mother was still present, she would reassure him that it was normal for kids to have baby fat. It never really went away. He works out religiously (look I know yall saw this dude drinking beer and smoking while lifting weights 😭) but fat still clings to his thighs, abdomen, face, legs, and ass- and he hates it. Unlike Steve and Eddie, his build is wide and broad. Billy boy is thick all over. Being around Eddie helps with his confidence a little, but he's a little shy. Plus his chipmunk cheeks make him look even younger (and he's the youngest of the three). Billy definitely has some internalized fatphobia due to bullies at school AND at home, so sometimes he lashes out at people who remind him of himself/how he sees himself. He's very hard on himself regardless of what it is anyway.

Eddie asks him point blank if he actually thinks fat is bad. Billy breaks down into tears, saying "On me it is!". Steve jumps in and asks Billy if he thinks Steve and Eddie look good. Billy nods fervently, and his boyfriends hug him, saying "If we look pretty, you look pretty, too. It's a three way street."

Also: Eddie and Steve have no problem with nicknames related to their builds in anyway, but their blonde bombshell isn't there yet, and that's okay. He'll get there. Until then, the brunettes will continue to love him enough when he isn't able to love himself.

Mi amora II

Steve closed his eyes trying to take a quick nap before toddler Tony woke up. Tony was a handful as an adult as a child he was different. Tony was only conformable around Steve and weirdly Natasha. If anyone else got close to him, Tony would begin to cry and run away to the many hidden areas in the tower. It would take him a while to bring Tony out of hiding and it was only Steve that could.

“Steeb, I’m hungry.” Steve opened them back up to look over at Tony with rumple hair and still holding the iron man doll he gave him to relax so he would sleep. That was one thing he realized that didn’t change about Tony of any age. So, much for the nap. Steve didn’t move hoping if he laid still enough Tony wouldn’t see him. The thought made him laugh. Tony ran over to him and jumped onto his chest knocking the wind out of him. “Steeeebbb! It’s time to get up!” The toddler leaned in closely into his face, so they were touching noses. Steve smiled at how adorable he was. Steve lifted him and tickled him making Tony cry out to make him stop. “Do you want a PB and J sandwich or dino nuggets?” Tony squealed with excitement.

“Dino nuggets! Mr. Jarvis never let me have them. He says they aren’t real food.” Steve chuckled sitting him down on top of the counter so he could watch Steve cook them. Tony watched intently always focused on everything going on around him. Steve knew he would be smart, but he didn’t quite realize how smart a four-year-old Tony would be.

“Hey, Steve.” Steve and Tony turned around to see Bucky in the doorway holding up a laptop. Tony began to scream, grabbing at Steve to “protect” him. Steve glared at Bucky and he gave him a sympathetic look.

“Sorry, I will come back. It’s news about Tony and the spell.” Steve nodded while he held Tony tightly trying to calm him down.

“I will find you in two hours okay.” Bucky nodded and left. “Shhh, Tony, it’s okay uncle Bucky is gone. He would never hurt you, okay buddy. I trust him and aunty Nat trusts him too.” Tony looked up at him with big tears rolling down his chubby cheeks.

“No, he’s mean.” Tony pouted. Steve looked at him curiously.

“Why would you think Bucky was mean?” Steve asked.

“He hurt mamma and daddy.” Steve was taken back at Tony’s remark. How did little Tony know that Bucky was the one that killed his parents? This meant that small Tony had all of Tony’s memories or at least a variation. Steve hugged him one more time and pulled the iron man doll towards him.

“Do you want to hear a story about ironman while you eat your nuggets?” Tony nodded already perking up again. Steve placed the nuggets down in front and Tony went to town on him.

“It was Halloween night, and we ran out of candy. All of the kids were really disappointed, so Ironman blasted off in the sky. Only a matter of seconds it was raining lollipops and jolly ranchers. The kids scream out of happiness filling their trick or treat bags full. As much as they could carry. Ironman was a real hero that day. He saved Halloween.” Tony giggled at the story.

“Steeb, could we go trick or treating? I want to be Ironman.” Steve held back the tear that would surely slip away. He ruffled the boy’s hair. If only he knew he was Ironman. The saver of worlds. Earth’s first line of defense. If only this small Tony knew that his life was amazing, and he would grow up to be more than Howards’ son.

“Yeah, buddy. You can be Ironman.” Steve looked up to see Nat walk in. She gave him the nod that he needed to go talk with the group. “Hey, auntie Nat is going to watch you for a little bit okay. I have to go to work.” Tony pouted but nodded. Steve knew that once Nat turned her back Tony would be looking for him so, needed to get this meeting done fast.

“What do you mean he’s going to have to grow up in the next couple of days? Guys, I just want my husband back to normal.” Steve huffed placing his hands on his hips. The group had figured out that Tony was cursed by some Asgardian witch in the middle of the night. Supposedly she was looking for Thor but accidentally hit Tony. Which made no sense since Thor and Tony looked completely different even in the dark. Thor had tracked her down she said the only way to reverse the curse was to ride the curse out. It would last for seven days. On the sixth day, Tony should hit eighteen resulting in him waking up as his present-day self on the seventh day. Steve rubbed at his forehead not knowing if he could raise his husband, especially in his teen years. Tony told him stories and shared the photos. Tony was a hand full at sixteen. Drinking, partying, hooking up with any stranger that would bat an eyelash at him. Steve wished he could call Rhodey in as reinforcements since he knew this era of Tony the best but at last, he couldn’t. Rhodey was pretty tied up with being the president.

“Okay, then we need all hands on deck then. What age will he be tomorrow?” The grouped looked at each other not sure if they could really help Steve.

“Well, he will be seven but Steve this on you. Baby Tony flips out when any of us gets near him. Do you really think that will change as he gets older?” Bruce asked.

“Well, I’m no child psychologist but children tend to become less shy and more friendly as they get older. This is also Tony. He will differently become more vibrant as he gets older. He’s just scared right now because you guys are strangers to him. Tony likes me because I’m Captain America. He doesn’t even know I’m Steve.” The group nodded understanding what Steve was saying. Steve turned to leave when he found little Tony poke his head around the door frame.

“Tony, do you want to meet your family.” Tony shrank back not so sure but he saw Steve talking to them so they must be good. Right? Steve stuck a hand out and guided the young boy farther into the lab so he could meet the people that will make him feel like he had a family again outside of Jarvis. “Tony, you met Bucky. Then this is Sam, Bruce, Clint, and Happy. There are so many more that aren’t here like Rhodey and Pepper and a young boy named Peter.” Tony hid behind Steve’s leg feeling shy but then Happy came over and knelt down to his height.

“Hi, Tony. Do you know you will grow up to be a pretty awesome person?” Tony moved around to look at Happy with big bright eyes.

“I will?” Happy smiled.

“Yeah, you will, and you will be my best friend. We eat cheeseburgers together all the time.”

“No way!” The rest of the group introduced themselves. Tony lit up and become more relaxed around them. He wanted to show everyone his Ironman doll that Steve gave him. Shoving it into everyone’s face saying he was going to be Ironman.

The night fell on the group as they watched a movie like a family. Tony begged to watch Robin Hood, the Disney version. Steve found it fascinating to learn things about Tony like his favorite childhood movie. Tony didn’t share a lot of details that were from before 2008. He didn’t like bringing up his childhood at all. Steve just enjoyed learning these little things. Tony had curled up into Steve’s lap fast asleep. He was so small and gentle. Steve wanted his husband back, but he was going to miss having a small child around the house. He wondered if after all of this is over and Tony was back as Tony; they could sit down and discuss the future. Steve wouldn’t mind having a little monster of their own running around. Tony yawn outstretching his arm hitting Steve in the face.

“Hey, watch it bud. Why don’t we get you to bed?”

“Nottt tired,” Tony grumbled even though it was clear that he was.

The first and last time Steve calls Billy a wide load, it's said with a lazy smirk, his hands palming Billy's asscheeks.

"Well, you can watch this wide load walk away. Ain't worth a fucking black eye," Billy snarls. Smug dick doesn't need to know that he'll cry himself to sleep after stuffing his face, like always. Because he's fucking hungry. Starved for food, what it used to represent. His ma told him food had love in it, and the more love you put in, it goes to your sides. Called the squishy rolls on Billy's sides love handles. Now they're just rolls. Billy hasn't consumed love since he was ten years old. Never stopped him from searching. Hasn't done his body any favors.

"Are you... crying, Billy?"

He's so tired. Tired of the lies, the loneliness, the oscar worthy smiles-

"So what if I am?"

Steve's hairy hands brush his wet cheek. Billy stubbornly refuses to meet those cursed eyes. If doing so makes his double chin more apparent it's a risk he's willing to take.

"Shit, I'm sorry. For what it's worth, no one I've fucked has ever cum that fast."

Billy stares blankly. What?

"S nothing to be ashamed of. Kinda flattering actually."

"So when you said wide load..." Billy says slowly, his abdomen still tense. Has to be sure.

"Bull. King Steve, miss a chance to claim uncharted territory? Fuck the fatty, lead him on, just 'cause you're bored?" He's trembling now, bare gut quivering. Completely naked, a pink, disfigured display.

"You're a virgin?"

"That's what you took from what I said? I guess you finally found someone dumber than you, can't believe I fell for-"

Chapped lips press against the dome of his belly. Warmth fills his tight ribs.

Billy wants to look away, but King Steve's siren kisses lure him in. He wants those lips on his. Doesn't dare move an inch. Don't let this be a dream, let me have this-

Steve's mouth travels to iffy territory, the dreaded gathering of fat resting above his wide hips, cool saliva a contrast to Billy's hot stretched skin.

"H-Harrington, what're you doing?"

Steve looks up at him, two black holes wielding an unholy gravitational pull. No escape. Billy isn't sure he wants an out. Needs those eyes on him, and him only. "I love you," he says simply. He has no idea the whirlwind of emotions he's putting Billy through.

"You gonna kiss me or somethin'?" Billy whispers weakly. He's so damn weak for Steve. Maybe the only time he's not ashamed of being a coward. If this is the reward, he'll run away for the rest of his life.

"Got more ground to cover, first, bello." There's no mockery in his tone. He sounds kinda... excited at the idea? Another ingredient is present. Billy can't quite place it.

Steve rubs his thumbs up and down his muffin top. Billy whimpers.

"Are you okay?"

No.

"Do you want me to stop?"

Don't you dare.

"Why are you doing this?" Billy croaks, a lump forming in his throat.

"Putting aside the fact that I'm ass over fucking heels, I...I really like the way you look, and I want you to know that."

"You... like my blubber?" Billy can't help but snort disbelievingly.

"Fluff," Steve corrects, catching Billy's words before they swallow him whole and he drowns in his own tears.

"Fluff?" Billy repeats slowly, cocking his head in confusion.

"Yeah. Fluff. You don't like your body. That's okay. I'll smother you with love till you do."

Billy cracks a watery smile."Helluva promise, Harrington. Could take a lifetime."

"Good thing I'm following you, in every lifetime, then," Steve murmurs, fucking Artisan the way he shapes Billy's thorny crown into a pillow where he can lay his weary head to rest.

Billy finally gets what his mother meant. Steve is the missing ingredient, and he handles Billy with love, tracing each curve, swell, and dimple reverently.

He laughs to himself as Steve's magic thumbs knead his plush love handles. His mother would like Steve, he thinks, eyelids drooping.

I like him, too, Ma. I like him a lot.

That.. isn't at all what they said? There's nothing wrong with someone finding skinny Steeb more attractive. It's just preference. You make it sound like people are fatshaming when they draw Steven skinny. But I seriously doubt that.. They're just drawing him less chubby than in canon. Their drawings aren't hurting anyone, and if they are, should we really blame the OP? Chances are they might be experimenting with how they draw him. I dunno, I'd like to see your argument. SUMMARY: I decided to continue “HappyNess Is Not A Myth.” Bucky’s baby girl, now 3 wants to play soccer. What ensues next is too damn cute!!!

Characters: Daddy!Bucky and Patricia Barnes, Steve, Tony, Nat, Wanda, Sam, Thor, and adorable Sarah Natalia Barnes!!

A/N: I have no idea where this idea came from, but here it is. Daddy! Bucky warms my heart. After everything he endured, no amount of happyness is too much. Enjoy!

A/N 2: 3 year old Sarah has her own SUMMARY: I decided to continue “HappyNess Is Not A Myth.” Bucky’s baby girl, now 3 wants to play soccer. What ensues next is too damn cute!!!

The moment Sarah Natalia Barnes was born, she had Earth’s mightiest heroes wrapped around her chubby fingers. Curly chestnut hair, sparkling cerulean eyes, and the cutest smile known to man. Talia, the moniker passed down from her godmother, Natalia Romanoff, cast a spell over the compound. No one could escape her charm.

Steve, Sam, Tony and Bucky turned to putty when she entered a room. Tickling, placing kisses all over her face, and blowing raspberries on her stomach. Wanda played dress up; complete with heels, make-up, wigs, and feather boas. Her godmother? She’d sneak Talia in the gym, guiding her through defensive movement. Trish reprimanded Nat, but that didn’t stop her!

Bucky, Tony, and  Steve were the worst. Unte Towe purchased a toddler treadmill and foam weight bench! Talia, Steve, and Bucky “lIft weights” together. “Daddy, Unte Steeb, wookie! I do too!!!” Eventually, Trish relented not without a few choice words for the super soldiers, billionaire genius and former master assassin.

Trish on the other hand, was the disciplinarian aka mean mommy. Talia’s charm didn’t work on her. If Bucky had his way, he’d never say anything harsh to his little peanut. He and Trish showed a united front when it came to manners; please, thank you, and excuse me. Don’t think Bucky was a wuss with his baby girl. It broke his heart to say ‘no.’

Clint and Laura visited most weekends, bringing Cooper, Lila and Nathaniel for a playdate with Talia. She would sometimes spend the weekend with the Bartons, giving Bucky and Trish alone time and vice versa. Their arrangement worked well.

“Daddy, pway wif me pwease?” Talia stood in front of Bucky, batting those long eyelashes.

Unable to say no Bucky replied, “Okay Peanut. What do ya wanna play?”

Talia scrunched her little nose, “Um wets pway putball.”

Laughing, Bucky tilted his head. . “Football? Why sweetie?”

“Coopew pways wif me and Yiya. I wun, yaff, and tick baws.”

Sitting her in his lap, Bucky reminded Talia, football was a boy’s game.

Shaking her chocolate curls, “Nu uh. I pway putball.”

Trish, standing against the door, sat next to her husband, taking Talia’s hand.

“Sarah, there are ladies who play football, we call it soccer. Would you like to play?”

“Weally? I  PWAY SOTTER!!!!

Trying to gage his wife’s seriousness, Bucky’s eyebrows knitted together.

“Wait a minute doll, we need to discuss this further. My baby girl might get hurt or somethin’. Then I’d have’ta kill’um.”

Laying a hand against his face, Trish reminded her fretting husband it’s perfectly safe. “How much damage could a team of 3 year olds do? I’ll talk to Tony about The Stark Employee mini-soccer league.”

Sliding from her daddy’s lap, Talia scampered to her room. “I dwess fo putball?”

Bucky burst her little bubble, “No dumplin’ not yet.”

Pouting, Talia hung her head. “Bye-bye.”

Whispering, Talia admonished Bucky. “See what you’ve done? Go to her. You’re a bully.”

Relenting, “bully” Bucky trudged to Talia’s room. Her tear stained face crushed him.

“Peanut, would you like to go buy a soccer ball and we play outside?”

Wrapping her tiny arms around his neck, “Uh huh, We pway sotter oushide?”

“Yes baby. We’ll ask your uncles and aunts too. Would ya like that?”

“Yesh, wet’s go wight now!!!”

Trish called Nat. “Guess what? You goddaughter wants to play soccer!”

Swallowing hard, Nat queried, “Soccer? Are you serious?”

“Yes. Bucky’s rounding up the cavalry going to the sporting goods store! I’m sitting this trip out.”

“Wanda’s here, so you’ll have company.”

Trish figured a spa day was needed. Of course, Wanda was on board.

OFF TO THE SPORTING GOOD’S STORE

Steve buckled Talia in her car seat, while the rest of the crew climbed in the blacked out window SUV.

On the drive to “Dick’s Sporting Goods” Talia informed everyone in the car she was playing soccer. Bucky kissed the top of her curls. He’d never seen her so excited.

The entire store stopped what they were doing when watching Talia and her “entourage.” Tony hammed it up with customers. Nat, Bucky, Steve and Talia rode the escalator to the soccer section.

Talia’s eyes were brighter than the sun. She didn’t know what to look at first.

Alex, customer service rep waved at Talia. “Hello little lady. How are you?

“Hi. I’m thwee,” holding up two fingers.

“Mr. Barnes, Ms. Romanoff, how may I help?” Of course he’d recognized them from television.

“Alex, my daughter needs all things toddler soccer; balls, shoes, socks, shirts and shorts. Do’ya have anything in her size?”

Alex enthusiasm bubbled over. “As a matter of fact, we do. Our shipment of toddler clothes arrived yesterday. What size is she?”

Bucky and Nat looked at each other, shrugging. “I better call Trish.”

Meanwhile, Trish and Wanda enjoyed relaxing mani, pedis and facials.

Her buzzing phone pulled Mrs. Barnes out of a trance. “Hey Bucky. How’s Talia?”

Laughing, Bucky told her Talia was engaged in a “game” of soccer with Steve. “Doll, what size clothes does she wear?”

“Usually a 3T, since she’s growing like a weed get 4T to be safe. Love and miss you.”

“Same here. I need a some “grown-up” time with’ya!”

Hearing that Brooklyn drawl, Trish knew exactly what her husband meant. “Well Sarge, I’ll get a babysitter. Maybe we can work on Talia a sister or brother?”

Stunned, Bucky smiled, “Baby are ya serious? You wanna have another kid with me?”

“Of course silly! You’re the only one I’d have a baby with. Now, hurry up.”

Bucky whispered, “I love’ya woman. Thank you for giving me something to live for.”

“James Buchanan Barnes, your happiness is important to me. Think I’ll buy something sexy to wear. What color?”

Folding his arms, “How ‘bout something red, black, or white?”

“I’m on it. Bye Sarge.”

“Bye doll.”

Steve, Tony and Nat played soccer with Talia in the aisle. Bucky recorded it for Sam and Thor, who were on a mission.

“Unte Teeb, tick to Sawah.”

Steve gently rolled the ball to the excited tot who in turn swung her little leg and missed the ball, landing on her bottom.

Bucky was right there by her side. She simply got up, laughing. “Do adin, do wit adin!!”

It was Nat’s turn to play. This time Talia connected with the ball.

Pumping her arms in the air, jumping around Talia couldn’t contain her elation. “Yay, yay I tick da baw….I tick da baw!!!”

Alex, Steve, Tony and Nat applauded. Bucky excused himself for a minute. Tears of joy flowed freely. Seeing his pal, Steve walked over to where he was.

“Buck, what’s the matter?”

“M’just happy Stevie. All the shit HYDRA put me through, didn’t think I’d ever have this…..a family. Now Trish wants to have another baby Barnes.”

“Really!!! M’happy for ya pal You deserve to be happy,”

“Thanks punk.” “You’re welcome jerk.”

Alex accommodated the crew with all things soccer. Talia held onto a multi-colored ball. Tony paid for everything. At least 3 of her shirts would sport “Barnes” on the back.

The shopping excursion tired Talia. She fell asleep on the ride back. Leaning in, Bucky asked Nat to keep Peanut tonight. Quirking an eyebrow, she agreed. “Guess it’s time for another baby Barnes?”

“How’d ya know?”

“A woman knows these things. Trish has an extra sway in her hips.”

Unloading the car was an adventure. Nat toted her sleeping goddaughter; Steve, Tony, and Bucky brought bag after bag inside.

Mouth agape, Trish could not believe her eyes.  “James, what the hell? We don’t have room in our apartment for a department store!!!”

Tony chimed in, “Mrs. Frostbite, I own an entire compound with ample space. Don’t worry. My niece deserved the best. So, I could afford the best.”

Wanda and Trish shook their heads. Nat laid little sleeping beauty on her bed. She informed Trish, Talia’s spending the night with her. “You can thank me later.”

Of course, Nat stocked her dresser drawers with clothes and pull ups. A row of Avenger teddy bears lined the bookshelf. Talia loved spending time in her “dodmommy” room.

Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Barnes took full advantage of their childless night. Reconnecting mind, body and soul. Showering together, sensual massages, and passionate lovemaking. Trish gradually weaned her body from birth control two months ago. Who knows? There could possibly be another Barnes in the oven!!!

GAME DAY

Two weeks of “tedious practice,” the Stark Renegades squared off against the Wayne Terminators. The names were fierce; players  not so much.

The Renegades wore what else…..gold shirts and tops trimmed in red!!! Wayne’s brigade wore dark blue with white lettering.

Security….tighter than Fort Knox. A slew of super heroes in attendance; the Avengers, Bruce and Rachel Wayne, Clark and Lois Kent, Scott and Hope Pym. Along with aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

Bucky’s chest swelled with pride as Sarah took the field wearing #7, Barnes on the back of her shirt. Her hair in a ponytail, red headband, and small fingerless gloves. All the flashing resembled a lightning storm.

No scoring. Whoever kicked the ball, they won! Every tot on the field would have a chance to “win”!!!

The referee blew his whistle. Some kids tried to kick the ball but missed. If they fell, Sarah would go over and pat him or her on the back.

Most of the kids “scored.” When Sara got the ball, she swung her leg back, kicking the ball a little hard.

Thunderous applause erupted from the Avengers! She high fived David, her teammate. He in turn kissed her on the cheek.

Bucky practically jumped on the field. Trish yanked him down by the shirt. “James, sit your ass down! They are 3 years old. He’s not her boyfriend.”

Staring at Steve, Bucky growled, “We’re locking her up after t’night. Can’t come out till she’s 35.”

“I gotcha pal. Did you see him plant one on Sarah’s jaw? Whose kid is that? We need to rough up his parents.”

All the kids had a chance to win, now it’s time for an ice cream and pizza party, courtesy of Tony Stark and Bruce Wayne.

Thor hoisted Talia on his broad shoulder! Unte Tor, I tick da baw. I won.”  

“Fair maiden Sarah, you are the best soccer player on Midgard!”

“Uh huh. Daddy, mommy, I won!!!”

Swallowing a boulder in his throat, Bucky kissed Talia, congratulating her on a good game.

Trish joined in the kissing party. She’d never seen her chubby dumpling so excited.

“I do pway now. Dabid my fwiend. Bye bye.”

Shoulders sagging,  Bucky pulled Trish into a hug. “Doll, she’s growin’ up t’fast. Did’ya see David kiss her on the cheek? It’s too soon!!”

“Calm down husband, they’re 3 years old. By their 5 birthday, tonight will be a memory. Besides, maybe we’ll have Barnes #2”

“Are’ya pulling my leg? We’re pregnant?’

“Fingers crossed, I’ll know in a week.”

70 years torture; turned into HYDRA’s one man killing machine.  The blood spilled by his hands weighed heavy on his mind and heart. In spite of the negativity, he found solace in his wife, Trish and the cutest 3 year old on the planet...
