General headache and migraine flag

As for the colour meanings, here goes muted dark teal-ish green - migraine and headaches muted green-ish grey - brain fog and sense sensitivity dark red, red, light red - spectrum of head pain (frequent, chronic,...) purple - migraine auras and other effects of headaches and migraines dark purple - chronic pain and fatigue

This flag can be used by anyone with headaches and/or migraines whether they're chronic or not.

Chronic stress is a serious issue that needs to be addressed through chronic stress treatment. Fortunately, plenty of treatments are available to help manage it and make life more enjoyable.

thank god ibuprofen exists,cuz god i get migraines way too often, my mom and boyfriend find it concerning. he says it happens often. she says it happens way too often me being so young, like you guys, thanks for the worry,but i cant stop it

Going to the acupuncturist is a bit like going to the dentist

A stranger is gonna get handsy with you, you have no idea what the heck they’re doing and it’s really uncomfortable if not scary.

Yeah, just went to my second acupuncture appointment. I was suggested this by my mom’s friend who suffers from CTH just like me. She’s skeptical about things such as acupuncture, like me, so when she says it’s working I believe her. I’m still waiting for it to kick in, but, hey, they said it takes some time before it kicks in which is a given so fingers crossed. I’m running out of ideas to save myself from the constant headache xD

Hot water

How many of my followers have tried hot water? It’s supposed to be really healthy and my acupuncturist has told me to do it, especially while I’m receiving treatment there (due to my CTH) but it tastes so weird!

Like, I don’t even drink tea or coffee, ok? I am not used to hot water from anything x’D So drinking hot water is really weird to me x’D Anyone who can relate?

I have had a tension headache for nearly 3 days now and I'm just.. I'm done. I've taken the meds for it and I've drank caffeine, I'm ready to burst into tears it hurts so bad.

These headaches are officially making it hard to function on a day to day basis. I'm in so much pain that I snap at Joshie for stupid shit, playing with a toy to loud. I have zero motivation to do anything because of the pain and it's got to stop. Tomorrow I'm going to call and try to get an appointment for Wednesday when josh has off. Hopefully the doctor will be able to prescribe something or do something. Idk. If I can't get an appointment I might just go to the hospital. That way they can give me mess immediately. I just can't do this anymore. Everyday I wake up I fear I'm gonna get a headache and of course I always do. I feel like I'm going insane.

Really tired of these headaches.

It's like everyday I'm waking up with a slight one and then within an hour or two BAM, I'm hit with a full blown tension headache and can hardly function. Ugh.
