Kingdom Hearts IV predictions

Radiator Springs/Dinoco Rust-eze Racing Center/Fireball Beach/Thunder Hollow/Thomasville/Florida International Speedway (Cars)

Takes place after Cars 3.

Is visited by Sora.

It isn’t combat based. Missions include keeping up with McQueen’s top speed by racing down Radiator Springs’ main street, learning how to turn right to go left at Willy’s Butte, driving backwards with Mater, keeping up with Cruz’s top speed on Fireball Beach, avoiding pushy competitors with the Thunder Hollow challengers, and practicing with Cruz at Thomasville, culminating in the Piston Cup race at Florida International Speedway, where the objective is to win against Jackson Storm.

Sora enters the world as a custom-made car mixing a few real-life sports car models before visits to Luigi’s Casa Della Tires and Ramone’s House of Body Art end with him modified into a next-gen race car sponsored by Dinoco (with Tex’s blessing) and with Cruz’s number.

It’s set during Cruz’s first Piston Cup racing season, so McQueen still has Doc’s colors and spends the Florida race as Sora’s crew chief. Also, Ramone wears his “Saludos Amigos” body paint from the epilogue of Cars 3.

As Sora finishes his story, Mater is certainly unhappy with Xehanort’s actions forcing Sora’s hand. “That dad-gum Xehanort”, he says angrily. Extra points if Sora doesn’t get to the part where Xehanort is dead, then Sarge gets in his face and demands him to teach Xehanort a lesson when he gets back in a militaristic manner. “Is that understood,” Sarge yells. Then Sora tries to correct him, but gets cut off and asked again, “Is that understood,” and has to respond, “Sir, yes, sir!”

Of course, during the top speed races, Luigi is the one to signal the race to begin.

In the Radiator Springs race, Sora’s top speed is tracked by Sheriff’s speed radar, and on Fireball Beach, it’s via Cruz’s personal assistant, Hamilton.

If you fail the “Turn Right to go Left” mission, Sora goes flying into the bed of cacti, and Mater fishes him out.

I know I’ll get hate for this, but Cars 2 elements are here. Heck, maybe Mater can’t be present most for the training because he’s busy with Finn and Holley. After all, does he still owe Holley a first date?

I wanted the player character in this world to be Kairi just so Storm can feel the embarrassment of losing to not one, but two “costume girls”.

The Piston Cup race is announced as a 500-lap race, but no game developer is that malicious to force the player to race 500 laps around an oval, so they’d take after the first Cars game and make it twelve laps with the sun slowly lowering throughout the race.

Chapter Seven: First Shoot

Mom never slept through the night, so I wasn't surprised to see her in the kitchen when I got up to get a drink of water. She sat at her computer with a glass of wine. "Pinot?" I asked. She shook her head and invited me to sit down.

"Reisling," Mom whispered, "Get a glass." I nodded and got a wine glass, and she poured me a little.

I took a sip and ate a few crackers. "It's good," I whispered.

Mom pinched my cheek. "Why aren't you sleeping?" she asked. I twirled the glass.

"I usually wake up around this time. Wander for a little while, and then I go back to sleep... Mom, remember when I was little, and you would count the hairs on my head until I fell asleep?" I asked. She finished her glass of wine and nodded. I took a few more sips of wine and ate another handful of crackers.

After I finished my drink, she sat with me in my old bedroom, and I lay my head on her lap. "One. Two. Three. Four. Five," Mom counted in a gentle whisper. She usually didn't have to count any higher than one-twenty before I fell asleep.

I woke up to Kit shaking me awake. "Hm? What's the matter?" I asked as I rolled onto my side. He had this look on his face as if he'd made a huge mistake of some sort. "We can fix it." He didn't say anything. Kit just stood over me, hyperventilating in the dark. "Christopher?"

"I had a dream that you—." His voice broke, and he started to cry. "And I couldn't—. I didn't get to say goodbye."

I rolled out of bed and embraced him. "It's okay. I'm right here," I reassured him, "What time is it?"

"Huh?" Kit mumbled as he wiped his tears away. I checked my phone.

"I'll make you some eggs and peanut butter toast," I offered, "Come on. Let's go." I took him to the kitchen and made him some scrambled eggs. He was silent until I made his plate. We sat across from each other, sharing a plate of eggs.

"I'm sorry. It just—. It felt—."

"It felt real. I understand," I interrupted. Mom came to the kitchen, and I gestured for her to stay out of sight with my eyes. "Don't ever feel like you have to worry about me. I'm alright. I may mess up sometimes, but I'm gonna be just fine, Kit."

He didn't say anything. "Dad's the only one in this family who gets any sleep," I whispered, "Betcha, he still snores. Good old bear snores." I imitated Dad's snores, and Kit smiled.

I smiled and nodded, and Mom made herself known. She started some coffee and kissed the tops of our heads. "I gotta go follow up on a lead. Eggs, please," Mom whispered. I gave her a spoonful of eggs from my spoon. "Thanks, sweetheart. I love you, boys."

"Love you, Mom," we both replied in unison.

Dad woke up a little while after that, and we sat with him watching old home movies. I fell asleep with my head tilted back, only waking up to the sound of my phone ringing. I went back to my old room and answered it. "Hi, handsome," I whispered.

"Hi, I was wondering if you still wanted to hang out today?" Jason asked. I smiled and tapped one finger to my lip. I wanted him to think that I had to consider it. "We can reschedule, but I just-. I wanted to see you."

"Meet me at my place in an hour. Wear something romantic, okay?" I whispered.

"Hey, Lane, will you—? We haven't talked about—."

"I'd love to talk about the other night... Just not here, because I stayed the night at my parents'. But I'd like to do more than just talk about it later," I whispered. I closed my eyes and thought about how he made me feel. "I'll buy lunch."

"Can we get a soupy something?" Jason asked. I flopped back down on my bed. "Lane?"

"I'll see you very soon... And you can have whatever you want," I whispered, "One hour." We hung up, and I hopped in the shower.

I gelled my hair back, and I buttoned up my shirt. Kit knocked on my door, and I let him in. "Are you leaving?" Kit asked. I nodded.

"I wasn't gonna leave without saying goodbye. Come here," I whispered. Kit hugged me. "Are you staying here, or do you want a ride to the skate park?"

I could see on his face that he wanted to say yes, but he was hesitant. "It's okay. Maybe some other time," Chris whispered. I nodded.

"Yeah, that's fine. I'll see you soon," I replied. I said goodbye to Dad on my way out, and I drove back to my apartment. I tidied up and made a sandwich before setting up the living room for our third date.

My phone rang. "Are you at the door?" I asked.

"I am," Jason answered.

I hung up the phone and let him in. He looked so handsome. He wore a peasant blouse and jeans, and he looked more like a soft watercolor painting than a person. His cheeks were still rosy from being outside. I kissed him. I ran to get my camera. "I didn't know that you were serious about wanting to take my picture... It looks like a real studio in here," Jason stated. I grabbed my camera from my bedroom, and I grabbed his hand and led him to where I needed him. "You look so serious."

"You look beautiful," I replied as I positioned him the way I wanted. I wanted it to be flawless. He was a perfect model. It was like Jason knew what faces to make and how to find the light. "Jason, you wanted to talk about the other night, right?"

Jason furrowed his brows and grabbed my wrist. "Not while you're hiding behind your camera," Jason whispered. I set my camera aside and sat across from him. "I like having sex with you. I think we're a good match for each other."

It sounded as if he were about to make a business proposal. My face warmed up. "And what do you propose? More sex?" I joked. Jason chuckled.

"I'd like that, yeah... But I mean, is that all there is or are we eventually gonna—?"

"We're dating, but I wouldn't use the word boyfriend for another two weeks tops... But you're the first person I've even considered in that capacity," I explained, "For now, can we see how things go?"

"Okay," Jason whispered, "Do you want me to take my clothes off now?" We both laughed. It was a cute joke.

"Fourth date, maybe," I whispered. He played with my fingers and kissed each one. He kept eye contact with me while he did it. I took his hand and did the same before sucking on his fingers.

"Lane, no. Not now, okay? I don't want to have sex. I just-. I want you," Jason whispered, "I want to enjoy you."

That was it. That was all he had to say to get me. At that moment, I fell head over heels for Jason Todd-Wayne.

So we got the iconic Ma and Pa Kent, who I like to think met when Martha was running from cops during a protest, jumped into Jonathan’s truck, and told him to fucking drive. Ain’t no one taking that from me

We got Ms. Kara Zoe-el with her wife Lena Luthor.

Clark and Lois still madly in love, Ms. Lois roasting her husband every chance they get. They are known by their grandchildren as “Mama Lois” and “Papa Clark”

Their oldest is their foster son Christopher Kent and his lovely wife Thara. They end up with six kids in total— Sebastian and Atticus (half-brainiac twin boys), Beau (their biological son), River (adopted shapeshifting meta, gender fluid), Everett (second bio son) and Carter (their surprise baby girl, again theirs biologically)

The middle son is Mr. Kon Kent, who marries Tim Drake. Together they have their beautiful baby girl, Grace.

Then the baby is Jonny Kent himself, with his beautiful bride Mar’i. They adopt three meta children (Charlie, Peter, Mary Margaret/ M&M) and have one biological daughter (Laney)

Chapter One: Allow Me To Introduce Myself

He forgot his shoes. I always thought it was weird that he left his shoes after our little one-night stand. But hey, I can't judge him because I kept them. It seemed like a waste to throw out such cool shoes. Besides, they looked brand new.

Sometimes I wear the shoes to clubs, wondering if he'll be there and he'll recognize me. It's unrealistic, but it gives me something new to daydream about. Then at night, I dream of him. I wake up gasping for air, my skin clinging to my sheets, and I feel him. He's on my lips, in my hair, and when I get the courage to face him, I open my eyes, and he's gone. I shower and rinse the thought of him down the drain. I couldn't remember what his name was. I know I'd called it out in the dark of my room, but I can barely remember anything from that time.

You see, I was in what I like to call, 'a shitty place'. Other people, like my parents, would say I was smack dab in the middle of a breakdown.

Fuck, I feel like I'm rambling. Anyway, it'd been almost six months since my one-night stand with the hydro-dipped shoe guy when I finally started working again. My mom came to check on me just as she did every morning.

You see, I work with my parents. For most people, that would be weird. For me, though, I just fade into the background and watch the Lois Lane-Kent and Clark Kent do what they do best.

My dad asked me to take pictures for him at a community event. I was a photographer, but I was just as driven as my mom. It frightened my dad. Not without reason, though. When I was sixteen, I ended up in the hospital for smoke inhalation after trying to get a picture of an apartment fire. My parents were horrified. I was so proud of the picture. That was all I cared about. I think that's the first time my dad ever yelled at me. The only other time he yelled at me was six months ago. Both times I burst into tears. But what else do you do when the kindest person you know screams at you?

My dad and I worked well together, but he worried about me. "Lane, stay close, okay?" he requested. I nodded and stood off to the side. He still walked on eggshells with me after everything happened. I knew he hated yelling at me, but I wished he would get over it.

The Waynes had an event in Metropolis, and since Bruce Wayne and my dad were friends, he wanted to give my dad a few quotes for an article. We got there early and beat the crowd, and Bruce and a handful of his kids came to greet us. "Hi, Lane, it's nice to see you again," Bruce smiled. I shook his hand and introduced myself to his kids.

Tim, the clever one. He was a little odd, but it was rumored that he'd be Bruce's successor someday. Dick was the one I was most familiar with. He used to babysit me whenever our dads hung out. Jason, the poster boy of Gotham in a derogatory sense. He'd been in trouble for arson and fights and breaking and entering, among other things, but I couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity with him. When I got close enough to shake his hand, I could smell his cologne. It was something I'd smelt before, but it wasn't something you would smell on just anyone. "You can let go of my hand now," Jason leaned close and whispered in my ear.

He resumed his place in line with his family, and I went back to work as a photographer. Bruce Wayne and my father got along well, and Bruce's sons seemed to sort of kick back and do their own thing. "Lane, how's Christopher?" Dick asked. I looked up from my camera and smiled.

"Kit's alright. I haven't seen him in a little bit," I answered honestly. Dick frowned. He knew about my breakdown. I knew he did.

"How're you doing, Lane?" Dick asked. I raised my camera and took Dick's picture.

I sometimes used my camera as a wall between myself and other people. It was a bad habit that I had no intentions of breaking. "I'm okay... Thanks for visiting me when it was bad," I mumbled.

"Of course, I'm just glad you're alright—."

"Mind if I cut in, brother dear?" Jason asked as he grinned at me. Dick sighed.

"See you around, Lane," Dick waved.

I looked up at Jason, and he looked at me as if he knew something that I didn't. "What are you doing after this?" he asked. I furrowed my brows. "I'm not—. I mean, I am hitting on you, but I'm not trying to be a jerk about it."

I chewed my lip. I didn't go on dates. I didn't connect well with others, but I noticed a change in Jason's face after he asked. "I'm gonna go get a drink at Peppercorn down the street... If you're not leaving right after the ceremony, you can meet me there," I mumbled. I looked away from him and went back to my job.

"I'm kind of a lightweight," he smiled awkwardly. I nodded. I didn't think to smile back at him. I had my own idea about who Jason Todd-Wayne was, and from what I heard, I didn't like him. I only said yes to the date because our fathers were friends. "I've seen some of your work," Jason whispered, "I really liked the photo you took of that mother who applied a tourniquet to her son's leg when her ceiling collapsed on him. I cried when I saw it."

I wanted to call bullshit, but I remembered taking that picture. "When did you see that? I took that photo two years ago," I replied.

"Our dads are friends. I read everything your family posts, just in case I run into you guys at something like this," Jason replied. Jason chewed his lip before looking back at Bruce.

The ceremony started nearly an hour, and Bruce Wayne opened the community center. I took a few photos once we moved inside, and I sat on the sidelines while my dad did his job. I looked the pictures over before e-mailing them to my dad, and I left my stuff with him.

I walked to Peppercorn, and I sat at the bar. I got a hard cider and french fries. Jason took the seat next to me. "Peppercorn, so what do you usually drink here?" he questioned.

"Pear hard cider... I'll foot the bill if you order a cocktail. If you order a naughty one, I'll share my fries with you," I whispered in reply.

"Are the fries here good?" Jason asked. I nodded, trying to keep a straight face. "Fuck me hard, please." I pushed my face into his shoulder and laughed.

Jason nudged me with his forehead, and I smelled him again. His scent was hot and mature, like some sort of spice. Not cloves, no. The french fries came, and I didn't even notice. I lifted my head and made eye contact with him. "So, you remember me?" Jason asked. I heard him, but I wasn't listening. His cologne drove me crazy. Our lips touched, and his kiss set my body on fire. He bit my bottom lip, and I pulled away.

"You left your shoes at my apartment," I gasped. Jason nodded. I felt him like electricity in my body.

"Your fries are gonna get cold," Jason whispered.

I wanted to say, "Fuck the fries," and get out of there with him right then and there, but I turned away awkwardly and started eating.

Jason ate a few fries and took a gulp of his drink before choking. "Jeez, that's a strong drink," Jason grinned. He let out a breath before taking a few sips. "Fuck." He laughed, and I could tell that that was his limit.

"Want me to order you some bread?" I asked. Jason shook his head. "No shame in being a little tipsy."

"No, I'm fine. I just don't need anymore–." He laughed and went back to eating my fries. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have finished that drink so quick... I just didn't want–. I wanna go on a date sometime. A real date."

I nodded. "When you sober up, I'd like that. Now move, you're eating all my fries," I teased. Jason laughed and nodded. I wanted him so bad it drove me crazy. I'd dreamt about it almost every night since it happened.

"Okay, my dad has a beach house here that he never uses. I can come back on your day off, and we can spend the whole—. That sounds like I'm just trying—."

I handed him my phone. "Put your number in. I've got the weekend off," I interrupted. Jason nodded, and I ordered another round of fries. We finished eating, and I called Jason a cab and walked back to work.

I met my mom out front, and she looked me over. "Where'd you go?" Mom asked.

"I met somebody at Peppercorn," I replied, "Why? Am I in trouble or something?" Mom looked me in my eyes. "I'm not using. I had a cider at Peppercorn and some french fries. I'm even back at work on time."

Mom gave me a hug and a kiss. "Can you do dinner with the Waynes at our house?" she asked.

"Tonight?" I asked. Mom nodded. I chewed my lip. "Alright. Do you want me to bring anything?"

"Can you work your magic with your special hamburger pasta... For Christopher?" she requested. I knew what that meant. My little brother Christopher (or Kit) was the closest I'd ever gotten to having a real best friend. Hamburger pasta was what I made for him whenever he was upset. It was an 'are we okay?' dish.

I knew that he was upset with me. I nodded. "Yes, Mom, I can... You know that's not gonna fix what I did, right?" I reminded her. She nodded solemnly, and we went back inside. I suppose that was a talk for another time. She took me back inside, and we went to our workspaces.
