Honestly i think christmas markt stuff is overhyped on social media , my experience is like : too MANY PEOPLE/TOURISTS (theres like a certain point when its too busy and i dont enjoy walking around because of loudspeakers blasting very loudly) , why is the food so damn expensive its just a pulled chicken burger and potato , TRYING TO RESIST URGE TO BUT 10 EURO POKEMON COOKIES (I KNOW I WONT EAT IT BUT LIKE THATS A WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!!!) , shit is too expensive for me to enjoy stuff normally i only got like a budget of 30 euros on hand and im already through all of it...most of it spend on overpriced dry food and inhaling vape smoke around me...

Let’s take a virtual stroll through one of Europe’s most stunning and historically rich squares—the Grand Place in Brussels, Belgium. It’s truly a place that has to be seen to be believed!

In 1998, the Grand Place was deservedly inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its exceptional blend of architectural styles and its historical significance. The square is a living example of how cultural, political, and economic power can shape a city, and it continues to be a vibrant center of life in Brussels.

The Grand Place (or Grote Markt in Dutch) is considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world. It’s the cultural and historic centerpiece of Brussels, surrounded by opulent guildhalls, the magnificent Town Hall, and the King’s House (or Maison du Roi). Together, these architectural gems create a breathtaking ensemble that’s been charming visitors for centuries.
