it was Dick's idea of him and his brothers and sisters dressing up and performing Christmas songs for Bruce and Alfred. Dick is clearly Santa Claus. Jason (is Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer because ya know "RED"), Tim (which is also "RED", but they already added a red spot on Jason's nose so he's Rudolph), Steph and Cass are reindeers. Luke and Damian are elves (because Jason insisted they're the youngest so it should be them and pinched their cheeks for emphasis which made Damian pouty) plus Damian wanted to be a reindeer so he could dress up as an animal but NOPE - but he still looked adorable in the outfit, as well as Duke like always). They sang Christmas songs in the family room with the fire keeping everyone warm. Bruce and Alfred were on the couch, smiling as they watched their family perform in awe. Alfred served hot cocoa and gingerbread and cookies for the family afterwards.
