Looking good is important to me personally and it affects the way I feel if I don’t like how I look. ⭐️I serve in the Human Capital Management Department of my church, The Transforming Church @transformersng and we were required to wear our uniformed t-shirts throughout both services today. 💎If you know me, you know glam is my way and I don’t really too casuals. But because I am a team player and a good leader, I decided to glam up my look in a way that makes me feel like me. Dumped the usual jeans 👖 and wore a denim skirt and topped it up with a hat and I loved it. 🎤So, instead of making excuses, find a way to serve the Lord and others without losing the essence of who you are. 📌I love to search scriptures as the foundation for the way I live my life. So the scriptures I want to share with you today are: 📣Ephesians 6:7 GW “Serve eagerly as if you were serving your heavenly master and not merely serving human masters.” 📣Verse 6 - 8 TPT “Always do what is right and not only when others are watching, so that you may please Christ as his servants by doing his will. Serve your employers wholeheartedly and with love, as though you were serving Christ and not men. ✨WORKING HARD IS NOT OLD SCHOOL. 💎We live in an era where people have interpreted working hard to mean toiling to the point of killing themselves. This notion has made many of the people in the younger generation to reject this philosophy of achieving success through hard work and seeking the easier path instead. 🎤As a Christian Leader and teacher of the Word, I can tell you that working hard is scriptural but there is a big difference between working hard aimlessly and working hard at something based on instruction and direction. ➡️Here are two scriptures that informs us of why hard work pays off: 📌Proverbs 12:24 The Passion Translation “If you want to reign in life,don't sit on your hands. Instead, work hard at doing what's right, for the slacker will end up working to make someone else succeed.” 📌Proverbs 14:23 The Passion Translation “If you work hard at what you do, great abundance will come to you. But merely talking about getting rich while living to only pursue your pleasures brings you face-to-face with poverty.”. ✅In case you didn’t know, even God works and it is obvious He works hard hence why you and I exist today in a world that was created BY HIM IN 6 DAYS. 💜So stop resisting the idea of working hard in life. Leadership Lesson - 27 (The Biblical Way).

Topic: A Good Leader “NEVER” looks at the Past.

The Bible clearly says to “Forget the Past and look for things ahead in Life”.

Phil 3:13,14

But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

If there is anyone in The Bible with a horrible, terrible and questionable past - it was Apostle Paul. If he ever considered his past, then he couldn't have established so many churches, went on to inspire so many people, raised so many leaders and more importantly, written so many books in the New Testament.

One encounter with Jesus changed everything for Paul and made him a New Creation. Gave him a new life. If God can do it for Paul, He is well able to do it for you as well.

Your past is over. You can move beyond the scars of yesterday. Stop talking about your limited education, family status. Stop complaining about what didn't work out and who betrayed you. It's time to Bury your past and move ahead with Jesus.

Only Jesus, can give you a “New Start”. He is well able to erase your past and give you a glorious future.

Remember, Christian Leadership is all about “Reflecting JESUS”. We are Ambassadors of Christ and Heaven’s representatives here on Earth.
