আসসালামু আলাইকুম। আশা করি সবাই ভাল আছেন। আজকের এই সব ভিডিওতে আমি দেখাবো কিভাবে খুব সহজে চটপটি তৈরি করবেন। বলতে পারেন চটপটির রেসিপি। এর জন্য যা যা প্রয়োজন। চটপটি রান্নার জন্য খুব বেশি মশলাপাতি প্রয়োজন নেই। বেসিক কিছু গরম দিয়ে তৈরি করা যায় মজাদার চটপটি চলুন শুরু করা। উপকরণ। ডাবলি সেদ্ধ করতে লাগছে - (Ingredients for Cook Dabli) * ডাবলি (Dabli) - 500 gm * হলুদ গুড়া (Turmeric powder) - 1/2 tsp * কাঁচামরিচ কুচি (Green Chilli Slice) - 2 Tbs * লবণ (Salt) - to taste * আলু (Potato) - 2 Medium size ***তেঁতুলের টক তৈরিতে লাগছে - (Ingredients for Sauce) * তেঁতুল (Tamarind) - 250 gm * চটপটি মশলা (Chat Masala) - 1 Tbs * বিট লবণ (Rock Salt) - 1 Tbs * শুকনা মরিচ আধাভাঙ্গা (Chilly flask) - 1 Tbs * চিনি (Sugar) - 2 Tbs * লবণ (Salt) - to taste * পানি (Water) - 2.5 Cup ***চটপটি পরিবেশনে লাগছে - (Ingredients Serving) * সিদ্ধ আলু (Boiled Potato) - 2 Medium size * শসা কুচি (Chopped Cucumber) - to taste * কাঁচামরিচ কুচি (Green Chilli Slice) - to taste * চটপটি মশলা (Chat Masala) - 2 Tbs * সিদ্ধ ডিম (Boiled Egg) - to taste * তেঁতুলের টক (Tamarind Sauce) - 1/2 Cup * ধনে পাতা (Coriander leaf) - to taste * পেঁয়াজ কুচি ( Onion Slice) - to taste * ফুসকা (Foochka) - to taste I hope everyone is doing well. In today's video, I will show you how to easily make delicious Chotpoti snacks. Let me share the recipe for Chatpati with you. For this, you don't need too many spices. Let's get started making these flavorful chatpoti snacks with just few basic ingredients. Ingredients: For Cooking Dabli: Dabli (Puffed Rice) - 500 gm Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Slices - 2 tbsp Salt - to taste Potato - 2 Medium size For Tamarind Sauce: Tamarind - 250 gm Chat Masala - 1 tbsp Rock Salt - 1 tbsp Chilly Flakes - 1 tbsp Sugar - 2 tbsp Salt - to taste Water - 2.5 cups For Serving Chotpoti: Boiled Potato - 2 Medium size Chopped Cucumber - to taste Green Chilli Slices - to taste Chat Masala - 2 tbsp Boiled Egg - to taste Tamarind Sauce - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves - to taste Onion Slices - to taste Foochka (Puffed Crisps) - to taste Instructions: Cooking Dabli: In a bowl, soak the Dabli in water for a few minutes. Drain excess water. Add turmeric powder, green chili slices, and salt to the soaked Dabli. Mix well. Tamarind Sauce: In a saucepan, boil the tamarind in water until it softens. Strain the tamarind to extract the pulp. Mix in chat masala, rock salt, chilly flakes, sugar, and salt. Blend the mixture. Pass the blended mixture through a sieve and add water to create the tamarind sauce. Assembling Chotpoti: Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine Dabli, boiled potato pieces, tamarind sauce, chopped cucumber, green chili slices, and chat masala. Gently mix all the ingredients together. Serve the chatpata mixture in individual serving bowls. Top with boiled egg slices, tamarind sauce, coriander leaves, onion slices, and Foochka. Enjoy your delicious homemade Chotpoti snacks!

last movie: if we’re talking on a streaming service, I got halfway thru The Eternals (once again bc Ricky Madman cute lol) on D+ but I've actually been watching some ‘free with ads’ stuff on YouTube recently so I finally watched The Fifth Element & Get Smart and quite enjoyed both
sweet, spicy, or savory? mostly savory, but what my tongue wants changes pretty frequently. I'm not super fond of spicy stuff but am willing to brave mild levels of spice if the dish is just that good, like nothing will keep me away from a Costco enchilada. I literally sank a bowl of chotpoti my mom brought home the other night with a cup of milk on the side, it’s definitely doable. 👍

white beans basmati rice and potatoes in curry turmeric white pepper garlic oregano and some cream goat cheese….. And an inexpertly poached egg…….. kind of chotpoti inspired except with beans bc that was all i had
OMGGGGG i just cooked the most delicious soup but i forgot to take out the garlic…….. from wuen i fried garlic for the oil …………….. waughhhhh
