You suffer because you try to control situations. 

You suffer because your mind is so focused on what can go wrong instead of what can go right. 

You suffer because you do things that don’t align with your soul. 

You drink alcohol and feel gross, you eat foods your body rejects. 

You spend time with people who bring you down, who give you anxiety. 

You allow unworthy men access to the deepest parts of you. 

And you wonder why you are feeling so broken, so hurt, so damaged….

There is another way. There is another path. But it’s the total opposite to the life you’ve been choosing. A path that is in total alignment with your heart. A path that prioritises you and your wellbeing. It means going against the grain and what everyone else is doing in society. It means listening, really listening to what your soul is calling you towards. Your journey can start today. Your new beginning can start right now in this moment. ~You just need to accept that what you’ve been doing has not been working, and you need another way. You need LOVE. Love in every essence of the word, love that you never received, love that you long for, love that you have been withholding from yourself. You need to pour into your own cup, and get to a place of overflow. The journey starts with you. You have the power of choice no matter where you are right now in your suffering journey. It starts with choosing love.

Compassion and love are ways in which you can work through and be with feelings you experience. We all have beautiful broken pieces within, pieces requiring the glue of love and a compassionate heart to mend or to let them go.

You are empowered with love and choice to become more inwardly compassionate, lovingly empathetic toward yourself and all.

Together we lovingly walk each other home, home to our hearts, to truth, with grace and compassion. The moment you see yourself in all who you encouter is the moment when you choose grace and compassion.

Observe emotions and feelings with love, compassion, caring unconditionally for yourself, through a heart centred approach you help others too.
