Overhaul was a man that made countless lifes a living hell. For being the type of man he is and a yakuza, it was always a piece of cake for him to make even the toughest man around Japan fall on the floor on their knees and literally cry and beg for their life's.

But... he never thought that he could ruin someone's life by... snatching a fork out of his their hand when he was about to poke the outlet or when he took Kaito's out of Pops arms once because the poor elder had to go to the bathroom. And surely he never thought he could make someone cry this hard by just... throwing away a band aid the kid was using for the whole day.

It wasn't even because Kaito got hurt, he just found it cool the drawings on the band air and proclaimed he was wearing it forever... well, until he decided to take off after Kaito had taken a bath.

"What was I suppose to do? Frame it?" Kai asked in sarcasm as you sighed while the kid wailed on the floor about his missing band-aid.

"Kaito baby-" you tried to approach your son but the kid cried harder and scurried over to a corner of the room to just curl up and sob. "Oh God..."

"We can just leave him until he is-" he winced when you elbowed his arm as he glared at you.

For being his wife, you could do things that not even Pops would ever have the courage or patience to with Chisaki Kai. Despite his attitude and personality, Kai deeply cared and loved you and his son on his own way... but Kaito was sure testing his patience those last months.

"There there..." You cooed while going near your son and patting his back until the boy's loud sobs turned into soft hiccups as he crawled on your lap before you stood up with him on your arms "its okay, you can always get a new one."

"But that one was cool..." the little boy whimpered as he sniffed, a trail of snot failing onto your shoulder as your husband grimaced at it and quickly grabbed something to wipe it... even if it had gotten to your shirt already.

"It's was just a band-aid." He muttered, hoping his son had at least a bit of reason in him.

Spoilers, he didn't. Because he is a 3 years old.

"IT WASN'T!" The boy suddenly screamed making you and Kai wince before the kid returned to his sobs as you could only glare at your husband.

Kai only groaned before leaving the room, leaving you with jaw open at his audacity.

After only a few minutes of you trying to calm Kaito down, and a bit annoyed at your husband's intensity towards his own son, you saw the man himself entering the room with a very annoyed expression but holding a notebook you had never saw it in your life.

You arched a eyebrow at him until he just waved at you and made Kaito look up at him, tilting his chubby chin up from where he was hiding in your shoulder.

"There, take this and stop crying over a band-aid." Kai simply took a whole page of the notebook out and mentioned for his son to take it... your eyes widened at it along with your son's.

It was a whole page of untouched and preserved stickers... stickers for a little boy practically.

Kaito's eyes seemed to shine as he awed at it as you slowly put him down. The kid's wobbly lips turned into a big smile and dashed to hug his father's legs as Kai flinched at it but soon pat his son's head before the little boy ran out of the room.

"Where did you even get this? And so quick too?" You muttered in astonishment but soon noticed the tip of his ears turning a faint color of pink.

"... it was.. an old notebook of mine. I liked to keep those and not use them, that one it's probably the only one I had with actual stickers for kids to use." He muttered in embarrassment as you almost cried at how fucking cute this new information of your husband was.

"You're so adorable." You whimpered as your husband growled at you before he winced at the sudden hug and kisses you were giving him now "And such a cute father as well."

"Stop this woman." He growled while looking at everywhere except for you as you kissed his jaw, then cheeks and finally the place where he longed for, his lips.

The kiss was some sorta of innocent, but it brought how much you two bond actually was strong and deep, giving him a warm feeling he could never describe it while in you brought happiness all over your mind... and a bit of warmth down.

"Could never imagine you were this type of kid to keep your stickers." You snickered after you broke the kiss, your hands carrying his scalp and arms wrapped around his neck as he scoffed, yet with his arms wrapped around your waist. "Although I got to ask something Kai..."

He only arched an eyebrow at you, a silent way to tell you to carry on.

"Was it a REALLY good idea to give him a full page of stickers?" You asked a bit in hesitation and soon you saw those usually monotonous golden eyes widening in terror at his own mistake.

"Shit shit SHIT-" He started to freak out as both of you darted out of the room to chase your kid that had a full page PF stickers ready to be glued basically... EVERWHERE.

You sighed in relief at finding Kaito was only sticking the stickers on Pops as Kai's eye twitched a bit.

The elder looked up at both of you, an arm full of childish stickers on and even one of a car was glued to his right cheek but thankfully far away from his beard.

"The boy wanted to play and I couldn't just say no to those (Y/e) eyes of his." The old man merely chuckled as Kaito mumbled to give him his left hand to stick another one.

"Mama papa it looks like tattoos!" The boy exclaimed while lifting the older man arm up.

You giggled while Kai could only deadpan. The elder suddenly widening his eyes and smiling much like the grinch would until he whispered something onto Kaito's ears.

The kid nodded and soon grabbed the page that was remaining some stickers and went towards Kai, ready to give him one.

"No. Don't you dare." Kai growled but the kid soon started to laugh and run after his father.

You looked at the elder and the man only chuckled.

"You can't give Kai a break, can't you?" You muttered with a shake of your head but still giggling no less.

"No my dear, accept this as a karma for what he did to me when he was younger." The elder cackled.

At the end of the day, Kai had to begrudily let his son glue at least one sticker on him or else he would be throwing a fit of sobs once again.

I was wondering if you have any thoughts about the difference between Overhaul's story being handled compared to how Endeavor's was? I feel like Endeavor was given a better hand than Overhaul. Both in fandom spaces and in the story. I've been thinking about it and I wonder what circumstances could get Endeavor the same ending as Overhaul and vice versa. It almost makes me want to make an au to explore this.

First of all, Horikoshi likes Endeavor and he obviously doesn't like Kai. His writing is hypocritical when you comparing Kai to similar characters like Endeavor and Tomura, characters that Horikoshi actually likes.

To be fair, Endeavor has shown remorse and regret for the right people. He's put in a lot of effort and sacrifice to better his family's circumstances.

Kai has shown only remorse and regret for losing his family. He's desperate for Pops' forgiveness so he won't be thrown away (again?). Kai's making no effort to right his wrongs to the real reason he should feel guilty, Eri.

But here's the thing, Endeavor is a lot older and has had more time to figure out HOW and WHY and to whom he should feel guilty. Endeavor is also in a whole lot healthier situation to get through these feelings, to figure them out and find a way through it all.

Kai got his arms chopped off and immediately thrown in solitary for almost a year. He lost his family, freedom, and dignity in less than a day. His situation not healthy to say the least.

It's very obvious that Kai is very emotional, which is surprising given his villian arc was written as this cold and heartless capo. Solitary is what I think did most of his mental destruction. The only person he cared about would naturally be the only thing on his mind while he was all alone. He doesn't blame Eri for everything, he blames himself. He knows he's the one that messed up. Eri is still only a quirk in his eyes. How could you blame your product for losing everything and more?

Anyway, back on topic, Kai needs guidance and Endeavor was able to get through it himself, miraculously.

Also, Endeavor has been able to talk to his victims directly. Kai has had no contact to Eri, if not been separated from her more. I will forever stand by the belief that anybody else's opinions on Kai do not matter other than Eri's. Just like how Endeavor's family were the only people who's opinions mattered regarding what he did.

One thing to really remember is that Kai was a villain and Endeavor was a Hero. Kai has done no good to make up for his wrongs. And he's never, and probably will never be able to, do anything to help his case.

It's tragedy vs redemption.

So yeah, it seems I have another writing idea. And yes it is another one which I will probably never finish but still. I just can't help the fact that my brain is like that. Thus, now I am sharing what I came up with so far.

First things first is the fact it's a fanfiction from my newest brainrot a.k.a. MHA. It's obviously an AU and in here Izuku has a twin sibling named Hanako. Hanako or Hana as she likes to be called has an unspecified fire quirk. Izu still like in canon at first seems quirkless so Hana is very protective of him.

And when it comes to Hanako themselves, she is...something. Why? Because even if they are twins it's Izuku who's more like Inko. Hana on the other hand is in a lot of aspects a carbon copy of their father and absolute opposite of xer brother. It is even smarter than Izu, tall and muscled. Definitely not beautiful or pretty, at least not in the standard sense. Especially considering their scars, sharp features and narrow eyes. She dyes xer hair green and wears vividly green contact lenses. Why is under the red warning. Personality wise xe IS quiet. Like quiet quiet, she is able to talk but they're still effectively mute as she chooses not to. And well, xe's angry, bitter and jaded. Seeing how the society treats quirkless and people with quirks that are considered weak or villainous, people with mutations she doesn't trust heroes. They're not evil but definitely more morally grey. Xe's not exactly kind or comforting either. Even when she tries you can clearly tell it's awkward & unpracticed but nonetheless genuine. And they understand other people like that on a deep level. Still you can tell xer emotions by her eyes. They also force herself to be strong so the others do not have to be. So in conclusion she' a distrustful & sharp, quite antisocial person. She is polyamorous omnisexual however demiromantic & demisexual nonbinary xenogender(fugogender) with she/xe/they/it pronouns.

SPOILERS & PROBABLY V TRIGGERING STUFF UNDER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED SO PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Firstly, AFO is Hizashi Midoriya and Inko is Nana's daughter. Momo is a Shimura too and Tomura's sister. She was born the same year as Tomura dusted the rest of the members, she's alive because she wasn't there but at the hospital. She was adopted by Yaoyorozus who needed a heir/heiress.

Hanako is exactly this kind of sibling who when she can, wrecks people bullying Izuku. They still can't be on the lookout 24/7 and Izu hides a lot from xer & their mom to not worry them.

Izuku actually has a quirk. It's telekinesis and it's stronger than Inko's. However it was jumpstarted when he took Katsuki's "good" advice. Kat himself saw it and had a brutal wake up call. Izuku did die for a second there but miraculously came back. (We will come back to how later.)

After that some truths came out. Mainly all about the bullying Izu suffered from Aldera & Katsuki. Also the fact how abusive Mitsuki Bakugo is and how Masaru doesn't interfere.

Well hearing that and the true regret from Kats, Inko made a decision. She formally adopted Katsuki and made him go to therapy, both for trauma and anger issues. Now he fixed his relationship with the twins somewhat and is protective of both. Still not the nicest and a huge tsundere but nonetheless slightly improved.

The sludge villain incident with Katsuki happened as in cannon, Izuku jumped right after. All Might after tried to find him but as Zu was in hospital he didn't have much luck. However he met both twins at "that" beach and approached them. He at first planned to do what he did in cannon when it comes to Izu but after learning of the new quirked status of our broccoli boy he just offer to train them. Hana though agreed only to keep on eye on Izu. In the end both siblings actually got OFA as Hana reasoned that if they share it, it may go 50/50 and as such be easier to handle. She wasn't wrong and as they are twins it also made their sibling connection that much stronger. Now they're literally able to feel each others emotions, pain & unfortunately if one dies.

Hitoshi and Kyoka were pretty quickly adopted after they started UA by the Yamada/Aizawa who are married.

Almost whole class 1-A is dating and all are poly. Most are LGBTQ+ in all ways.

Chisaki here is completely reworked personalitywise. While still a criminal and Yakuza leader few things are changed. He's kind to Eri who is his biological daughter. He's trans and dating Hari though only the Precepts know, also the Precepts, Hari & two Chisakis are a family before all else.

LOV is on the other hand even more found family and you can tear this trope from my cold dead hands.

Dabi is Toya Todoroki but he only wants revenge on Enji without including his siblings and mom a.k.a. he's a good older brother(and partner but that later).

Twice & Magne survive. I repeat they won't die here because I said so.

Hawks had been sent as a spy by the Comission but he quite quickly fully deflected after seeing all of the lies he was fed his whole life. He kept the act to protect LOV though and only stopped when told to kill Twice. He paid for it being tortured half to death before getting broken out by one slightly more decent person (OC) and then being brought to the LOV who nursed him back to health. Said OC though dies for that.

Most parents of the 1-A & 1-B kids suck very much. The only decent ones are Iidas, Inko, Rei, Kirishima's moms, Satos, Ashidos & Seros.

Tokoyami after his internship with Hawks got basically unformally adopted by him which much later was actually formalized.

Toru got adopted by Nemuri(who also won't die) and Emi Fukukado/Ms. Joke.

The war happens in their 3rd year but that would be another much more spoiler-y post.

Is there a reason why I decided to remake a fic of my family au? No, not really, but I wanted to.

Why did he agreed on this? Why?

He could be free of any eyebags,. He could have more time om his work, projects to get the hassaikai back to their glory... more PRIVATE time with you.

But no. No, no no. Have a kid Chisaki they said, it will be a great experience they said.

"Daddy I threw up." The four years old boy mumbled in the door of his office and he could only grimace at the hint of the puke on the corner of his son's lips and all over his shirt.

It wasn't a fucking great experience at all when it came to this.

Kaito had came down with a lot of bad case of colds recently... ever since he was put into a pree school at least. It was normal for kids to get easily sick when they get introduced to a new environment with lots of children in it.

But he swore to all above that sometimes he would even beg to you, ON HIS KNEES EVEN, that if you guys just could home school your son since it was getting him sick like this VERY single time.

But you refused.

At first he was enraged but then you came with a very valid point.

'Kaito needs to interact with more people outside the yakuza... I don't have anything against the precepts, but I think our son deserves to have a normal childhood with actual friends close to his age at least.'

He hated when you were right...

He also wouldn't particularly enjoy that his son got too close with precepts either... he did killed Mimic for teaching Kaito the word 'shit'...

It also didn't help that YOU WERE OUT. You had went along with Chrono to retrieve the medicines the doctor had prescribed on the last visit so now he was basically alone with his kid.

His very dirty and sick kid.

"Good lord..." he growled and stood up from his chair as the boy bounced back and forth... despite being sick, Kaito was still fairly acting like it wasn't a big deal...

"Where is mommy?" The boy as he leaded him to the bathroom to get him cleaned, grab some towels..... and a new pair of gloves.

"Out." He groaned while carefully sliding the shirt off his son and immediately dumping into the basket of clothes ... the smell was almost making him wanting to throw his guts out as well...

"I want mommy... " the boy grumbled "You don't know how to do this..."

"Excuse me?" He breathed out in offense at this kid basically telling him he can't do something right "Get in the shower Kaito. Now."

"No."

This brat....

"Get in there before I make you." He growled and the little boy, already used to his father's attics, just had the audacity to show his tongue at him and turn his back to him.

"You dont how to wash my hair." The four years complained and Chisaki's right eye started to twitch.

"What do you mean by that-"

"Mommy does it better than you."

He groaned... his son was just as stubborn as him and he swore this was karma sended by the old man himself that ALSO was the one that proclaimed he wanted grandkids.

He just took his gloves off and went to grab Kaito's by the waist but the calm and collected kid started to trash around and making a fuss and even yelled when he was put under the water...

He also got splashed as well.... his dress t shirt and black pants now completely soaked.

Kaito when he got sick he acted like it didn't bother him, but he also would get extremely annoyed, clingy and even bossy...

And the fact that the kid also made a fuss to GET OUT of the shower he DIDN'T want to enter at first also started to pick on his damn nerves...

"What did you even ate before you threw up?" He growled while drying the kid who was sniffing for both being sick and crying out earlier about his father taking him out of the water.

"Just some sliced apples... and a chocolate bar uncle Rappa gave me-"

"WHAT?!" He accidentally yelled, immediately feeling like a dick for making his son flinch from the sound..

It reminding him of... her.

"... you can't eat those things when you got problems on your stomach." He said more calmly and drying his son's hair way gentler than usual "It just makes things worse and it ends with you throwing up."

Kaito's (E/c) looked up to his father and nodded, more calm than earlier as Kai sighed... The kid wasn't dumb, he knew when his father was out of patient or just tired... he could even sense it when the yakuza leader was down in the dumb.

Call it whatever you want. But the kid swore it was a talent that only him and his mother could have. The ability to understand Chisaki Kai.

His grandmother always told him that so he believed it.

"Sorry." The kid finally mumbled catching Kai's attention... usually golden cold eyes softening a bit.

"... is fine." He patted his son's head... he resisted the urge to smirk when his son's closed his eyes with a small giggle.

"Hey! I'm back from the- oh." You immediately stopped on your tracks in the living room as soon as you saw Kai, holding his son like a dog, making him take a liquid medicine.

"MOMMY HELP HE IS TRYING TO KILL ME!" the boy whined and immediately got out of his father's death grip to run into you while sobbing a bit...

"He just threw up minutes ago." Kai growled while pointing to the culprit you had just picked up.

"He threw up and you didn't made a fuss out of it?" You teased your husband who only growled at you "I'm shocked."

"No. He was bad at it. See mama?" Kaito pulled a bit his hair "He forced me to take a shower and my hair is now weird... daddy also mentioned he would kill uncle Rappa."

"Listen here you little sh-"

"KAI!"

"He is asleep.." You sighed in relief before closing the door to your son's room and but soon catching your husband unusual expression of... worry? Dread? You couldn't exactly tell.

Apparently sensing your gaze on him he just stayed with his arms crossed over his chest before sighing.

"I don't think is normal for a infant to get constantly sick like this..."

Ah... so that was it.

He was worried. Worried that his son would only get worse on his health, worried that Kaito would be sick like this all of time.

Kai wouldn't ever say that out loud.. he would never express it with words that he was worried or cared for either Kaito or you... his actions though, express it louder how much he actually cared. From offering small acts of service to satisfy your wants and even allow himself to get out of his comfort zone to touch you...to protecting his kid on the playground like a angry wolf protecting his cub only because the kid had pushed Kaito with a bit more strength than usual.

Chisaki could be very bad with emotions... but he had them, and believing it or not, he felt them strongly.

"Is alright... the doctor already told us it's a common cold... Kaito is still young and is still developing his immune system..." You mumbled, offering to touch his arm as a warning to not make him uncomfortable.

He simply sighed, a sign you could touch him as you started to carres his upper arm...

"... is not a very... pleasant sensation to see him... on this state. I mean, not only is a mess and this brat gets even more audacious as usual but..." he stopped himself from talking with a scowl before widening his eyes when you made him turn to kiss his lips.

"I'm worried for our son too. But he is strong, just like his parents." You smiled up at your husband before he scoffed, turning to look back to his son's room. A faint blush present on the tip of his ears.

He didn't liked the feeling of his chest contracting in a painfully way every time when Kaito sobbed a bit that he was feeling weird and went straight to you as a comfort... he despised the idea of possibly getting whatever Kaito had but he also felt that it would hurt less if he got this damn cold rather his first born...

It was a very complicated feeling.

But...

Whenever he spotted his son. Giggling, laughing, running... playing with you, Chrono or Pops... it meant that he was well again... he was indeed health.

So yeah... things like seeing your smile and his son's smile... was worth all the nights without sleep or even the worst feeling of deep worry...

.... he didn't regret it. He would go back in time and agree all over again with you to have that brat he swore he would protect you and with his life.

wait hey. i have an idea. they split someone elses quirk in half, and gave the destroying half to tenko, right?

(we know that this is chisaki because this panal is cut directly from chapter 158)

well. i think i know where the healing half went. it went to eri.

think about it- everyone said her quirk was a sudden mutation unlike either of her parents quirks.

i think eri and a few other children like touya and chisaki were backup plans. we already know touya was one of those 'backups,' and we have evidence of chisaki being the source of the destorying/repairing quirk that was split.

eri was just a more recent backup plan in case things went south at the LOV attack at USJ. since AFO was arrested shortafter, she kind of got lost in the shuffle and was just written off to be a similar "seedbeds of ferocity and hatred" as she grew up under chisaki's care.

she even has a similar backstory to Tenko already, having killed a member of her family by accident

that could be why her quirks so weird to- it takes time for it to remember how to "fix" things since its also not "destroying" things as a blueprint. since the quirk is split, it doesnt know how to "fix" things because theres nothing"destroying" things. so it has to rely on time itself to "fix". thats how i think overhaul's quirk works anyway- something needs to be ''destroyed" before being "fixed". its even said that her quirk is similar to chisaki's.

she also suffers from the same control issues tomura had. i bet that her being placed in the care of someone suspected to be another AFO project was not a coincidence. she could have been a very fitting replacement for tenko- she killed her parents with her quirk and was raised in an environment where she was seen as nothing more then a tool for things to end. it was only her determination that she was able to escape his grasp.

just like how chisaki was saved from the same place where Touya woke up from. I wonder if Touya's breakout triggered Chisaki's escape and into the hands of the yakuza.

and of course, saving Chisaki from an even worse fate

But when they were watching an episode their kids suddenly got scared because in that episode their dad was extremely scary that they avoided their dad🥺 and their S/O is trying to convince them that their daddy is really nice🫶 and the dad's are sulking in the corner🤭

It wasn’t difficult for Touya to scare others. On and off set, his scars brought nothing but attention and concern. But the last thing he wanted was for his family to be scared of him, his daughter especially. You’d never been scared of him. your dog? Give or take, he was pretty used to seeing Touya around, and he always gave the thing treats anyways. But his daughter? All he knew was that his daughter being scared of him might just kill him

What he didn’t know was that you’d started watching MHA with her. Not until he walked in on the two of you mid-episode of his fight with Shoto in season seven. Most of what happened; his fully burnt flesh, sinews in his face tearing under the heat, it was all effects and makeup on top of scars that were already there.

but his daughter didn’t know that

She hadn’t noticed him walk in, her young eyes transfixed on the screen as she watched his condition worsen. It got to a point where she covered her eyes and hid her face in your lap. You paused looking down and running your fingers through her hair “what’s wrong sweetie?” You asked, and when she looked up, she was crying

“why does dad look like that?” She whimpered, and if Touya wasn’t frozen in place before, he certainly was now. She was terrified of what was on screen, of him.

“oh..” you said softly, pulling her close. Touya stared for a second before turning to leave the room, his boots just loud enough that your daughter took notice. Before he could turn the corner, she’d already scrambled around the couch and was hugging his leg “dad, why did you look like that?” She repeated, and he winced at her fragile voice, looking down. But before he could be eaten alive by the shamed feeling in his chest, she continued “it looked like it hurt. It was scary… you looked like you were gonna die”

oh.

he was still worried, but that feeling in his chest, the shame that he felt, melted away as he knelt down to hug her, hushing her cries and sending you a look that said ‘I got her’

“hey, hey. Look at me” he said quietly, waiting for her teary eyes to meet his. “It ain’t real, sweetheart, see? I’m fine, ‘kay?” He put her hand on his cheek, letting her run her fingers over his scars to make sure that everything was fine. And it worked, she nodded and wiped her eyes, hugging him again. “Hey dad?”

“yeah?”

he chuckled, lifting her up and carrying her back to you “you’re gonna have to talk to him about that. He’s always picking fights with me. He thinks he’s all that, but I always win” he bluffed, sending you a wink as you rolled your eyes at his antics. “Well mama said you lose this fight” she replied, and you snorted. Touya shot you a playful glare as he sat down.

“Well that’s just cause it’s staged, I was supposed to lose” he replied. “suuuure” she replied, leaving you cackling and Touya absolutely dumbfounded. After a moment he could only sigh and roll his eyes, ruffling his daughter’s hair. He was glad she was scared for him rather than scared of him, so he couldn’t really complain.

Tomura

Tomura had loved working on My hero academia. If it hadn’t been for his role he may have never met you, or had this family. The two of you had two daughters and a son, who was only a few months old. You were in the other room with the baby, putting him to sleep while Tomura and the girls had their late night binge watch of Mha. To be fair, it wasn’t a routine that Tomura had put into place, at least not intentionally- no, the girls had absolutely begged to watch it, and you of course didn’t say no. It was only natural that their super villain dad should watch it with them, right? So there he sat, his daughters eating all the popcorn next to him.

Grumpy as he watched them scarf down the popcorn without him, he resorted to scrolling on his phone out of boredom. That was, until they both gasped in surprise. He looked up just in time to see what they did; him smiling eerily as he stared at Izuku Midorya over his shoulder. “Dad why do you look like that?” One girl said in an insultingly disgusted tone. “Hey-” “yeah your smile is usually way nicer” “oh-” “Dad why are you stalking a child-”

“okay” he said, flicking both their foreheads. “First off, I look perfectly fine. Second off, if you’d pay attention to the plot it would be obvious why my character is ther-”

“but why do you look so scary?!”

they almost said it in unison, and you were just on time for the show, walking in to see the girls dramatically pointing to the paused screen, his (“PURPOSEFULLY” said Tomura in the background) creepy smile plastered on the screen. Tomura looked to you for help, even though he should’ve known you’d giggle in response. He gave you a deadpanned look as the girls continued their rant. “You know it’s just a show right” “yeah but they made you so creepy” one said “that’s the point! I’m a villain” he replied bluntly “Himiko isn’t creepy! She’s adorable!” One answered “And a much more convincing villain.” Chirped the other “I- HEY!”

the rest of the night was spent with Tomura dragging in a whiteboard and breaking down why he was a much better villain than Himiko

Keigo

Another day had gone by, and Keigo, needless to say, was tired. All the interviews, paparazzi, dms, and questions about the next season of MHA that he’d never dare to spoil but was demanded to anyways. Still, he loved the job, the role, and getting to watch the show he worked so hard on with his family in the evening.

Now he was in the kitchen, grabbing snacks mid episode when he heard his daughter yelp in surprise. With a hot pocket sticking out of his mouth, he peeked around the corner in curiosity just as the familiar pitter-patter of her feet hitting the ground approached him.

“DADDY YOU KILLED TWICE!! HOW COULD YOU?!”

She was tiny, adorable, and fuming with rage as she crossed her arms and stomped her foot in front of him. He blinked, glancing between you and the television as his fight with Touya played out. “Come on sweetie, it’s not rea-”

“HE WAS MY FAVORITE” she pouted, glancing back at the tv. Keigo smiled and swept her up in his arms, ignoring her wiggles of protest “he’s my favorite character too you know” he replied, sitting down next to you and kissing his daughter’s forehead. “Then why’d you kill him? And why’d you look so scary doing it?” She said quietly, waving her hand around at his face on the tv, all cold and covered in blood.

“sweetie, I was acting, it’s not real” you reassured quietly, while Keigo tried his best not to giggle. He couldn’t help it- she was so adorable when she pouted, she looked just like you.

“but you killed Mr. Jin.” She looked at Keigo, who only chuckled and shook his head. “Nuh-uh.” “UH-HUH?!?” She replied, pouting when it only made him laugh more as he pulled out his phone

“let’s call him right now then, I’m sure he’d love to hear that Twice is your favorite, you know”
