it took me like a good while to understand what was wrong with “close the lights” and then i realized….

haha yeah in writing, it actually looks like something someone would say, but the amount of weird looks I’ve gotten from people when I asked them to “close the lights” is pretty high. My roommate is constantly making fun of me for it, or correcting me
