Chip and Dale are now coming to the rescue of representation! Or not?

Disney+ recently announced the release of a reboot of an older version of Chip 'n' Dale.

A flurry of criticism immediately rained down on the new series. Viewers who only watched the main series about the brave rescuers were perplexed ; why Gadget was replaced with an apparently sexless chipmunk, and Roquefort disappeared altogether. Is there really "evil" LGBT propaganda involved here too?

The thing is that back in 1943, when they first appeared on television, the chipmunks were antagonists that messed with Pluto. The cute mouse Gadget and Rockefeller only appeared later in the series. Since this series is a reboot of an older version, the characters will change accordingly.

The series was developed by Disney's London animation team in collaboration with Xilam Animation in Paris. It’s sad that the characters from the animated series “Life in the Park” will be silent.

I hope that modern children, if not inspired by the characters, will at least laugh heartily.

Well camping was wonderful, until it wasn't. We got into a huge fight, and we almost ended it. It seems to be that way lately. I know he has huge stress, we didn't communicate properly and it fell apart.

I dyed my hair purple again. Went to see Kid1. Spent a wonderful day with him and his wife. Came home and slept like the dead.

BF is coming over for dinner tomorrow night. Then I have a pedicure on Friday and then a tattoo on Saturday and then Sunday going to a concert with Kid3. Next week I am going to the coast on Friday. Then Sunday I am going to a Chipndales event. Then another concert with BF on Wednesday and the next day he is coming over for the night, then that Friday I have a tattoo scheduled. I keep scheduling things so that I don't have to sit in the silence of myself. Keeping busy and making plans and going forward, right now, is all that I can to to keep from falling apart.
