Amazing stay. This is the perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. Coffee, tea, water, biscuits available 24 hrs. The location is perfect. A short walk to anything in Chiang Mai. Very close to the night market, Chinatown, and the east gate bars. Great value for price. The best part of this guesthouse is the staff. They actually care about their guests. For someone traveling solo, it was always nice to chat a bit or get advise about the area. It felt more like a home than a hotel. I highly recommend Rustic. And would definitely stay again!

Lovely little guest house. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We're checked into our room early and free of charge which is always a bonus if you have traveled on an overnight train or bus and arrived early. The room was very good for the price. Very clean, decorated well and the bed was just perfect. Only downside was with such a good bed we couldn't get up in a morning to see the town.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The breakfast is delicious, u should try ha. The location is very convenient for shopping, eating and visiting the old city. They are very nice. We planned our 3 days tour under their help. They will help you whenever if you need. Don’t hesitate, this is what you’re looking for. >;<

Excellent stay + Welcoming and helpful staff + Nice breakfast! 

The room was great, the staff was very welcoming and helpful! The breakfast is also great, cold beverages could be a plus though :) Regarding its location, there are markets near and it's 10-15mn away from the center. I definitely recommend it for visiting Chiang Mai!

Good location, friendly staff. Booked in here for one night stayed an extra three, went away to do volunteering week and then returned here for two nights. Breakfasts are excellent with great choice and freshly made to order. The staff are friendly, helpful and interested in what you are doing and will give you suggestions too as what to do or good places to eat. Lots to do in the area, most things in walking distance including the night bazaar market and the old town. Would definitely come here again.

Friendly staff. The guesthouse stays in a very good location, 10 minutes walking to the old city gate or to the riverside. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. Definitely recommended. It's great but still cheap.

Quiet Location yet conveniently located. Rustic Guesthouse is located on a quieter street, however within walking distance to the famous Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. Stayed there for a night, love the spacious room and rustic feel. Guesthouse is very clean and I enjoyed my stay there. Staff assisted us with the booking of bus tickets to Pai, pick up at the guesthouse.

Chiang Mai Excellent little less place right outside the old city and right in the middle of a fun market! For exploring the city Itself it was all very walkable from this point. The rooms are a little older and you may have to walk up many stairs but the cleanliness was five stars itself! There were mosquitoes but staff was helpful with spraying for them. Overall amazing staff and breakfast! Everyone was so nice and polite! Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Would highly recommend for the price for anyone staying outside of the city. But beware the stairs are quite strenuous after walking around in the heat.

Great StayMy friends and I completely enjoyed our stay at Rustic Guesthouse. The staff is so sweet and helpful. The location is perfect as far as getting around to good food and shopping districts. This is an adorable/attractive place from entry to the room. If you are considering visiting Chiang Mai I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Great price/quality We spent 3 nights at Rustic Guesthouse and were really happy with all the conditions provided and staffs´ attention. Our room was a large and very clean, very comfortable bed and breakfast was good. There was fruit, tea, coffee and biscuits available during all day and the staff has provided a nice map with tips regarding attractions and restaurants. As we always enjoy to walk when visiting places, it was not a problem for us to have to walk 10-12 minutes into some of the main areas.

Great little place! The staff was very very friendly, it’s a very safe hotel, free water and breakfast daily, clean rooms and super cute and quaint. Close to many markets and temples. The lady that was working there during our stay was very knowledgeable and friendly and she helped us look for Places to visit and book our zip line tour. Loved it

Simply greatWonderful staff who’s very attentive every time. Rooms are clean and the AC worked well. The highlight of this hotel is the breakfast what was excellent every time, there is about 7 different breakfast what you choose from. I event tried the stir fried chicken with rice for one of the morning and it was excellent. As it’s a cheap accommodation you can’t beat it in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend

Great Hotel and Staff. The Staff were some of the nicest people we met and took very good care of us. The hotel is in the center of multiple night markets. Rooms are really good with great AC and multiple English language channels. If you want a massage the hotel staff will call White Boutique who will come pick you up for a 2.5 hour massage. Don't really understand the 2 star rating but we have traveled the world and it's legit.
