no u don't understand those hard candies are integral to my mental health. they're load bearing.
#borbtalks#ok ive been like living with higher than normal stress as i go through bureaucracy w/ moving. and sensory stuff is easiest to calm me down#however. ive been eating like 20+ hard candies a day which is Not Great for my teeth#but im having trouble finding alternatives that Work#gum? my jaw aches from chewing#baby chew toy? jaw aches 😭#drinking tea/coffee/flavored stuff? works for a cup and then im out 😭 & have to make more 😭😭😭#eating snacks? yeah sure but i get full#dry mouth lozenges? the taste is NOT soothing 😭#chewing my lips/cheeks? well i try not to#my therapist recommended aromatherapy which is yeah but i Need the Mouth component#oh vaping (weed)? yeah but i can only do it so much. i dont wanna be a constant 10/10#vaping (not weed)? no i dont wanna compound the bad stuff i put in my lungs#should i just snap and buy an adult pacifier#or would pacifier also make my jaw ache
