Birthday celebration with @olfooddiary 🎂 食完終於明白點解個個去完VEA嘅朋友都大讚👍🏻！ 之前已經去過29/F嘅lounge飲野，今次去埋30/F真心覺得成個dining experience都好正❤️ 比其他我食過嘅米芝蓮一星餐廳都優秀，由welcoming snacks 到petit four每一道菜都驚喜重重，味道配搭豐富。 第一道welcoming snack靈感來源係林子祥嘅一句歌詞：有了你開心啲，乜都稱心滿意，鹹魚白菜也好好味(圖後者)。由於我訂位嘅時候講咗我唔食魚，所以餐廳為我準備咗另一個口味：茄子味噌(Eggplant miso)。以薄脆嘅小撻載住混合咗味噌嘅茄子蓉，味道食起黎有啲似魚香茄子🍆 另外有一杯茉莉花茶配呢個snacks🍵 ▫️ Tasting menu: 4 welcoming snacks + 8courses + petit four $1480 .
