How To Choose The Right Materials For Wholesale Charcuterie Boards
Charcuterie boards are one of the great methods of presenting food; therefore, the correct materials should be selected accordingly. When Wholesale Charcuterie Boards are purchased, durability, safety, and appearance should be kept in mind. This is a guide to assist you with the selection of proper materials for wholesale charcuterie boards.
Tumblr media
Wood
Wood is a classic choice for charcuterie boards. It has a natural look and can offer a rustic feel to your presentation. Here are some popular wood options:
Bamboo: Bamboo is a strong, eco-friendly material. Bamboo also tames knives very well and is a great cutting board wood; however it may not be as durable for heavier use.
Acacia: Acacia is hardwood that's also known for its durability and beautiful grain patterns. It resists water and warping so it is a good choice for charcuterie boards.
Maple: Maple is one of the popular hardwoods used for cutting boards. It is very durable, easy to clean, and also has the characteristically light, neutral color, along with anything easily cleaned up with any food.
Stone
Stone charcuterie boards can give way to a very modern and sophisticated look. They are great for keeping foods chilled as well. Here are some stone options:
Marble: Marble is a timeless favorite because it exudes an air of sophistication in its appearance. It's very well suited for cheeses and cold cuts, but it absorbs flavors if not sealed properly.
Slate: Slate is not porous, clean, and easy to maintain. It's ideal for a chalkboard basis which creates an interesting presentation of your content.
Granite: Granite is quite durable, not porous, and resistant to bacteria. This makes it ideal for outdoor use since it can also be exposed to heat as well as the more harsh weathering effects.
Other Materials
There are other materials you can consider for your wholesale charcuterie boards.
Plastic: Plastic boards are very lightweight, easy to clean, and mostly microwave safe. These can be made on a budget, but they might not look as elegant as wood or stone.
Metal: Metal Boards, such as stainless steel, are very hardy and a breeze to clean. These are good for outdoor places as they will not warp or crack. They are noisy, and they may not appear as attractive as other materials.
What To Avoid
Avoid porous, poisonous, or less durable materials. Some of them are as follows:
Softwoods like pine. Pine timbers tend to warp and harbor bacterial growth.
Glass easily breaks and is not safe for cutting.
Substance treated with chemicals that may even be harmful to food materials.
Final Words
Choosing the right materials for your Wholesale Charcuterie Boards is significant, not only in the Process of Safe Procedures, Durability, and Aesthetics. We highly recommend purchasing from the Forest Decor website. They have customized wooden gifts and much more! To learn more about them, please visit the website now!

~ Batman (2016)
This is the post y'all never thought would exist: a French criticizing the order of the dishes in a Batman's comic. The moment they wrote those in French, they were calling for it, sorry not sorry.
So, I'm French and the arts de table is a bit important for our culture. Like, we have rules about meals and dishes (the times and the orders). Serve champagne in something else than a flute and I will lose my mind, specific glasses for specific drinks. Specific cutlery for specific meals, but that's more for fancy dinner, like Christmas or New Year's Eve. So, we have a bit of education on the subject.
Anyway, I don’t know if it's an english thing or a rich people are trying to be different and quirky thing, but some stuffs are wrong here. I'm French, so of course I will criticize a billionaire's meal. And of course, Alfred, a british man, isn't free from my criticism. Let's go.
Hors D'œuvres - Good, that makes sense.
Potage (soup but make it fancy) - Depending on the soup and the quantity, it could be served after the entrée, but I don't think it's totally wrong.
Poisson (fish) - WTF, that doesn't make sense. That's a whole fish, that's a full dish, what is this before the starter??? Also, from everything else, this seems to be the main dish? So it doesn't make sense to have it that early. And, where are the trimmings in this plate??? Just a fish??? All alone??? No sauce, no veggies??? That's a sad fish dish.
Entrée (starter) - A starter is to start the meal, so it shouldn't be after the whole ass fish! The art makes it look like a full dish, like it's the main dish, so maybe they fuck up in their translations??? During a fancy dinner, you can have fish and still have a full dish after with meat, so it could be??
Sorbet - WTF, that's like an ice cream but without lactose. That's very cold and sweet. You don't eat that in the middle of the meal??? Is this some usamerican thing I don't know about??? Some stupid rich people thing???
Salades (salads) - Thanks goddesses, it makes sense again. Yeah, salad between the main course and the end of the meal. (These carrots are barely sliced, wtf? Rich people's dishes look stupid)
Fromage (cheese) - YES cheeses after or with the salad! This is beautiful. (The orange ones better not be cheddar, or so help me. They have the money for good cheese)
Desserts - Good. The art is so sad, that does look like the desserts rich people eat, they are so small and sad looking.
Café (Coffee) - YEEEEEES You have not eaten a real meal if coffee isn't offered at the end. The fact it's in the Batcave and not in the dinning room with the guests (who don't know Bruce is Batman) implies Alfred and Bruce didn't offer it to their guests, so shame on them tho. If you are eating at someone's place, they can also offer tea if you prefer (or any distilled alcohols)
So, to finish, here is the order I would consider acceptable: Hors D'œuvres, Potage, Entrée, Poisson, Salades, Fromage, Dessert, Sorbet, Café (Potage and Entrée can be swapped, such as Dessert and Sorbet)

I like to imagine since Swiss was called Shadow for a brief period of time that he picked the name Swiss Army Ghoul
He absolutely hated being “just a shadow” but didn’t know what he wanted to be known as until he learned what a multi-tool was
He laughed for a good 5 minutes because he’s a multi-ghoul and then from that day on he was Swiss

[Image ID: Top left, first GIF. All the GIFs are a series of quick shots. A creamy, white cheese be opened from wrapping. Two angles show a smaller then larger piece of it being cut off. After this, a different, orange cheese is shown being grated. Top right, second GIF. A round loaf of homemade bread getting cut in half and then a slice being cut from it. A pan is buttered, the slice is put in the pan, then bacon is shown in the pan after the bread being flipped and sizzling. Bottom left, third GIF. A sandwich that looks like it contains egg, cheese, and bacon is set in the pan and buttered or sauced with something on top via spoon. Then the sandwich is flipped over to grill the other side. Bottom right, fourth GIF. The finished sandwich is cut into up close before we see a shot of one half slowly lifted off a cutting board. There’s another shot of the half being pulled away from the other instead of lifted, but both shots show the cheese pulling. End ID.]

Greetings Lightners and Darkners, and welcome to the first ever
Tumblr's strongest Jpeg Bracket!!!
Tumblr media
One of the greatest/ only good things about Tumblr is how we play with jpegs like dolls, and that's why we want to find the strongest one on this hellsite.
And YOU gotta help us! I'm your host, the Hacker - keep it on the download.
And I'm your co-host, Gray- and this is definitely not an evil plan to take over the entire tri-state area.
And we need YOU to send us submissions - your STRONGEST JPEGS - to compete in this 64- bracket tournament!
Why 64? Because it's my second favorite number.
Wait, then which one is your favorite?
64DS.
Ah.
Our askbox should theoretically be open -
Theoretically?
So go ahead send us your jpegs! We won't judge unless you send us something stupid or lame or uncool <3
I hope that's just a snapcube rtfd reference...
Also! Please reblog for a bigger sample size - we don't wanna miss any great jpegs!
Some of our own strongest Jpegs are already in the bracket, as well as a few that were basically a given.
(A certain former skitty with powerful biceps may have already influenced these polls- pre-submitted entries are in the tags if you can't see them in the pic, by the way.)
So without further ado- let us begin!
