happy pride month. don't be fooled by the nhl's posts on hyping up pride tape. it's not going to change the fact that they banned it earlier this year (and only unbanned it due to backlash+travis dermott being a king), and keep in mind specialty jerseys are still banned. if you're thinking of buying hockey pride merch... instead of buying directly from the nhl, maybe consider buying from a fan instead!

if we ignore the chocolate ice cream stains I got on it, I feel like it’s a pretty decent jersey for a giveaway. The lettering is stitched and the laces are real. The shoulder and stubhub patches are ironed on, kinda like the lettering on a shirsey. Definitely better made than I was expecting!

big shoutout to couples dressed up as Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce this Halloween. my instagram was full of these beautiful women in blonde wigs with elaborate themed costumes all from different music videos or stage outfits standing next to just some guy wearing a football jersey of a team that’s not their own. and both people look equally ecstatic about the couple’s costume. like that is a Big Green Flag right there. made me very happy to see.
