Got snippets for one my Welcome To The Game WIP (this one has a TW) for The Silver Chronicles and one Miraculous Ladybug WIP for Life, Despair & Monsters to share while I work on the January Prompts for 2025's Year of the OTP. Be sure to read the Trigger Warning for the second WIP. Read below the cut:

First snippet is of Gavin Turquoise's origin story in the Welcome To The Game universe, otherwise known as the No One's Safe At Home WIP. While playing his games of deception and tailing and stalking and putting down the monsters in the New York apartment complex he refuges in, a power outage occurs not long after he witnessed something... odd (Understatement (TM)) through the keyhole of another apartment. Once he gets the power back up and running, Gavin is interrupted from his proceedings when the Doll Maker personally meets him with a knife to his throat, with an offer; help him with his work in exchange for living, or die. Now I would like to mention that the Gavin in this story is quite different from the one in Silva's Hope. Here, his morals are kinda on the backburner in exchange for his mission of no-matter-the-cost-vengeance, while in Silva's Hope he's like a little more tolerable even if he's still not a great guy. The breaker hummed to life, and when Gavin exited the maintenance closet and checked the hallway of Mr. Edwards' apartment level, he found the lights were back on.

Power had been restored, and Mr. Edwards' would be none-the-wiser when he stepped back inside the complex.

Shutting the door, Gavin swiftly made his way upstairs, quietly making his way into his apartment level.

Upon entering the hall, his hairs stood up. Something was off, as sensation he's felt all too well throughout the night. He couldn't spot anything out of the ordinary; no Noir, no Hitman, and no Tanner.

The Breather only targets people outside the complex, and from what Gavin's heard, the NYPD aren't exactly quiet in their arrests.

Exhaling out an uneasy breath as he continued his way back to his apartment door, the unsettling coil in his gut didn't make his slow steps any less cautious.

He was on edge, even though logically, he really shouldn't be.

When he saw his apartment door within view, he relaxed his shoulders, hand already reaching for his apartment key.

That was a mistake.

He felt gloved fingers dig into his hair, scraping against his scalp. He was forced to bend back, a surprise hiss leaving his gritting teeth as he felt a serrated blade press against his jugular and throat.

With widened eyes, Gavin attempted to tug against the wrist holding the blade out of pure instinct, but that only caused the blade to press further against his throat.

"I wouldn't recommend such a... hasty action," his attacker warned gently, the blade threatening to slice Gavin's jugular vein. The taller man paused, and heeded his attacker's warning, letting go of his attacker's wrist.

Gavin took note of his attacker's voice; his vocals indicated he was male, and elderly at that, with his accent being German.

"Good evening," the elderly man greeted with a soft voice, though Gavin could hear him just fine with how close his mouth was to his ear, "I believe you may have witnessed my work earlier... peeping into my home. That was you, wasn't it?"

Despite the blade retaining most of his focus, Gavin could recall what the man was referring to; a glance through a keyhole after overhearing suspicious noises. The sight of a battered and immobile doll with feminine features and green hair before it was picked up by a balding elderly man with blood covering his surgeon scrubs.

Gavin's deep blue eyes widened upon realizing who this man was.

The Doll Maker.

Gavin had thought his site had been set up by an internet troll to satisfy some wild fantasy. He never would have thought this man to actually exist; the possibility of turning living women into actual, plastic and immobile dolls to be trafficked off to some perverted buyer just seemed ludicrous to Gavin.

And yet, here he was, at the mercy of the Doll Maker himself. Asked a simple question that would determine his fate there and then.

Gavin only nodded in response to the man's question, knowing anything else would result in death.

"I do hope you... liked it," the Doll Maker stated with an underlying glee, making Gavin sneer in disgust, though he doubted the man could see it, "However... I'm afraid this visit is not for... pleasure."

The man audibly wet his lips, so close to his his ear that Gavin could feel the warm breath against the shell of it as he said, "You see... obtaining the girls I seek for... transformation has become... um..."

He paused as he gathered the words he was looking for to describe his predicament, the blade shifting closer to Gavin's jaw as he found the words he was looking for, "Increasingly difficult... and I- I cannot risk my work by searching for new flesh myself."

His next words were emphasized by the blade's serrated edge brought closer to Gavin's throat, "So... you will provide them for me."

He spoke with such a calm mannerism that it sounded like he was requesting help for an inconvenience, and not forcing Gavin to choose between his life and the lives of those inside the apartment.

"Find me a young woman in this building, mark the door, and I will do the rest," he told Gavin, his enthusiastic tone and simplistic planning doing nothing but underestimating the complicated shit pile Gavin himself was already entrenched in.

He did not voice his thoughts aloud as the Doll Maker continued, "When I am ready for another... you will know."

Gavin scowled, nails digging into his palms from how hard he was clenching them.

The Doll Maker apparently did not like how silent he was, and brought the knife closer to his neck as he carried out his threat with gritted teeth, "Do not fail me. Do not test me. And do not DISAPPOINT me."

Gavin noted that the Doll Maker's breathing briefly heaved with an anger at that specific word, though he swiftly collected himself, the blade not as close to his throat, adding, "And I will spare your life. Do you understand me? Do you know what you must do now?"

Gavin understood... he understood that his mission was being inconvenienced by a crazed pervert forcing him into doing his bidding. Gavin did not trust that the Doll Maker would keep his word, and given Mr. Edwards' penchant for trouble, the likelihood of the investigator summoning the attention of this man, although slim, was possible now that Gavin knew they were all in the same building.

He'd have to do something about the Doll Maker, especially since Edwards' is his only chance to discover where Noir's head honcho is hiding.

But for now, he'd satisfy this sick man's whims. If only to learn his patterns.

Gavin nodded, replying with a curt calmness, "I understand."

The Doll Maker seemed satisfied by his words, and stated, "I left the marker on your door. Time is ticking, Mr. Turquoise."

Gavin felt the Doll Maker relinquish his grip on his hair, and felt relief when the knife left pulled away from his throat.

Before Gavin could even conceive an attempt at retaliation, a pounding pain erupted on his head, and he proceeded to fall from his knees to the dirty tiles of the hallway.

He heard a rush of steps and saw a blur swiftly run from his concussed self.

The last thing Gavin heard before darkness overtook his consciousness was the hasty shutting of the stairway door.

And last WIP is of Miraculous Miracles, where Ladybug is the first to meet the heroes de-facto mentor, Hatter, when he appears to save her from certain death in the fight against Stoneheart. You can read further below:

Marinette could hear the swarm of akumas that made up Hawk Moth's head darkly cackles as she sped up the Eiffel Tower with each swing, avoiding the grabbing hands of Stoneheart's stone guards.

She had to get to Chat Noir before Stoneheart could recover his footing and immobilize her partner.

The further she reached up, dodging through the swipes of the stone guards, the clearer she could see Chat Noir struggling to fight against Stoneheart's minions.

She threw her yo-yo to the railing atop the tower, pulling with all her aching strength to propel her to Char Noir's aid.

She was about to call to his attention when one of the stone guard's grabbed hold of the yo-yo's string, pulling it down, and subsequently the railing it was attached to as well.

Her ascent was halted, and she didn't have any way to dodge the railing that swiftly hit against her.

The hard hit caused her to lose grip of her yo-yo, and soon she was descending in a speeding fall.

She heard Chat Noir above her, calling out to her but saw Stoneheart's free hand grab hold of him upon getting steady once more.

She tried to reach for her yo-yo, or the railing that it was tightened around, but to no avail.

The ground was getting closer, and for a brief moment, Marinette felt time slow in her descent.

Flashes of images passed by her. Of her père and maman, of her friends, like Nino Lahiffe and most recently Alya Césaire. She recalled the taste of macarons, and how the breeze flowing past her cheeks when she rode her mini-scooter, how tight and secure the helmet was to her head. She could almost hear a pun Chaton told her echo in her head, although she couldn't understand the words in the storm of her mind.

She wondered if Tikki was even aware of what was about to happen to her holder.

It was daunting to her, all these sensations, and she felt a panicked fear claw at her chest as she glanced back to the ground that slowly grew closer.

The tears that pickled from her eyes were mostly caught under her mask, but few did escape.

She was scared. No, terrified. She was gaining closer and closer to death... something she would never have conceived of this early into adolescence.

She was about to die. She was fourteen, and she was going to die, and she had only begun collège.

She didn't want to die. She didn't want to leave her parents, her friends, her new partner. She didn't want to fail Tikki.

Oh, god, her blue eyes widening as she stared up at Hawk Moth's laughing visage, Stoneheart with both Chaton and Mylène in both his hands as his stone guards clambered up the tower, a realization that pierced her heart with a burning shame.

I failed. I'm going to die a failure.

She was chosen to be a hero, to bear the responsibility of the Ladybug Miraculous, and just like everything else that happens around her life, she screwed that up too.

She didn't even know what Hawk Moth would do once he got their Miraculous. Would Ivan remain a stone monster for the rest of his days?

She didn't know if the answer would really matter as she neared the ground.

Marinette, with one last thought she could manage, reminded herself of one last regret.

I didn't even get to say goodbye.

As she closed her eyes in preparation of the fatal impact from the concrete ground she'd surely feel, she instead felt something spindly and lanky coil around her midsection, feeling a nauseous sensation as her body and limbs felt like it was being bent in all kind of directions, compressed and expanded while underwater, before she felt the falling sensation once more.

Opening her eyes, she saw that she was no where near the ground, and was descending toward the top of the Eiffel Tower where Stoneheart had Chat Noir and Mylène captive.

Confused, she finally noticed that a lanky arm was around her midriff.

She glanced to its source and came face to face with something so abstract from what she's ever seen before.

Describing it as a face wouldn't do what she was staring at justice; she saw the sharp toothy grin of her savior, with the upper half of her face hidden... or perhaps replaced with what seemed like an eccentric top hat, though she realized it was more akin to a really off mushroom cap.

There was an eye connected to the hat, or rather, cap's brim, and blinked at her as it observed her while they were both in free fall.

Marinette's mind failed to comprehend what and who and how, shocked beyond function. Was she supposed to scream? To cry in relief? Was she in danger???

The... eye blinked at her once more as her savior's toothy mouth spoke.

"Get ready to catch the cat," he said in a deep guttural voice, pushing her yo-yo into her chest as he then, she realized too late, let her go.

I absolutely loved this beautiful Fanart of the Wednesday Addams series of the Wavier ship of the characters of Wednesday Addams and Xavier Thorpe together and above all because I absolutely love that it has the theme of the Miraculous Ladybug AU series and above all because from my point of view both of them look great with the characters of Mister Bug and Lady Noir and above all because I would have absolutely liked the idea that we would have seen them together in this same way in the Wednesday Addams series and above all because I really hope we can see them together again in season 2 and also because I really would have liked that we had seen them together and had this same scene between the 2 together in season 1

Though her competency is... up for debate, even if Malvolio doesn't mind. Though after Malvolio goes missing, and she's left to bleed to death after a fight with Jennifer left her arm-less, she's found by C.Y.P.R.U.S leader, Madame Callaghan, who fixes her up and has Denise as the Madame's second-in-command. Corvus Targaryen (Faceclaim: Daniel Radcliffe) - The adopted son of Viserys Targaryen II, Corvus is put between a rock and a hard place as his family tears itself apart to get to the throne. He finds a bit of bravery through the "King's Favors" supplied to him by an odd nobleman by the name of Sir Enigma Malvolio. Features in The Thorned Crown Of Iron Thrones and House Of The Dragon Sequel WIP.

Caecilia "Cecil" Targaryen Royce (Faceclaim: Mia Goth) - Daemon Targaryen's estranged daughter with Rhea Royce, after the unexpected death of her mother, Cecil is put under the care of her father, whom she despises. Cecil devotes herself to helping Rhaenyra keep her claim to the throne away from the reach of the Hightowers and Daemon, and gets along with the Velaryon's rather swell, especially Rhaenys when it comes to talking shit about Daemon. Over time though, Cecil and Daemon's relationship does get... better-ish. Features in The Thorned Crown of Iron Thrones and the House Of The Dragon Sequel WIP.

Okkotsu (Faceclaim: Karen Fukuhara) - A former assassin that targeted the Targaryen family until she just kept failing to kill them, after faking her death, she's been stuck on the run, although she does strike up a brief friendship with Laena Velaryon. At the night of the latter's funeral though, Okkotsu meets Aegon Targaryen II... and she becomes a rather influential figure on his life. Features in The Thorned Crown of Iron Thrones and the House of the Dragon Sequel WIP.

Yan - A member of the Occult and one of Aggravor's most vocal critics within his chapter, sent to Westeros to revive the Court King. Unbeknownst to him until it's too late, Aggravor had sent Yan and his allies to die. Features in The Thorned Crown of Iron Thrones and House Of The Dragon Sequel WIP.

The Court King - A third-generation Kin conqueror, the Court King was betrayed by his cohorts during the Extermination Purge Wars and was seemingly destroyed in the process. However, the Court King had accumulated two ways of surviving; retaining his power in his corpse, and spreading his essence in the King's Favors. Features in Miraculous Miracles, The Thorned Crown of Iron Thrones and the House of the Dragon Sequel WIP.

Rico (Faceclaim: Wilmer Calderon) - An old buddy of Johnny Silverhand, Rico loved to chrome up to the point majority of him was just augmentations. However, Rico has put a stop to that habit to avoid cyber-psychosis. Now Rico aids Johnny's new protege, Vasilisa, in taking down Arasaka for good. Features in Cyberpunk: Blackout, The Ruins Of The Midnight Rise, Guenevere WIP, I Am Not Okay With This WIP and the Castlevania WIP.

Min-Ji "Vasilisa" Choi aka "V" (Faceclaim: Arden Cho) - Vasalisa, or "V", is a mercenary in Night City who gets way too in over her head when attempting to rob Arasaka with her buddy, Jackie. She ends up with the infamous Johnny Silverhand in her head, and is encouraged to band up with Rico and take down the corporation poisoning Night City. Features in Cyberpunk: Blackout.

Inviticus - A mech designed in collaboration by both Malvolio and Militech. He is sent out to hunt down all Cyberpunks and Edgerunners, however, Malvolio gifts him a unique opportunity for freedom. Features in Cyberpunk: Blackout, The Ruins Of The Midnight Rise, Guenevere WIP, Castlevania WIP, Choo Choo Charles Has Gone Off The Rails and And From Dust And Ashes, The Tower's Foundations Hold.

Impulse - An Arasaka hound drone, practically Adam Smasher's pet, Impulse does as she's told by her masters with precision and without question. Angel Wright - An Ex-Employee of Playtime Co., Angel is stuck trying to survive the horrors in the factory, until he comes across a goth and a golden retriever girl trying to access the "Toybox". Features in the Poppy Playtime WIP.

Frederick Rosemary (Faceclaim: The Stupendium) - Former co-partner of Playtime Co. before branching off his own rival company, Frederick's factories were closed down after disturbing accusations came forward from young victims. No one knew what happened to the man decades after his factories closure, not until Angel discovers the Toybox, at least. Features in the Poppy Playtime WIP, The Ruins Of The Midnight Rise, Castlevania WIP and Choo Choo Charles Has Gone Off The Rails.

Edith "Evie" Bloodleech (Faceclaim: Nathalie Emmanuel) - Once a woman named Evie Jackson, Edith had become Malvolio's most valued and successful transmutation experiment yet, and is heavily favored by the Displacement for this very reason. Evie has the ability to transform from human form into a massive bloodthirsty leech-like monstrosity and vice versa. Evie has managed to gain the support of several vampire courts due to her political prowess, securing alliances and funding for the Ruins of the Midnight Rise. Features in An Invite To Wind And Dine, The Ruins of the Midnight Rise, Guenevere WIP and Castlevania WIP.

Ion the Exiled Kin - A fourth-generation Kin that was planet-sized, he was banished to the Outer Void after attempting to integrate with Earth, whom he referred to as "Terra" in reference to the legend of the "Slumbering Goddess", even if it destroyed the inhabitants in the process. Features in The Legend Of Vox Machina WIP.

O.R.I.O.N - The conscious nano-armor that is embedded in Queen Guenevere without her consent. Although O.R.I.O.N doesn't like his circumstances as much as Guenevere does, he is willing to work with her in dire situations that threaten the realm of Camelot. Features in the Guenevere WIP, I Am Not Okay With This WIP, Castlevania WIP, Choo Choo Charles Has Gone Off The Rails and And From Dust And Ashes, The Tower's Foundations Hold.

The Displacements - Fellow inter-dimensional creatures that are under the sway of Malvolio's superior influence and act as shock troopers for the Ruins of the Midnight Rise. After their failure to capture Sydney and unable to prevent Evie's death, Malvolio dismantles further connection with the Displacements and experiments on them. Features in The Ruins Of The Midnight Rise, I Am Not Okay With This WIP and the Castlevania WIP.

I didn't realize how much Wyler has consumed my brain until I was watching the Miraculous Ladybug movie trailer and it got to this part:

And I can't tell if that idea is cursed or not which is why I didn't post this the moment I thought of it but the thought hasn't left me since so here you go

Word Game Wednesday

Hi, everyone! I decided to try something new to inspire me to get back into writing again now that my LTS teaching position is finished. I found the Word Game Wednesday on the @ficwip blog and figured I’d give it a try.

Weekly Word

This week, the word is “Mimic”. After searching the WIPs in my Notes app, I found that the word appears exactly one time (in past tense). Here is the sentence:

“As the chorus began to play again, Cat Noir mimicked his moves after the seductive ones that Ladybug had used when the chorus had echoed through the auditorium the first time.”

A Little Background

This sentence is actually from a warm-up story that I was writing and plan to post on AO3 in the near future. The idea is one that I’ve been playing around with and planning for a few years now.

In the story, Ladybug and Cat Noir are world-renowned improv dancers. They perform to sold-out audiences…but no one knows their true identities, not even themselves. They perform under their stage names and keep an air of secret professionalism between themselves.

Many elements of the beloved show Miraculous are woven into this story line and I’m so excited to think about someday sharing this work with my lovely readers!

im gonna be so real wishmaker made me try so hard to imagine adriens future career but i cant do it. when i imagine adriens future i cannot imagine his career AT ALL. but also i think he has a source of income outside of marinette just for the feeling of independence. because financial dependence would probably be bad for his mindset after the 15 yrs of gabriel. so i cant imagine him as a stay at home husband either.

so my brain just sees him doing random jobs that he quits whenever he wants bc he lives with marinette in a little apartment over her boutique. like every week he somehow changes jobs and no one understands how. nino goes to the mcdonalds across the street from his house on monday and adrien takes his order. then he facetimes adrien on wednesday and he's in peru because hes got a job as a flight attendant. saturday, alya mentions that she had to report on a play being thrown by a local theater troupe and did you know adriens in it? and sometimes he just quits for awhile and does marinettes bookkeeping and occasionally models for her when he wants to. does some community center classes such as cooking, arts, etc. volunteers at the cat shelter. and is also a superhero i guess. chat noir does door dash.

“I’ll join,” Wednesday spoke. Enid was shocked, her mouth open. Just as she was about to squeal, Wednesday stopped her. “Yes, I will join you but not for you. To beat Bianca,” she easily lied. Enid was looking over at her and nodded as she was speaking. 

“Ok!” she spoke. “I shall now go to the boat and make some improvements. I will be back by morning,” she spoke. Enid nodded but held her arm quickly, surprised that the tan girl wasn’t going to murder her when she looked at her. 

“I need to measure you first, can I?” Enid asked. Wednesday sighed, nodding before she stood there. Enid proceeded to take out a measuring tape, taking what she needed before she nodded. “You can go now,” she spoke and Wednesday was quick to leave with Thing. They would make sure the boat would be ready.

The next day, Wednesday approached Enid as it was an hour before the race. Enid had requested her there after all. “What is up Sinclair?” she asked, looking at her. 

“Hello to you too Wednesday,” she stated. “You need your costume on. I just finished making it so I hope it fits, I can’t fix it up anymore,” Enid spoke. Wednesday was shocked. 

“Costume?” she asked. Enid nodded, proudly as she suddenly shoved her into the tent.

“It’s on the left side, on the chair. Mine is on the right,” Enid informed, letting the goth change peacefully. Wednesday sighed, doing as told before she noticed the problem almost immediately.

 

“Do I have to wear this?” Wednesday asked nervously. She refused to let it go in her tone though. 

“Yes, you do. Everyone has themed costumes,” Enid chuckled, just thinking Wednesday was being awkward.

“There… may be an issue,” Wednesday then spoke, a slight pause as she was looking down at the issue. 

“What is it?” Enid asked, thinking she had done something wrong. “You may come in and see,” Wednesday sighed, not wanting anyone to see it. Enid, confused, walked in as she closed the tent door behind her then turned back around. That was when she saw it and widened her eyes. 

“I didn’t… account for you having a dick, I am sorry,” Enid spoke, unsure what to do as she was looking at her crotch. Wednesday felt a bit uncomfortable by it but she knew Enid would need to look anyway. Enid soon got closer, trying to think of what to do as she was tugging on the leather a little bit, accidentally stroking Wednesday. Wednesday nodded as they left, Wednesday subconsciously hiding it the best she could with her hands. Enid didn’t say anything though, not until they were halfway to the boat. “So uh… you’re very well endowed,” Enid spoke. Wednesday couldn’t stop the light blush, hardening up more. “I wasn’t aware,” Wednesday spoke sarcastically. 

“Can you impregnate someone?” Enid asked, genuinely curious.

“If I want to, yes. I have taken a fertility test, my parents suggested I do just in case,” Wednesday spoke. “I doubt I ever will though,” she added. Enid nodded, them arriving at the boat eventually. Wednesday sat down immediately, hoping not many people saw. She was more bothered about Bianca seeing anyway but she was going to be capturing the flag anyway so if Bianca was, she would see it. She stayed sat down, Enid in front of her. “Of course pretty girl,” Enid flirted. Wednesday stuttered however before she suddenly started to run towards the flag, trying to not think of what Enid had said. She was unsuccessful though, being half hard. Quickly grabbing her flag, she turned around, when she saw Bianca. 

“I didn’t know you were packing something there,” Bianca smirked.

“At least it’s bigger than your ego,” Wednesday stated before she was running towards the boat, quick to jump in as Enid was staring at her. Sne was happy to see Thing looking at her as she sat down, the 2 of them nodding.

She was shocked however that the Joker's boat was sinking when she saw the claw marks. She looked towards Enid, who was already looking at her and was smirking. “I just thought of WWWD. What would Wednesday do?” Enid answered the silent question. Wednesday was in awe, almost forgetting to let Thing go underwater when their boat was being pushed. She remembered last minute though…

Eventually, the Black Cats won, Bianca having sunk when the hidden spears in the boat managed to scratch the other boat and making a hole. Wednesday was happy, Enid blocking her bulge still at least. “As a reward, do you want a good sucking off or a good pussy?” she asked Wednesday teasingly in her ear as she had an arm around her roommate.

And finally, the inter-dimensional horrors that take over her paralysis demon's job. The only choices she has support in regards to the latter are the foreign exchange students who act as if they're all not from another universe, the hispanic hobo living in the trainyard who might be a cyborg, and lastly, Stanley, the only normal one. Sydney has complaints she's sending to whatever god exists to make her life needlessly complicated.

Unnamed Castlevania WIP - The Ruins of the Midnight Rise reach out to further potential benefactors in the supernatural courts, and Icarus sees this as a chance to hit Malvolio where it hurts by taking out his prized star experiment and avenge a fallen comrade; Edith Bloodleech.

House Of The Dragon WIP Sequel - Years after the Court King usurps Kings Landing, the remaining Targaryens' collect their allies and move to undermine the usurper conqueror's hold over the realm and save Corvus from a miserable eternity of servitude.

Unnamed God Of War: Ragnarok WIP - With the approach of Ragnarok and Olympus' God of War in his realm, Odin calls forth assistance from an old ally to prevent the prophecy that would detail Odin's death. In doing so, he also awakens another slumbering champion, whose willing to aid Kratos in his revolt against the mad All-Father's tyranny.

Choo Choo Charles Has Gone Off The Rails (Choo Choo Charles) - Malvolio commits to once last observation of an experiment before the Ruins of the Midnight Rise expands to the final exchange of the Orchestrator's plan. Haoyu and Icarus use this as an opportunity for their group to hit the Displacement's allies and figure out where he is going to.

And From Dust And Ashes, The Tower's Foundations Hold - The finale of Life, Despair & Monsters, Haoyu and Icarus' ragtag team make it to the Realm's In-between; where the towers are under threat of collapse from the Ruin of the Midnight Rise's artificial tower utilizing heavy artillery to collapse the all realms into one.

My permanent tag list

1- First up, my posting schedule. The days AREN'T changing. This is just an update on which stories will be released.

This Sunday is the last chapter of Icarus (metal band) and I will start posting its sequel "Around the World" and it's epilogue "The Rise of the Fallen".

Because I want to get as much of "Around the World" out as possible in the spooky month, it will post starting on Tuesday, Oct. 22 and will post one chapter every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday until it completes. Then once it is done, "The Rise of the Fallen" will premier at the first Sunday AFTER "Around the World" is done. So if it ends on Oct. 31st then it will come out on Nov. 3rd. But if it ends on Nov. 5th, the epilogue will premier on Nov. 10th. Does that make sense?

"The Rise of the Fallen" only has two chapters so there is no need to rush them out. So the two chapters will release a week apart.

The Hellfire Club (stripper) is nearing it's completion and will have 13 chapters. It will continue to release every Friday ending on Nov. 22.

Now, depending on what finishes first, "The Au Pair Boy" (nanny) will premier the following week. So if the Fallen verse ends first, then it will come out on a Sunday, if Hellfire does then it will come out on Friday Nov. 29th.

As always I am constantly writing so as these finish I move onto other stories and will begin posting new stories once they get at least 3 chapters in backlog. Which brings me neatly to number two!

2- What's next story wise?

I have so many ideas (waves at my Discord chat, if you know, you know).

Some really interesting ideas that I've come up with recently are:

Steddie as Dragon Dancers (which I haven't written up for Tumblr yet)

And any or all of them will be used as I finish the other stories. If you have one you'd really like to see, put a comment or tag in and I'll see about moving it to the top of the list or at least closer to the to the top.

3- Halloween and WIP Wednesday.

I won't be having WIP Wednesday on the 30th, because I'm doing the Trick or Treat ask game on the 31st.

This is how I will be doing it. I will have two pick wheels up on my laptop. You send Trick or Treat (with the name of a current WIP) and the first wheel determines whether you get a trick or a treat. A treat is a snippet from that WIP or if it's a trick it will go into the second wheel where it pick a number and I will answer the corresponding ask from this list.

Just like with WIP Wednesday you can play as often as you like. You know me I love asks. Any remaining asks will be answered the next week as part of the usual WIP Wednesday.

4- Permanent Tag List.

It's that dreaded time of year again. Trimming and rearranging my tag list. About every six months or so, I go through all my stories and if you haven't liked, reblogged, or commented on a story in the last three months, I give you a whole month of me constantly, almost aggressively tagging you to respond whether or not you want to remain on the list.

I do this because sometimes people fade from a fandom and I don't want to keep tagging someone who isn't interested in my writing anymore. It's not fair for them, and it's not fair for the other people who want to be on the list but can't.

If after the month and you haven't responded or if you respond that you want to be removed from my list (which I am 100% okay with I promise!) you'll be removed from the and refill any vacancies to the list.

I have a hard max total of 40, and depending on how many I lose this time that might go down.

THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO THE LIST PLEASE!!!

I already having a waiting list of SIX people who comment, like and reblog my stuff all the time that I want on it. And they will be given top priority to be added. @fearieshadow

If there is any room after I add them, then I might be open to requests. But again it depends on how many is left. Like if after the six get added and I have 37, then I'll open for three more. But if I have 35, I might lower the hard limit to the 35 so more casuals can get a chance to be tagged in a specific story as my story tag lists have a hard limit of 50. Which means as it stands only 10 casuals can request to be added at this time.

So starting on Nov. 2nd I will send out the call. And every Saturday until the end of Nov. I will repost (not reblog as a reblog doesn't RE-notify you) with how many days you have left to reply.

Then on Nov. 30th I will trim the unanswered and the removals from the list and add the wait list. Then if there is any room I'll do an open call. If there isn't enough room for all six, I will use a pick wheel to fill the list to keep it fair. Same will go for the extras if more than required amount to fill it goes over.
