One of the few things MAPPA did well

Please, I don’t want anybody saying that I’m an apologist or whatever. Here are people who already know me and I’m just a Charioce fan who tries (or tried? Because I’m tired of this) really REALLY hard to understand his action, tries to be objective and cover his and all the story plotholes (since they don’t give us answers or if they do, are incoherent.)

Next week is the last episode and as far as I have watched (I couldn’t watch the last two episodes) there is only one scene that got me thinking how sad must be Charioce’s life and maybe I got to feel some pity for him. Although I hated episode 17, when Chris cries while riding the red dragon is just… amazing. This is the first time we see him like this besides the opening and I started to think that he would like to enjoy his life like a typical man but… we know what happened.

Honestly, imagine being closed in your house for seven years. That must be tough if you really like living outside and we know Charioce/Chris used to go around the town, but duties first. So this night he experienced fully the word freedom, he’s flying, feels the wind in his face and doesn’t have to put that facade of angry king so no one bothers him. That’s his moment of freedom.

I love this scene, this specific moment, those four seconds. From all of Charioce’s scenes, this one is my favorite because they are showing us FINALLY some real/coherent/genuine feelings without the intrigue of knowing whether it is real or not.

Again, this is objective and I tried to not mention anything about shipping. I’m NOT defending his actions, I’m just trying to figure it out what of so many things this series is not telling us (like a TRULY Charioce fan and as roleplayer) and that makes me so angry, just because someone didn’t know how to write a story properly.

You know??? I was thinking in that "dream-nightmare"... I think it was somehow a "premonition", I heard that the dreams that can't be remember, later you do it, but as a déjà vu, nOW I'M A LITTLE BIT SCARED AND CONFUSED.

Maybe right now is the worst moment to talk about that but I am not afraid at all because “dreams” reflect deep desires and/or fears, and that’s what we saw in today’s episode by far. 

Desire to love and being loved for the special person.

Afraid that the special person is not someone good.

Even the phrase that Charioce says in that dream was the same one that Nina heard of him when it knew him as the king through Azazel. Thanks Azazel. 

I do not know if this a kind of foreshadowing but it seems that their meet is gonna take place soon, there are actually a lot of reasons why.

Thank you hun! Yeah, I hope he’d get to tell her, and more importantly - won’t die. I think he can get out of it with no arm, or maybe blind. Seeing the magic-rot though, it really looks like this bracelet needs to be cut-off.

THIS IS IT. im thinking the same thing too like seriously it makes sense if u really think bout it, and that necklace gps thing is just weird like he never even expected to meet Nina in the first place lol and she just somehow ended up at the graveyard while wearing the demon costume, and just like u said he didnt even tell anything to onyx capt bout the red dragon and the fact that how the onyx capt mentioned stuff like he’s under the spell, then suddenly gps necklace ita kinda weird 😅😅    

well u can argue he knew she’d be there because she’d been spotted previously, but yeah, i dont think he did. but the necklace did glint suspiciously. i like the theory he picked it because it looks like a chili pepper though :)

Chris said his convictions hadn’t wavered until he met Nina.

This means he has had feelings for her before she even started liking him! The first time we see him question himself was in episode 5. 

Waaaaay back in episode 3, he caught some feelings. Plus the director said it was love at first sight for him. 👀😍

Chris is so Disney right now, love at first sight??? 😆

Supposedly the kiss scene was changed because it was too passionate and intense, they seemed like Americans! 😆😂

 I guess all you people spotting out the tongue and saying it was a french kiss are right… I guess they were going IIIIIIN! 😲😵

Happy b-day Ume-chan!!!!! (You know what's good? That he won't see this XDD for real it's good LOL) Ahhhhh well... I'm sad cuz I didn't get Vino, Keito, and some others in the drawing... But it's actually a huge accomplishment I had been able to draw so many characters XD Wakasa is way too special cuz he was the first main role he had... I think... Hayato is my spirit animal in regards of being an older sibling XD Goro... GOD I cried so much with how beautiful Goro character or... Toa... I love His songs and how he performed them Kyoji, I'm not a big fan of the Idolmaster, but I love Kyoji so much is not even funny XDD Dai-chan, he has become my baby, and at least I consider that is a character through the one you can see how much Umehara has improved since he has been voicing Dai since 2015 up to now so Dai Is a constant character in his career En-chan, without En-chan I wouldn't have known Ume-chan so he is of course one of the most important characters Teika, his songs, his passion for what he does... I don't regret having watched Magic Kyun, it was gooooood Kuro Hazama, Young Black Jack was soooooo good and with so many interesting facts, I love the character and the way he voiced him Takuma Fuuji, the only one and great Tiger the Dark... I was amazed I could get so attached to an anime about wrestling, but I love Takuma, I totally do and his story was great Ushii, love Juuni Taisen, I hate the fact that Ushii hasn't been the winner and I still love to think that I made his cosplay in 4 days XD Charioce XVII/Chris, I know I repeat myswlf a lot,but I love him, everything about him is sooooooo good Goblin Slayer... This post is already too long to express all my thoughts about Goblin Slayer, just know that as all the previous characters, I love him 💖 I do dream with being able to meet Ume-chan and thank I'm for all the great characters that he has performed and the way he has done it.
