Io mo non so un cazzo di come funziona in questa nuova azienda (c'è la malattia? Funziona a trabocchetto come nella vecchia?) e in più mi ritrovo nella condizione particolare di stare ancora nel periodo di prova. Non so se ho fatto la scelta giusta a lavorare in queste condizioni, ma in fondo pure se mi prendevo i 2 giorni che ho non è che cambiava assai (dato che sto quasi al giorno 3 e sto ancora malaticcia) e in più, parliamoci chiaro, ora vabbè che ci si lamenta sempre del lavoro d'ufficio perché è spersonalizzante, però io devo solo rispondere a delle email, non è che devo andare a coltivare i campi quindi su, dai, non è che con la febbre addosso non si possa fare... e infatti lo sto facendo, anche se a volte ammetto che ho capito fischi per fiaschi in giapponese e ho fatto qualche figura di merda.

Ma la figura di merda più grossa è stata col direttore che ieri, di punto in bianco, mi dice se possiamo fare un veloce catch up nella sala riunione. Io gli dico che sto lavorando da casa e lui fa "ah, allora aspettami su Teams". Io che non metto la camera e lui mi chiede di metterla e io, mezza fusa, sono ancora con la cannottiera e così mi presento. Lo vedo un po' così per un microsecondo però poi ci mettiamo a parlare e mentre io ero convinta che il catch up fosse perché avevo chiesto ai miei superiori se potessi fare smart anche il giorno dopo, dato che oltre alla tosse mi era salita la febbre (e quindi anche per questo nel retro del mio cervello era normale che mi mostrassi mezza sfatta), la verità è che mi voleva chiedere solo in generale come andava e se mi piaceva il lavoro... io dentro di me ero tipo:"veramente mi fa schifo proprio...", però insomma che gli vai a dì? Mica è colpa sua? Lui si sta solo assicurando che non ci siano altri tipi di problemi (suppongo) quindi è inutile che mi lamento di questo. E quindi gli dico che non ho molti motivi per cui lamentarmi ecc.

Poi finisco la videochiamata e mi viene un tarlo... Rossè tu hai parlato col DIRETTORE e stavi in cannottiera... cioè hai fatto una figura di merda atomica... forse è meglio se mandi un messaggio in cui ti scusi per le condizioni in cui eri e spieghi che sei malata ecc (dato che il catch up non era per quello). Dopo un paio di ore quindi alla fine gli mando un messaggio su Teams spiegando la situazione e anche che pensavo che il motivo dell'incontro fosse la mia richiesta di smart sebbene ancora in prova e alla fine lui mi fa:"non ti preoccupare, non sono ligio e non mi interessa del vestiario as long as everybody does his job".

Menumal insomma però comunque che figur e merd.

Chi è che sta a morì di febbre o covid per la seconda volta quest'anno? E perché proprio io che sto ancora nel periodo di prova e quindi solo con 2 giorni di ferie a disposizione e che non vorrei usare perché li danno col contagocce?
