The Big Bang Theory's cast's Favorite MHA characters

Sheldon Cooper - Sir Nighteye 100%, he had to recover for two weeks after the whole Eri arc. Close second is Principal Nezu.

Leonard Hofstadter - Big Izuku Midoriya fan, what with the whole scrawny bullied nerd getting the chance to become a hero.

Howard Wolowitz - Minoru Mineta and Midnight. His favorite villain however is Mr. Compress because of his whole magician aesthetic.

Rajesh Koothrapali - Denki Kaminari because he's funny and silly, but Mina Ashido is #1 because he appreciates her spunk and style. She's like a representation of his own femininity in his eyes.

Penny - obviously she doesn't really care about MHA, but she was thoroughly entertained by Mei Hatsume's whole schtick while watching the sports festival in passing.

Amy Farrah Fowler - mostly watched MHA for Sheldon and also doesn't care that much, but she loves Momo Yaoyarozu and Tenya Iida. She just wants to pinch their cute little nerdy cheeks.

Bernadette Rostenkowski - Surprisingly REALLY likes MHA and loves Katsueki Bakugou and Neito Monoma. Something something, loud fiery blondes.

BIOGRAPHY.

born and raised in the bronx, nyc in an upper middle class family which consisted of both her parents and her siblings. life growing up in an orthodox jewish home wasn't all bad but it was very strict and the expectations were high. it was suffocating at the best of times.

from a young age she latched onto the world of science. taking things apart and putting them back together, playing with different elements and chemicals, looking at samples under microscopes, questioning everything and looking for answers she couldn’t find through testing. often getting scolded for destroying things needed in the house and experiment mishaps.

that curiosity and general love of science never went away leading her to attend m. i. t. where she studied various forms of engineering - primarily chemical and nuclear - getting her phd in the subject, as well as getting a masters in both chemistry and biology.

while in the graduate program frankie began working for a private manufacturer based in texas that boasted in the production of personal and other equipment for law enforcement, public saftey, military, and recreational markets. true in theory, but that is where frankie’s love for developing chemical and biological weapons, explosives, and experimenting on ways to make them environmental friendly - sustainability had always been a passion of hers mixed in with the more questionable interests.

amidst college and her employment, she developed friendships within different factions and classes, never limiting herself to one walk of life. a good scientist looks at the whole picture, after all.

as the world continued to deteriorate around them, it quickly made more sense for her to go into business independently both for the benefit of her family and her own interests. it has allowed her to do what she wants without having someone breathing down her neck.

she’s blunt, sarcastic, smokes like a chimney, and when she’s feeling the urge to be social she can be found at fight night or one of the local bars. occasionally she shows up to the casino, if to do nothing else then visit some clientele otherwise she can be found with her wife aggie, step-son banks, beloved nephew levi, best friend and partner in crime, or in her lab/workshop cooking something up or experimenting on something.... or someone.

The VERY Weird Version Of Big Bang Theory You Never Saw The best Big Bang Theory episodes understand exactly what the show is and is trying to be, but its original pilot did not. The Big Bang Theory used to be a very different show, and it certainly was not a good one. The original Penny was fired, cast members weren't written in yet, and the whole thing almost didn't happen. To be fair, even in the final version, it still took a few episodes for the showrunners to know exactly what to do with Sheldon. Case in point, the very first scene, which is the two boys visiting a sperm bank! We know from later episodes that Sheldon, while not rich, is comfortable enough financially that he has thousands of dollars that he can loan Penny on a whim. And imagine a world in which Sheldon would touch himself for money! There is absolutely no possibility that the final version of Sheldon as we know him, would ever visit a sperm bank.

When people talk about the relationship between Penny and Sheldon (which I agree IS the heart of the show), they don't point out WHY the relationship works so well. It's because of ALL the guys on the show, Sheldon is the ONE guy who she doesn't have to worry about hitting on her. So she can let down her guard with him and that's what makes the relationship (and the show) work.

I for sure felt like the writers were initially going to make Leonard the star of the show, a sort of Ted HIMYM and with Penny as Ross and Rachel. I think they never expected audiences reaction to Sheldon's quirky personality. Sheldon went from being the sidekick to a lovable [although often annoying] character of the whole series.

I think you’re wrong on one point: I think Gilda was the template for Leslie Winkle. They’re both (from what you’ve shown) dominant intellectuals and wanting sex but not love from Leonard. Amy was extremely awkward and initially almost robotic. Then they changed her into a more “normal” but still socially awkward person.

Gilda is NOT AMY. Gilda is Lesley Winkle, who was in the first season. Amy wasn't even imagined until after season 2 and the writers have said that themselves. If you look at Lesley and Gilda you will see nothing but similarities. They are the same character.

I have seen the full original pilot and I had to watch it twice😳 simply because I could not believe how first incredibly bad it was and second how even more grateful I am for what we actually did receive. Oh thank you for stopping this first rendition before it was out there. I have as many millions of others spent many hours enjoying the only version of the Big Bang we will ever need.

Characters of the big bang theory from least likely to most likely to commit murder:

Howard Wolowitz. I don't think, even under the "right" circumstances, he would try to kill someone, and even if he did, I don't think he would succeed.

Denise [what's her last name]. She doesn't seem like the kind of person who would kill. However she ranks higher than Howard because if she did she would probably succeed.

Stuart [what's his last name]. He's creepy, drinks breastmilk, goes into the rooms of sleeping people to look at them. But is creepiness enough to make him kill someone? Probably not. Unvoluntary manslaughter on the other hand? Meh... why not. Also at some point he says his therapist mentionned him by name in their suicide note so...

Sheldon Cooper. He saw it all, I think if he was going to kill someone over a scientific disagreement, he would have done it already. If he had lived three centuries ago however, I totally see him challenge someone to a duel, chicken out, decide to go anyway because of his reputation then shoot himself in the foot accidentally.

Amy Farah Fowler. She is not someone who would kill, but she would probably help Penny to get rid of a body as a bonding activity.

Leonard Hoffstadter. In self-defense. Doesn't qualify as murder.

Rajesh Koothrappali. Would, but only if he walked in on his last we're-probably-soulmates girlfriend cheating on him. Would either kill the girl's lover or himself. Granted, suicide doesn't count as murder, but killing the other guy definitely does.

Penny [what's her last name]. She would and then she would go to Amy to help her hide the body because she's freaking out and she doesn't want to drag Leonard in it because he would be useless and a liability. She probably has a favorite knife and it's not to cook.

Bernadette Rostenkowski. There is no canon evidence she didn't already kill someone. She probably has a body count and I'm not talking about the sex kind. Any 1920's AU in which she isn't a mafia boss is sorely mistaken.

The former co-stars are reuniting on an episode of 'Night Court,' airing Feb. 6 on NBC.

Kunal Nayyar and Melissa Rauch's time on The Big Bang Theory may have ended years ago but the same cannot be said for their friendship. 

During a recent visit on the set of Rauch's show, Night Court, ET's Denny Directo spoke with the pair, who are set to reunite on the Feb. 6 episode of the NBC comedy. While it has already been four years since Rauch, 43, and Nayyar, 42, saw their hit CBS comedy come to a close, time has not separated them or the friend group at large. 

"We've never fallen out of love," Rauch said of maintaining a relationship with Nayyar and the other cast members, including Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik. 

"I think, yeah, I think we'll always be a part of each other’s lives," Rauch, who plays Judge Abby Stone on the Night Court reboot, said. "We're just always in each other's hearts and it's just family forever."

"One hundred percent," echoed Nayyar. "Yeah, it's even deeper than family, to be honest. It's difficult to explain but yeah, of course, we're always -- we're all in each other’s lives." 

It's not surprising as the cast spent more than a decade with each other day in and day out, playing the lovable bunch of nerds that made the long-running series the iconic show that it is known as today. Rauch joined the cast in season 3, playing Bernadette Rostenkowski -- the love interest of Helberg's Howard Wolowitz-- while Nayyar, an original member of the cast, played astrophysicist Raj Koothrappali. 

For Rauch and Nayyar, however, when the chance arose for them to pull off a reunion on Night Court -- which is currently in its second season -- the answer was obvious and things fell into place like no time had passed.

"It definitely feels like we're in a time machine, for sure," Rauch said. 

For his part, Nayyar told ET that he may have had a hand in forging a role for himself on the show as he had been pleading with his friend since her show was picked up to bring him on. 

"He's been so incredibly supportive, I just didn't know if I wanted to work with him again 'cause he's such a monster," Rauch said jokingly about waiting until the second season to have her friend co-star. 

As for what viewers can expect from their on-screen reunion, the friends played it coy as to what the upcoming episode entails but said that there appears to be a potential love connection between their characters. 

According to TVLine, Nayyar is playing fashion designer Martini Toddwallis. During his time at night court, he finds inspiration "and maybe even a new muse," the outlet shared.

"I have to say what was very exciting about this is this week there is a bit of romance between the fashion designer [and Abby.] The role that he plays and Abby, it's very fun to play 'cause we haven't done that since," she said, before Nayyar chimed in with "The Bollywood dance number." 

The Big Bang Theory alums are, of course, referencing a scene from season 4 of their CBS series, where Raj daydreams a musical number with Bernadette, whom he is secretly in love with. In fact, in an Instagram promotion for the upcoming episode of Rauch's NBC comedy, Nayyar dramatically recites a poem his Big Bang Theory character wrote to Rauch's character. 

"Oh Bernadette, please play my clarinet," Nayyar says as the camera pans to Rauch sitting at her judge's bench. 

Will Nayyar and Rauch's characters on Night Court repeat history as lovers not meant to be? Only time will tell when the episode airs on Feb. 6.

As for what it was like to be an outsider watching the longtime friends and co-stars come back together, Rauch's current co-star, John Larroquette, said it was "great" to see them back in action. 

"It's great, it's lovely to see two old friends who spend so much time together in a very successful time together," the actor and original Night Court star, 76, said. "You can't help but enjoy their rapport and their camaraderie."
