Milyen finom teákkal fordulsz a tél felé? Számít, hogy erősebb legyen? :)

Az a legrosszabb, hogy kérdezel valamit és a végén azt még meg is válaszolja valaki tisztességesen. Szóval ez egy hosszú poszt lesz, de magadra vess. :D

A kérdés, hogy mit értünk erő alatt. Kicsit nézzük meg ezt. Ha a koffeinességre gondolsz, akkor az nekem annyira nem szempont. Ha erő alatt a chaqi-re (茶气), ami a "tea ereje" akkor az már más kérdés. Ez a qi, magyarul inkáb csi szó jelenti az "erőt". Életerőt, ugye chije mindenkinek van. Így a teának is. Hogy ez tulajdonképpen mit jelent azt hagyjuk meg ilyen misztikus dolognak. Valamiféle tapasztalás a teáról, de komplexebb, minthogy csak a koffeint értsük alatta. Na és itt van még egy szempont, hogy a kínaiak szerint vannak fűtő és hűtő hatású teák. Ezt egyébként nem mindenki tapasztalja. Én például igen. Tehát van olyan tea, amit nyáron vagy télen képtelen vagyok meginni. Egyszerűen nem megy. Ezért a téli időszak teái a fűtő hatású teák nekem. Ilyenek általában a jobban oxidált vagy sütöttebb teák, mint a wuyi-hegyi wulongok, a vörösek, a shu és esetleg 1-2 sütöttebb dancong vagy pirított magashegyi wulong. Amik nekem most tetszenek a teljesség igénye nélkül:

Vagyis a vas arhat. Ez a tea nagyon jó tud lenni, leszámítva, amikor szarrá sütik, hogy elrejtsék a hibáit. Na ez nem ilyen. Ez kifejezetten elegáns és finom tea. Fahéjas picit, talán még a mézeskalácsra is emlékeztett és a vége felé pedig kellemesen gyümölcsös. Közepes chaqi-vel a fűtőereje se durva, de nagyon bejött most! Pont tegnap ittam!

Lumber Slut

Én nagyon kedvelem ezt a shut! Ez egy stabil tea, ami mindig kéznél van. Kellemesen fűt és van az ízében valami tök jó. Szeretem ezt a teát télen. Ain't no shame in the lumber slut game!

A vöröset nem tudom linkelni, amit szerettem volna, mert már elfogyott, ahogy nézem. Az egy vadszedésű vörös tea volt Yunnan tartományból. Inkább a gyümölcsössége és a komplexitása volt kimagasló.

De mostanában megint jó sok mindent ittam, kicsit elszaladtak a dolgok. Szóval tényleg csak azt írtam le, ami beugrott.

Last of my sample of the infamous "Altered State" #rawpuer (2021) from #crimsonlotustea. It definitely lives up to its name, with big energy that crept up on me after a few short steeps, even though I was quite distracted with other things. Taste-wise it was an enjoyable savoury profile with little bitterness or sweetness. Anyone who's keen on chaqi would do well to give this one a go.
