Relistened to The Sweet, Sweet Taste of Death the other day and let me tell you I forgot how absolutely unhinged it was. Eric uses his a-long-time-ago field experience to help Antigone hide a body and then shows up with the very same man alive, riding on a donkey THAT HAD ALSO BEEN PRESUMED DEAD for dramatic effect. Agatha Doyle didn’t think to tell Antigone that her chocolates were a literal sedative. Georgie has a Chapman action figure that she essentially uses as a voodoo doll. Rudyard admits to trying to encourage his sister’s interests. Absolutely bonkers.
