So this seems like I’m kinda late to share this after the rain of Trump tweets regarding El Salvador, but I hope y’all understand that I’m also balancing the illustration hustle while going to graduate school and trying not to overwork my body as I did in undergrad. For me the art of comics still takes time and I’m trying to be less ashamed about my process. Even if I may not be showing up through social media constantly busting out political comics all the time, just know that the need to create space in comics for Central Americans and the Afrolatinx diaspora is constantly on my mind. So thank you!
