You are a bandit AND I AM THE GODDAMN HERO!” For the briefest of moments, there was a dark bliss akin to a peaceful nap that enveloped the man that had come to be known as Handsome Jack.  He had known that this moment was inevitable, but still saw out his destiny to the end, playing his part in the grand scheme of things.  In his dying moments, his blurred vision could swear it saw her, his precious baby Angel, hovering near him.   Light pierced the slumber like a dagger through a dark enveloping cloth to reveal the daylight that was a bright flash of luminescence. His consciousness slowly dragged itself back, a coughing sound being the first thing he had heard since the world went black.  Was it.. his own cough?  He felt the warm sensation of blood flowing down his cheek as his twisted vision slowly and painfully came back into focus on the shape that hovered above him. “A..Angel?”

Happy Chaos
