What’s this blog all about? My random experiments in consumables. If you’re a perfectionist, this blog will incite rage in you. Expect vague quantities, “I can’t quite remember ifs..” and other such hap-hazardry. 

I find myself often wondering “How on Earth did I manage to feed myself 3 times again today?” and quite often the answer is semi-random concoctions of things, which turned out alright.

It might be ‘recipes’ for food, it might be my latest concoctions for hot drinks, or stuff to smear on toast, or kombucha/elderflower/herbal ferments... who knows! It’s all just a big experiment in the end, isn’t it?
